The Macon County Sheriff’s Department, Franklin Police Department or Jackson County Sheriff’s Department made the following arrests July 14 – 24. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

July 17

Gabriel Bruce Bolick, 35, of Franklin, was issued a true bill for obtaining property by false pretense. A secured bond of $7,500 was set. Matthew Canzone made the arrest. 

Amber Latisha Klatt, 33, of Asheville, was charged with child support enforcement contempt. A $476 bond was set. Matthew Canzone made the arrest. 

Benjamin John Phillips, 49, of Franklin, was charged with resist/obstruct/delay law enforcement officer. A secured bond of $500 was set. Matthew Canzone made the arrest. 

July 18

Araceli Garcilita, 19, of Franklin, was charged with failure to appear for break or enter a motor vehicle, criminal summons or citation, felony probation violation. A secured bond of $26,250 was set. James E. Crawford III made the arrest. 

Stephanie Larson , 25, of Franklin, was charged with failure to appear. A secured bond was set. Michael R. Hollifield made the arrest. 

Charles Everett Grant II, 39, of Franklin, was charged with assault with a deadly weapon, resisting a public officer. A secured bond of $3,000 was set. Audrey Parrish made the arrest.

Nicole Julian Wend, 36,  was charged with protective order violation, probation violation. No bond was set. Audrey Parrish made the arrest. 

Geri Lee Baynard, 29, of Brevard, was charged with, possession of stolen goods/property, possession of drug paraphernalia. A secured bond of $1,200 was set. Jonathan A. Taylor made the arrest. 

Terrence Edward Jeter, 39, of Pisgah Forest, was charged with larceny for misdemeanor, possession of stolen goods/property, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving while license revoked. A secured bond of $1,200 was set. Jonathan A. Taylor made the arrest. 

Natasha Marie Powers, 32, of Andrews, was charged with accessory after the fact, resist/obstruct/delay. A secured bond of $8,000 was set. William D. Stamey made the arrest. 

Amanda Hudson, 22, of Etowah, Tenn. was issued a true bill of indictment. A secured bond of $10,000 was set. William D. Stamey made the arrest. 

July 20

Caleb Augustus Cochran, 26, of Franklin, was charged with misdemeanor larceny, possession of stolen goods/property. A secured bond of $2,000 was set. James E. Crawford III made the arrest. 

Hannah Morrow, 23, of Franklin, was charged with possession with intent to sell/deliver counterfeit controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia. A secured bond of $4,000 was set. James E. Crawford III made the arrest. 

July 21

Cherita Louise Foster, 51, Mountain City, Ga., was charged with fugitive out of state for felony failure to appear for indictment and bail jumping. A secured bond of $20,000 was set. Jonathan C. Bean made the arrest.  

Michael Dwayne Webb, 48, of Mountain City Ga., was issued a true bill of indictment for possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver methamphetamine, parole violations fugitive warrant. A secured bond of $20,000 was set. Jonathan C. Bean made the arrest.

Jason Warren Hill, 37, of Franklin, was charged with trafficking in methamphetamine, trafficking in amphetamine, maintaining a place for a controlled substances, possession of drug paraphernalia. A secured bond of $250,000 bond was set. Jonathan C. Bean made the arrest. 

Victoria Shaye Wood, 25, of Franklin, was charged with assault of an officer, resist/obstruct/delay law enforcement officer. A secured bond of $2,500 was set. Troy L. Burt made the arrest. 

David Jonathon Slinkard, 41, of Franklin, was charged with assault on a female, assault on another person in the presence of a minor. No bond was set. Stephanie Robbins made the arrest. 

July 23

Steven Gary Nicholson, 32, of Otto, was charged with larceny. No bond was set. Clay A. Saunders made the arrest.

Sarah Marie Sanford, 27, of Franklin, was charged with failure to pay child support. a secured bond of $2,480 was set. Audrey Parrish made the arrest.  

Mark Alexander Anderson, 50 of Franklin, was charged with probation violation. A secured bond of $10,000 was set. Michael R. Hollifield made the arrest.

Robert David Burch, 42, of Franklin, was charged with possession of methamphetamine, misdemeanor larceny. A secured bond was set. James E. Crawford III made the arrest.

July 17

Patrick Charles Blair, 31, of Union St., Asheville, was charged with resist/obstruct/delay, driving while license revoked, possession of marijuana. A secured bond of $600 was set. Randy S. Dula made the arrest. 

July 18

Sandra Ecklund Stross, 66, of Country Club Rd. N., St. Petersburg, Fla.,  was charged with driving while intoxicated for alcohol and/or drugs. A $2,000 bond was set. Justin M. Norman made the arrest. 

Charles Gregory Spain, 43, of Hwy 138, Riverdale, Ga., was charged with possession of firearm by a felon, carrying a concealed firearm, possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, break or enter a motor vehicle, larceny from a motor vehicle, attempt to break or enter a motor vehicle, tampering with a vehicle. A secured bond of $35,000 was set. Timothy J. Lynn made the arrest.

Randy Lee Renwick, 56, of 49th St. Rd., Ocklawaha, Fla., was charged with driving while intoxicated for alcohol and/or drugs. An unsecured bond of $2,000 was set. Justin M. Norman made the arrest. 

July 20

Kyle Chase Alexander Bush, 22, of Treasure Lane, was charged with driving while license revoked, brake light violation, rear lamp violation. A secured bond of $500. Randy S. Dula made the arrest.  

James Edward Hughes III, 40, of Forrest Ave., was charged with parole violations. No bond was set. M. A. Bingham made the arrest.

Cole Porter Harling, 19, of Carolina Crest Dr., was charged with larceny of a firearm, felony larceny, misdemeanors larceny, possessing a firearm by a felon, safe cracking. A secured bond of $30,000 was set. M.A. Bingham made the arrest. 

Dillon Scott Gilhaus, 26, of West Cove Lane, was charged with driving while impaired, failure to maintain lane control. An unsecured bond of $2,000 was set. Timothy J. Lynn made the arrest.

July 14

Damien James Fisher, 19, of Pigeon Lane, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a schedule IV controlled substance, possession of marijuana up to 1/2 oz., larceny after breaking and entering, breaking and entering forcible. A $15,000 bond was set. Robert D. Nicholson made the arrest. 

Amanda Reeves, 33, of Hwy 19, Whittier,  was charged with trespassing, breaking and entering non-forcible. A $1,000 bond was set. Josh A. Yopp made the arrest.

Scott Edward Everhart, 22, of Raintree Dr., Whittier, was charged with failure to appear for possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a schedule II controlled substance. A $10,000 bond was set. Kenneth D. Woodring made the arrest. 

Brittany Taylor Price, 24, of Lucille Beck Lane, Cherokee, was charged with failure to appear for false request for ambulance, resist/obstruct/delay, misuse of 911. A $5,000 bond was set. Sean K. Bryson made the arrest. 

Gabrielle Uriah Carver, 32, of Willow Pond Rd., was charged with driving while license revoked, fictitious registration plate, drive vehicle without registered, no insurance, brake light violation, possession of stolen goods, school attendance violation. A secured bond of $9,000 was set. Randy S. Dula made the arrest. 

July 16

Gustavo Martinez Martinez, 40, of Copper Mine Trail, Tuckasegee, was charged with injury to real property, breaking and entering forcible. A $500 bond was, Chrystal D. Deitz made the arrest. 

Maximillian Elisha Johnson, 21, of Bamboo Trail, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a schedule II controlled substance, maintaining a vehicle for a controlled substance, felony possession of a  schedule I controlled substance, possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver a schedule 1 controlled substance. A $5,000 bond was set. Andrew J. Parker made the arrest. 

Haley Amanda Floyd, 22, of Bamboo Trail, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a schedule II controlled substance possession of a schedule I controlled substance, possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver a schedule I controlled substance. A $4,000 bond was set. Andrew J. Parker made the arrest. 

Nalisha Aline Guerrero, 29, of Big Cove Rd., Cherokee, was charged with failure to appear for driving while license revoked. A $4,000 bond was set. Jesse L Henkel made the arrest.
