Arrests for May 10, 2018

The Macon County Sheriff’s Department, Franklin Police Department or Jackson County Sheriff’s Department made the following arrests April 30 – May 8. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Macon County Sheriff’s Department 

May 1

Dylan Kyle Justice, 19, of Otto, was charged with assault and battery, injury to personal property, disorderly conduct. A secured bond of $5,000 was set. Nick Lofthouse made the arrest.  

Katelyn Ball, 21, of Franklin, was charged with disorderly conduct. An unsecured bond of $1,500 was set. Nick Lofthouse made the arrest. 

May 2

Austin Henry Posey, 22, of Franklin, was charged with resisting a public officer. A secured bond of $1,500 was set. Robert Young made the arrest. 

May 3

Jessica Elizabeth Keener, 31, of Highlands was charged with resisting a public officer. A secured bond of $1,000 was set. Robert Young made the arrest. 

William Zachary Patterson, 47, of Sylva, was issued a fugitive warrant/probation violations, possession of a controlled substance on prison/jail premises, possession of drug paraphernalia, resist/obstruct/delay law enforcement officer, failure to appear for carrying a concealed gun and resist a public officer. A secured bond of $40,000 was set. Jonathan C. Bean made the arrest. 

May 4

Christopher Adam Stamey, 31, of Franklin,  was charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. A secured bond of $2,000 was set. Michael R. Hollifield made the arrest. 

May 5

Tifton Shannon Plymale, 48, of Otto, was charged with drug violations. A secured bond of $3,000 was set. Nick Lofthouse made the arrest. 

May 7

Luther Stinnett IV, 24, of Franklin, was charged with assault on a female, assault on another person. No bond was set. Thomas Tenhagen made the arrest. 

May 8

Alexander Kingston Strickland, 16, of Franklin, was charged with threatening an executive legal court officer, communicating threats. A secured bond of $100,000 was set. William D. Stamey made the arrest.

May 4

Robert Lewis Cowart, 49, of Rosemont Dr., was charged with failure to appear. A secured bond of $2,000 was set. Jonathan C. Bean made the arrest. 

May 7

Nicole Julian Wend, 36, of Riverbend Rd., was charged with possession of cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia, breaking and entering a motor vehicle. A secured bond of $9,000 was set. Jonathan C. Bean made the arrest. 

Candice Nicole Daves, 28, of Cheek Rd., was charged with breaking and entering a motor vehicle, possession of burglary tools. A secured bond of $7,000 was set. Jonathan C. Bean made the arrest.

April 30

Raymond Dakota Whitecotton, 26, of Kamama Dr., Cherokee, was charged with failure to appear for shoplifting concealment of goods. A $250 bond was set. Kyle P. Efird made the arrest. 

Erica Loraine Arch, 29, of Lacy Lane, Cherokee, was charged with felony probation violation. A $10,000 bond was set. Celestine A. Holloman made the arrest. 

May 1

Brooklyn Mercedes McCoy, of Sprint Lane, was charged with selling a schedule VI controlled substance within 1000’ of a child care center, maintaining a vehicle/dwelling place for a controlled substance, selling a schedule VI controlled substance, conspiracy to sell a VI controlled substance. A $25,000 bond was set. Michael R. Brooks made the arrest. 

Terry Mack Wykle, 67, of Pumpkin Town, was charged with domestic criminal trespass. No bond was set. James L. Clawson made the arrest. 

Rachael Rollins Ingraham, 46, of Skyland Dr., was charged with conspire to traffic opium/heroin. No bond was set. Kenneth D. Woodring made the arrest. 

Keith Allen Ingraham, 64, of Skyland Dr., was charged with maintaining a vehicle/dwelling/place for a controlled substance, conspire to traffic opium/heroin sell/deliver a schedule II controlled substance, trafficking opium or heroin. A $50,000 bond was set. Stephen B. Watson made the arrest. 

Christopher JD McCurry, 22, of Hampton St., was charged with sell and deliver marijuana. A $5,000 bond was set. Kenneth D. Woodring made the arrest. 

Mark Loren Miller, 30, of Resevior Ridge, Cullowhee, was charged with conspire to sell a schedule VI controlled substance, trafficking in LSD, manufacture/sell/deliver a controlled substance 1000’ of a school, maintaining a vehicle/dwelling/place for a controlled substance, sell/deliver a schedule VI controlled substance. A $150,000 bond was set. William M. Hawkins made the arrest. 

Madison Leestudent Wilcox, 21, of Reservior Ridge Dr., Cullowhee, was charged with conspire to sell a schedule VI controlled substance. A $5,000 bond was set. Chrystal D. Deitz made the arrest. 

May 2

Tracy Ann Rogers McCall, 52, of Canada Dr., Tuckaseagee, was charged with failure to appear for resisting a public officer. A $3,000 bond was set. Celestine A. Holloman made the arrest. 

Travis Dean Mathis, 27, of Rocky Face Rd., was charged with failure to pay child support. A $1,200 bond was set. William K. Davis made the arrest. 

Dustin Dean Hein, 31, of Andrews Park Rd., Glenville, was charged with failure to appear for shoplifting concealment of goods. A $500 bond was set. Chrystal D. Deitz made the arrest. 

Gladys Blanca Fernandez, 52, of Timbuktu, Cullowhee, was charged with child abuse. A $3,000 bond was set. William M. Hawkins made the arrest. 

Kenya Joe Ingram, 21, of Blackhawk Rd., Cullowhee, was charged with simple possession of a schedule VI controlled substance, maintaining a vehicle, possession of marijuana paraphernalia. A $1,000 bond was set. William K. Davis made the arrest. 

Andre Johannes Rostenberg, 76, was charged with second degree trespassing, communicating threats. A $1,500 bond was set. William K. Davis made the arrest. 

Eric Calvin York, 22, of Sylva, was charged with possession of methamphetamine. A $2,500 bond was set. Samantha A. Tomeck made the arrest. 

May 3

Tami Lynn Thornhill, 49, of Dark Ridge, was charged with unlicensed bail bondsmen/runner, conspire to obtain property by false pretense, obtaining property by false pretense. A $5,000 bond was set. Chrystal D. Deitz made the arrest. 

Richard Burgess Kinsey, 30, of Pine Creek Rd., Cullowhee, was charged with drug violations for equipment/paraphernalia possessing/concealing, failure to appear for injury to personal property, breaking and or entering a motor vehicle, simple possession of a schedule II controlled substance, simple possession of a schedule II controlled substance, possession of stolen goods/property. A $10,000 bond was set. William M. Hawkins made the arrest. 

Sawyer Arie Edwards, 25, of Scary Branch, Bryson City, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. No bond was set. William M. Hawkins made the arrest. 

Keisha Leshay Moore, 28, of Westwood Circle, Waynesville, was charged with resist a public officer, failure to appear for obtaining property by false pretense, possession of stolen goods/property, uttering f forged instrument, forgery of instrument, larceny of chose in action, hit/run leave scene property damage, misdemeanor probation violation, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Nanthaniel Shane Davis, 23, of Oakdale Rd., Waynesville, was charged with extradition/fugitive from other state. A $5,000 bond was set. Chrystal D. Deitz made the arrest.

April Dawn Messic, 34, of Mosaic Lane, was charged with school attendance law violation. A $5,000 bond was set. Jesse L. Henkel made the arrest. 

Lola Louise Davis Wilson, 42, of US 74, Whittier, was charged with failure to appear for second degree trespassing simple assault. A $3,000 bond was set. Dray E. Holland made the arrest. 

Daniel Caleb Pait, 29, of Qualla Hollow Lane, Franklin, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. A $1,000 bond was set. Sean K. Bryson made the arrest. 

Thomas Frank Scott, 38, of Dills Branch Rd., was charged with failure to appear for operate a vehicle with no insurance, drive/allow motor vehicle with no registration, driving while license revoked. A $1,000 bond was set. Robert D. Nicholson made the arrest. 

 

May 5

Jessica Myrah McCoy, 24, of Furman Smith Rd., Cherokee, was charged with failure to appear. A $50,000 bond was set. Samantha A. Tomeck made the arrest. 

May 6

William Bryan Maney, 28, of Slim Dillard Rd., was charged with failure to appear for possession of drug paraphernalia, interfere with electric monitor device. No bond was set. Robert D. Nicholson made the arrest. 

Miranda Leigh Marr, 26, of Martin Rd., Whittier, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a schedule I controlled substance. A $5,000 bond was set. Ridge A. Parris made the arrest. 

Tori Shey Gunter, 30, of Wolftown Rd., Cherokee, was charged with resist a public officer, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana 1/2 to 1 1/2 oz, possession of a schedule I controlled substance. A $15,000 bond was set. Ridge A Parris made the arrest. 

Miranda Leigh Marr, 26, of Martin Rd., Whittier, was issued a fugitive warrant/felony offense of bail jumping. A $5,000 bond was set. Kenneth D. Woodring made the arrest.
