The Macon County Sheriff’s Department, Franklin Police Department or Jackson County Sheriff’s Department made the following arrests Oct. 29 – Nov. 3. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Macon County Sheriff’s Department 

October 30

Damian Quin Dutton, 23, of Franklin, was charged with breaking and entering, larceny after break/enter, possession of stolen goods/property. A secured bond of $30,000 was set.  Audrey Parrish made the arrest. 

Zoe Michele Stanley, 20, of Franklin, was charged with felony neglect child abuse-serious bodily injury. A secured bond of $10,000 was set. James E. Crawford made the arrest. 

October 31

Alfred Gene Tallent, 45, of Shelby, was charged with failure to appear for driving while license revoked not impaired revocation. A secured bond of $500 was set. Audrey Parrish made the arrest. 

Caleb Andrews White, 24, of Topton, was charged with gun etc on education property. An unsecured bond of $5,000 was set. Audrey Parrish made the arrest. 

November 1

Sarah Marie Sanford, 27, of Franklin, was charged with failure to comply with non-support. A secured bond of $2,579 was set. Matthew Canzone made the arrest. 

November 2

Adam Paul Green, 31, of Franklin, was charged with simple assault, possession of drug paraphernalia. A secured bond of $500 was set. Jordan C. Sutton made the arrest. 

November 4

George Green, 55, of Otto, was charged with misdemeanor stalking. An unsecured bond of $750 was set. James E. Crawford III made the arrest. 

November 5

Bruce Eugene Elliott, 46,  of Franklin, was charged with communicating threats, aggravated assault on handicapped person, assault by strangulation, resist/obstruct/delay law enforcement officer. A $30,000 bond was set. Matthew Canzone made the arrest.

Jerimah Noah Smith, 36, of Franklin, was charged with possession of methamphetamine. A secured bond of $2,500 was set. J.M. Norman made the arrest

October 29

Kimberly Elizabeth Nicole Bryson, 36, of Elm St., was charged with expired registration card/tag, driving while license revoked not impaired revocation. A $500 bond was set. Samantha A. Tomeck made the arrest. 

Tobias Nathanial Dillard, 23, of Clockwork Lane, was charged with non-support/non-payment of alimony. No bond was set. Kenneth D. Woodring made the arrest. 

Jimmy Wayne Edwards, 25, of Begonia Lane, was charged with failure to appear for driving while intoxicated. A $1,000 bond was set. Rollie L. James III made the arrest.

Alexander Avgerinos, 24, of Foxfire Dr., Asheville, was charged with failure to appear for intoxicated and disruptive. A $250 bond was set. Rollie L. James made the arrest. 

Joseph Rick Seay, 35, of  Sydney Dr.,  Cherokee, was charged with parole and probation violations. A $500 bond was set. Kenneth D. Woodring made the arrest. 

Anthony Leroy Abbington, 35, of Stillwell Branch, Cherokee, was charged with parole and probation violations. A $10,000 bond was set. Kenneth D. Woodring made the arrest. 

Jennifer Renea Morgan, 17, of Battle St., Bryson City, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of methamphetamine. A $2,500 bond was set. Parrish W. Young made the arrest. 

Joshua Warren McDowell, 37, of Cook Rd., Highlands, was charged with carrying a concealed weapon, possession of drug paraphernalia. A $1,000 bond was set. Parrish W. Young made the arrest. 

Colby Alenander Dillard, 21, of Clockwood Lane, was charge with resisting a public officer, first degree trespass enter/remain, misdemeanor conspiracy, possession  of stolen goods/property, conspire to commit felony larceny, felony larceny, possession of burglary tools, break or enter a motor vehicle, larceny of motor vehicle, possession of stolen motor vehicle. No bond was set. William Foxx made the arrest. 

October 30

Colby Alenander Dillard, 21, of Clockwood Lane, was charge with out of state fugitive. A $10,000 bond was set.  Parrish W. Young made the arrest. 

Richard Burgess Kinsey, 31, of Pine Creek Rd., Cullowhee, was charged with failure to appear for possession methamphetamine. A $10,000 bond was set. William S. Collins made the arrest. 

Heather Nicole Steele, 25, of Hall Heights, was charged with obtaining property by false pretense. A $5,000 bond was set.

Cloby Alexander Dillard, 21, of Clockwork Lane, was charged with common law robbery, possessing stolen property, conspiracy to commit common law robbery. A $30,000 bond was set. William K. Davis made the arrest. 

Tobias Nathanial Dillard,  23, of Clockwork Lane, was charged with conspiracy to commit common law robbery, possessing stolen property. A $30,000 bond was set. William K. Davis made the arrest. 

Joshua Lane Kent, 27, of Mockingbird Lane, was charged with failure to appear for drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana.  A $500 bond was set. Mark C. Junaluska made the arrest. 

November 1

Tristan Tyrell Shade, 25, of Locole Dr., Arden, was charged with possession of marijuana paraphernalia, possession of marijuana 1/2 to 1 1/2 oz, possession of cocaine. A $2,500 bond was set. Robert E. Porter made the arrest. 

Stuart Lee Coggins, 47, of Zeb Valley Rd., was charged with larceny. A 500 bond was set. Robert E. Porter made the arrest. 

Amanda Musick Price, 41, of Amber Cove Way, Flowery Branch, Ga., was charged with failure to appear for first degree trespassing, second degree trespassing, first degree trespassing. A $9,100 bond was set. Levi D. Woodring made the arrest. 

 November 2

Ryan Christopher Milkey, 26, of Wild Hog Ridge Rd., was charged with failure to appear for resisting a public officer. A $500 bond was set. William S. Collins made the arrest.  

Jack Cody Tate, 26, of Sugar Loaf Rd., was charged with possession of marijuana paraphernalia, simple possession of schedule IV controlled substance, conspire to sell/deliver marijuana, possession with intent to sell/deliver marijuana, felony possession of marijuana, conspire to sell/deliver a schedule II controlled substance, possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver a schedule II controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling place for a controlled substance, possession of methamphetamine, trafficking opium or Heroin. A $75,000 bond was set. Robert D. Nicholson made the arrest. 

November 3

Jesus Eduardo Diaz, 30, of Old Cullowhee Rd., Cullowhee, was charged with possession of a stolen motor vehicle. A $5,000 bond was set. Conner L. Wilson made the arrest.
