The Macon County Sheriff’s Department, Franklin Police Department or Jackson County Sheriff’s Department made the following arrests October 8 – 15. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

October 8

George Henry Aguilar Jr., 49, of Franklin, was charged with failure to appear for contempt of court. A secured bond of $2,000 was set. Mike Langley Sr. made the arrest. 

October 9

Albert Steven Kerr, 48, of Topton, was charged with failure to appear for misdemeanor. A secured bond of $1,000 was set. Matthew Canzone made the arrest. 

October 10

Kenneth Dee McClain, 27, of Franklin, was issued a warrant for offense committed in jurisdiction. A secured bond of $6,000 was set. David F. Head made the arrest. 

Michala Cheyenne Taylor, 18, of Franklin, was charged with burglary/breaking and entering. A secured bond of $500 was set. Jonathan C. Bean made the arrest. 

Reyna Angelica Garcilita, 22, of Franklin, was charged with failure to appear for felony. A secured bond of $50,000 was set. Jonathan A. Taylor made the arrest.

Charles Gregory Spain, 43, of Riverdale, Ga., was charged with flee/elude arrest. No bond was set. Jordan C. Sutton made the arrest. 

October 12

Nicholas Matthew Hennequin, 25, of Otto, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. A $750 bond was set. Audrey Parrish made the arrest. 

Dallas Giles Dishman, 25, of Franklin, was charged with possession of a controlled substance on prison/jail premises, possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia. A secured bond of $7,000 was set. Audrey Parrish made the arrest. 

October 14

Tiegha Shaye Franklin, 34, of Franklin, was charged with contempt of court failure to appear. A secured bond of $1,000 was set. Mike Langley Sr. made the arrest. 

Charles Elam Gibson Jr., 60, of Franklin, was charged with family offenses nonviolent. No bond was set. David F. Head made the arrest. 

Aaron Cherise Parker, 37, of Franklin,  was charged with family offenses nonviolent. No bond was set. David F. Head made the arrest. 

October 15

Leroy Payne, 65, of Andrews,  was issued a warrant for offense committed in jurisdiction. A secured bond of $1,500 was set. David F. Head made the arrest.

October 9

Adam Paul Green, 31, of Wallace Branch Rd., was charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of stolen property, possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to register motor vehicle, display fictitious registration plate, operate a vehicle with no insurance.  No bond was set. Randy S. Dula made the arrest. 

Danelle Kay Jimenez, 31, of Point Pleaseant Dr., was issued an order for arrest for driving while license revoked. A secured bond of $1,250 was set. Randy S. Dula made the arrest.

Joshua Anthony Wall, 32, of Howard Branch Rd., was charged with larceny by an employee, driving while license revoked, speeding 43 in 35 mph zone. A secured bond of $4,000 was set. Randy S. Dula made the arrest. 

October 10

Gregory Dylan O’Donahue, 26, of Ted Circle, was charged with domestic violence protective order violation, driving while license revoked, speeding 33 in 20 mph zone, expired registration. No bond was set. Randy S. Dula made the arrest.  

Gabrielle Elaine Gilley, 24, of Highway 76 E., Clayton, Ga., was charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia. A secured bond of $3,500 was set. A. C. Stahl made the arrest. 

October 14

Michael Aaron Chavis, 49, of Brittany Lane, Was charged with Discharge firearm in city limits, resisting a public officer. An unsecured bond of $2,000 was set. T.J. Lynn made the arrest.

October 8

Daniel Keith Reece, 27, of Castle Rock Circle,  was charged with child abuse, assault on a child under 12. A $2,500 bond was set. Robert E. Porter made the arrest. 

October 9

Vella Mae Rhinehart, 43, of Lancewood, Cashiers, was charged with forgery using/uttering. A $45,000 bond was set. William K. Davis made the arrest. 

Robert Wayne Simpson,  30, of Sawbuck Farm Lane, Whittier, was charged with resisting a public officer, communicating threats, failure to appear for rear lamp violation, reckless driving, flee to elude arrest with a motor vehicle, possession of methamphetamine, communicating threats, simple assault. A $4,500 bond. was set. Maleah N. Mathis made the arrest. 

Alexandra Lorayne Orr, 20, of Massey Branch Rd., Robbinsville, was charged with resisting a public officer, felony probation violation out of county. A $1,500 bond was set. Maleah N. Mathis made the arrest. 

Monica Elise Hernandez, 36, of Pine Creek Rd., Cullowhee, was issued an order for arrest indictment for larceny after breaking and entering, possession of stolen goods, burglary. A $60,000 bond was set.  Robert E. Porter made the arrest. 

October 10

Steven Jason Collins, 43, of Poker Branch Rd.,  was charged with child abuse, assault on a female. No bond was set.  William S. Collins made the arrest. 

Nicholas Antoine Gholston, 36, of Cherokee, was charged with misdemeanor larceny, identity theft. A $2,000 bond was set. Robert D. Nicholson made the arrest. 

October 12

Jennifer Marie Barker,  40, of Highway 19 So., Bryson City, was charged with obtaining property by false pretense, possessing/concealing stolen property. A $7,500 bond was set. Chrystal D. Deitz made the arrest. 

Austin Brock Allen, 26, of Inman Dr., Anderson, S.C., was charged with attempt to obtain property by false pretense, obtain property by false pretense, larceny by an employee. A $20,000 bond was set. Chrystal D. Deitz made the arrest. 

October 13

Dale Henry Hooper, 50, of Ensley St., was charged with failure to appear for defrauding an innkeeper. A $2,000 bond was set. William K. Davis made the arrest.

James Robert Ledford, 46, of Webster Rd., was charged with misdemeanor larceny. No bond was set. William K. Davis made the arrest.  

Darren Ray Carter,  29, of Molasses Mountain Rd., was charged with conspire to break and enter building, kidnapping. A $55,000 bond was set. Brandon D. Hooper made the arrest. 

David Donnie Luker, 41, of Luker Branch Rd., Tuckasegee, was charged with simple assault, assault on a female, battery of an unborn child, kidnapping, burglary, assault on a female, resisting a public officer, flee/elude arrest with a motor vehicle, child support purge. A $1,000 bond was set. Robert E. Porter made the arrest. 

October 14

Tamra Ann Reed, 24, of Eagles Nest Rd., Cherokee, was charged with no operators license. A $1,000 bond was set. Maleah N. Mathis made the arrest. 

Anthony Clifton McCall, 41, of Bee Tree Rd., Glenville, was charged with simple physical assault on a female. No bond was set. William K. Davis made the arrest.
