The Macon County Sheriff’s Department, Franklin Police Department or Jackson County Sheriff’s Department made the following arrests August  27 – September 4. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Macon County Sheriff’s Department 

August 28

Henry Stacey Phillips, 47, of Franklin, was charged with larceny. A $5,000 bond was set. Matthew Canzone made the arrest. 

Christopher Scott Flowers, 33, of Highlands, was charged with failure to appear. A secured bond of $1,000 was set. Matthew Canzone made the arrest. 

Clarence James McCall, 25, of Highlands, was, charged with failure to appear. A secured bond of $30,000 was set. Matthew Canzone made the arrest. 

Hannah Erdman, 16, of Franklin, was charged with failure to appear. A secured bond of $1,000 was set. Stephanie Robbins made the arrest. 

Lindsey Erdman, 33, of Franklin, was charged with failure to appear. A secured bond of $2,000 was set. Stephanie Robbins made the arrest. 

August 29

Christy Dawn Wilson, 37, of Franklin, was charged with misdemeanor stalking. Brian W. Mitchell made the arrest.

Julianne D. Walker, 30, of Franklin, was charged with second degree trespass. An unsecured bond of $2,000 was set. Audrey Parrish made the arrest.  

August 30

Keleb Scott Clark, 29, Waynesville, was charged with parole and probation violations, breaking or entering. A secured bond of $10,000 was set. David F. Head made the arrest. 

Kelly Kristina Bates Mayhorn, 46, of Franklin, was charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia. A secured bond of $5,000 was set. David Blanton made the arrest. 

Kimberly Marie Jenkins, 30, of Franklin, was charged with communicating threats, cyberstalking. An unsecured bond of $2,500 was set. David Blanton made the arrest. 

Kersi Lee Countryman, 23, of Clarkesville, Ga., was charged with failure to appear. A secured bond of $2,000 was set. Jonathan A. Taylor made the arrest. 

Bayshen Emanuel Chavis, 20, of Franklin, was charged with assault on a female.  An unsecured bond of $2,000 was set. Jonathan A. Taylor made the arrest. 

September 2

Otis Lon Cook, 56, of Franklin, was charged with harassing telephone calls, misuse of 911 system. An unsecured bond of $500 was set. David F. Head made the arrest.

Christopher Allen McLeod, 40, of Franklin, was issued a true bill of indictment. A secured bond of $4,000 was set. Troy L. Burt made the arrest.  

Johathan Tyler Hughes, 27, of Franklin, was charged with failure to appear for driving while license revoked not impaired revocation. A secured of $500 was set. Mike Langley Sr. made the arrest. 

September 3

Walter Emmanuel Perez, 22, of Franklin, was charged with contributing to delinquency of juvenile. A secured bond of $500 was set. David F. Head made the arrest. 

September 4

Kyle Benjamin Cabe, 19, of Otto, was charged with felony probation violation. A secured bond of $30,000 was set. Jonathan A. Taylor made the arrest.  

Ray Fayquan McKinnon, 25, of Franklin, was charged with driving while license revoked. An unsecured bond of $500 was set. Clay A. Saunders made the arrest. 

Franklin Police Department

August 27

Debra Michelle Guthrie, 26, of Pigeon Lane, was charged with simple assault, larceny for shoplifting, possessing of stolen property, simple assault, resist a public officer. A secured bond of $1,000 was set. Davin E. Holland made the arrest.

Travis Aron Zepeda, 22, of Wrights Creek Rd., Cherokee, was charged with driving while license revoked, fictitious registration plate, order for arrest. A secured bond of $2,800 was set. Randy S. Dula made the arrest.

August 30

Christopher David Mize, 25, of Redmond Ave. N.E., Wash., was charged with assault on a female. No bond was set. Matt G. Pellicer made the arrest.  

Bonnie Rae Peterson, 21, of Titshaw Dr., Gainesville, Ga., was charged with simple assault. No bond was set. Matt G. Pellicer made the arrest. 

September 2

Kelly Renee Prince, 49, of forest Ave., was charged with stalking. An unsecured bond of $500 was set. Devin E. Holland made the arrest. 

Jackson County Sheriff’s Department

August 27

Timothy Scott Lawrence, 31, of Big Ridge Rd., was charged with possession of stolen goods/property larceny. No bond was set. William M. Hawkins made the arrest. 

Kristin Lee Devecki, 35, of Poor Boy Lane, Whittier, was issued a true bill of indictment for the possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of methamphetamine. A $2,500 bond was set. William M. Hawkins made the arrest. 

August 28

David Joe Melton, 20, of Paul Cooper Rd., Whittier, was charged with maintaining a vehicle for a controlled substance, possession of marijuana paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, carrying a concealed weapon, possession of methamphetamine, possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver methamphetamine. A $2,500 bond was set. Andrew J. Parker made the arrest. 

Heather Lynn Hyatt, 38, of Cagle Branch Rd., was charged with assault and battery. A $1,000 bond was set. Rollie L. James III made the arrest. 

Timothy Marvin Shuler, 51, of Skyview Rd., Whittier, was charged with domestic violence protective order violation. No bond was set. Rollie L. James III made the arrest.

Terry Wayne Glance,  41, of Glenn Cabe Rd.,  was charged with larceny of ginseng. A $2,000 bond was set. Samantha A. Tomeck made the arrest. 

August 29

Tiffany Kaitlyn Johnson, 22, of Wrights Creek Rd., Cherokee, was charged with motor vehicle theft. A $5,000 bond was set. Robert E. Porter made the arrest. 

Lindsey Nicole Adams, 22, of Toohow Rd., Whittier, was charged with probation violation, possessing a stolen motor vehicle. A $20,000 bond was set. Robert E. Porter made the arrest. 

Maricela Consuela Sanchez, 27, of Big Witch Rd., Cherokee, was charged with parole and probation violations. A $10,000 bond was set. Kyle P. Efird made the arrest.   

Harley Lewis Young, 31, of Old River Rd., Cherokee, was charged with possession of stolen goods/property, fraud for obtaining money/property by false pretense, uttering a forged instrument. A $30,000 bond was set. Kenneth D. Woodring made the arrest. 

Andrew David Walker, 31, of Northwest 7th Place, Ocla, Fla., was charged with probation violation. A $20,000 bond was set. Sean K. Bryson made the arrest. 

August 30

Cindy Soloman Bryson, 60, of Painter Rd.,  was charged with true bill for embezzlement of more than or equal to $100,000.  A $75,000 bond was set. Robert D. Nicholson made the arrest. 

Lawrence William Morris, 60, of Herman Lambert Rd.,  Cherokee, was issued an order for arrest for driving while license revoked not impaired revocation. A $500 bond was set. Dray E. Holland made the arrest. 

Kala Marie Bueno, 26, of Walnut Cove Rd., Tuckasegee, was charged with failure to appear on a felony, possession of a controlled substance on jail premises. A $62,500 bond was set. Ernest A. Scherman III made the arrest. 

 August 31

Steven Kyle Collins,  21, of Mossey Grove Lane, Awendaw, S.C., was charged with possession of marijuana paraphernalia, maintaining a vehicle/dwelling/place for a controlled substance, possession of marijuana 1/2 to 1 1/2 oz, possession with intent to sell/distribute marijuana. A $3,500 bond was set. Parrish W. Young made the arrest. 

Terry Lee Wolfe, 32, of Gallamore Rd.,  Cherokee, was charged with possession of methamphetamine. A $2,500 bond was set. Andrew J. Parker made the arrest. 

September 1

Robert Lee Corn, 31, of Old Cove Rd.,  was charged with possession of marijuana less than 1/2 oz, possession of methamphetamine. A $2,500 bond was set. Megan L. Rhinehart made the arrest. 

Richard Nicholas Rusnak, 36, of Cowen Cove Rd., Asheville, was charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance, possession of methamphetamine. A $2,500 bond was set. Megan L. Rhinehart made the arrest. 

Melissa Madeline Berretta, 43, of Caney Fork Rd., Cullowhee, was charged with possession of methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia possessing/concealing. A $2,500 bond was set. Megan L. Rhinehart made the arrest. 

September 2

James Dean Trammell, 29, of Danadoug Place, Greer, S.C., was charged with resisting arrest, damage to property, maintaining a vehicle for a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine, flee to elude with a motor vehicle. A $30,000 bond was set. Robert E. Porter made the arrest. 

Staci Leigh Hickey, 31, of Dangoug Place, Greer, S.C., was charged with resist arrest, maintaining a vehicle for a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine. A $20,000 bond was set. Robert E. Porter made the arrest.
