The Macon County Sheriff’s Department, Franklin Police Department or Jackson County Sheriff’s Department made the following arrests March  3 – 13. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Macon County Sheriff’s Department

March 6

Camrin Deudrea Bell, 21, of Atlanta, Ga., was charged with driving while intoxicated for alcohol and/or drugs. A secured bond of $500 was set. David F. Head made the arrest.

March 7

Jessie Leecody Atcheson, 23, of Franklin, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. An unsecured bond of $1,500 was set. Anthony W. Momphard made the arrest.

Noah Cloud, 34, of Franklin, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. An unsecured bond of $750 was set. Anthony W. Momphard made the arrest.

March 8

Angela McGuire, 53, of Franklin, was charged with obtaining property by false pretense, accessing computers, shoplifting concealment goods. An unsecured bond of $15,000 was set. Mike Langley Sr. made the arrest.

Kathleen Dills, 55, of Franklin, was charged with maintaining a place for controlled substances. A secured bond of $500 was set. Anthony W. Momphard made the arrest.

March 9

Avery Allison Bates, 24, of Franklin, was charged with parole and probation violations. A secured bond of $4,000 was set. Audrey Parrish made the arrest.

Julia Ann Abrams, 46, of Franklin, was charged with domestic violence protective order violation. No bond was set. Michael R. Hollifield made the arrest.

March 10

Willis Brock Odom, 38, of Franklin, was charged with assault on a female. No bond was set. Michael R. Hollifield made the arrest.

March 12

Larry Turner Turlington Jr., 45, of Franklin, was charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, resist/obstruct/delay law enforcement officer, larceny, break or enter motor vehicle, identity theft, fraud for obtaining money/property by false pretense. A secured bond of $102,000 was set. Michael R. Hollifield made the arrest.

Larry Turner Turlington Sr., 73, of Franklin, was charged with assault with a deadly weapon on a law enforcement officer, resist/obstruct/delay law enforcement officer. A secured bond of $52,000 was set. Michael R. Hollifield made the arrest.

Jennifer M. Gerba, 37, of Franklin, was charged with resist/obstruct/delay, driving while license revoked. An unsecured bond of $450 was set. Anthony W. Momphard made the arrest.

Christopher Lynn Hill, 31, of Franklin, was charged with possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of controlled substance prison/jail premises. A secured bond of $40,000 bond was set. Nick Lofthouse made the arrest.

Jesus Alberto Reyes, 20, of Otto, was charged with possession of a controlled substance on prison/jail premises, simple possession of a schedule II controlled sustenance, possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver methamphetamine. A secured bond of $50,000 was set. Nick Lofthouse made the arrest.

Donald McLean Long Jr. 30, of Franklin, was charged with larceny for shoplifting, possessing stolen property. A secured bond of $500 was set. Mike Langley Sr. made the arrest.

March 13

Jennifer Zuzio, 39, of Franklin, was charged with protective order violation. A bond was set. Anthony W. Momphard made the arrest.

March 8

Harley Ray Cochran, 18, of Park Ridge Dr., was charged with robbery with dangerous weapon, felony larceny, possessing stolen property. A secured bond of $10,000 was set. Devin E. Holland made the arrest.

John Uriah Arvey, 17, of Hedden Court, was charged with, robbery with a dangerous weapon felony larceny, possessing stolen property. A secured bond of $10,000 was set. Devin E. Holland made the arrest.

March 10

Joseph Michael Cyphers, 28, of Old Murphy Rd., was charged with parole and probation violations. A secured bond of $2,500 was set. A. C. Stahl made the arrest.

Sarah Lynne Wisman, 27, of Jim Corbin Rd., was charged with driving while intoxicated for alcohol, driving while license revoked, possession of open container, contributing alcohol to under age, possession of controlled substance inside jail. A secured bond of $5,000 was set. Jonathan C. Bean made the arrest.

Rique Hernandez-Perez, 30, of West End Dr., was charged with domestic violence protective order violation. No bond was set. Matt G. Pellicer made the arrest.

Guadalupe Salgado Rivera, 37, of Dog Gone Circle, Franklin, was charged with possessing/concealing stolen property. A $2,500 bond was set. Robert E. Porter made the arrest.

Brent Andrew Moore, 27, of Assurance Trail, was charged with failure to appear for obtaining property by false pretense. A $10,000 bond was set. Robert E. Porter made the arrest.

Charity Leighanne Smith, 40, of Skyland Dr., was charged with resisting a public officer, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of methamphetamine. A $5,000 bond was set. Robert E. Porter made the arrest.

Kraig Allen Lackey, 33, of Petunia Lane, was charged with child support purge. No bond was set. Robet E. Porter made the arrest.

March 5

Austin Moody Terril Rattler, 23, of Webster Rd., was charged with felony probation violation. A $10,000 bond was set. Brandon D. Hooper made the arrest.

Jack Cody Tate, 25, of Sugar Loaf Rd., was charged with possessing stolen property, uttering a forged instrument, obtaining property by false pretense. A $7,500 bond was set. Jesse L. Henkel made the arrest.

Tobias Nathanial Dillard, 22, of Clockwork Lane, was charged with child support purge. No bond was set. Kenneth D. Woodring made the arrest.

Abraham Ruiz Cordova, 33, of River Park Mobile Home Park, Cullowhee, was charged with breaking or entering, assault with a deadly weapon, assault on a female. No bond was set. Kenneth D. Woodring made the arrest.

Jerry Carrol Lowery, 67, of Ela Rd., Bryson City, was charge with fraud for obtaining money/property by false pretense. A $5,000 bond was set. Kenneth D. Woodring made the arrest.

Brian Adams Hartley, 56, of Homer St., San Diego, Calif., was charged with resisting a public officer. No bond was set. Conner L. Wilson made the arrest.

Kyle Shane Lossiah, 30, of Jim Bowman Rd., Cherokee, was charged with failure to appear for possession of drug paraphernalia, felony possession of a schedule II controlled substance. A $30,000 bond was set. Celestine A. Holloman made the arrest.

Trinity David Frady, 39, of Sylva, was charged with failure to appear for contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile, obtaining property by false pretense, possession drug paraphernalia, possession of methamphetamine. A $15,000 bond was set. Celestine A. Holloman made the arrest

Marcella Consuela Sanchez, 26, of Big Witch Rd., Cherokee, was charged with probation violation. A $5,000 bond was set. Robert E. Porter made the arrest.

Robert Justin Steele, 31, of East Hall Heights, was charged with injury to personal property , larceny, possessing stolen property, obtaining property by false pretense. A $30,000 bond was set. William M. Hawkins made the arrest.

 

March 8

Justin Reeves Lambert, 35, of Oak Hill Dr., was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana paraphernalia, possession of a schedule II controlled substance, possession of up to 1/2 ounce of marijuana, possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver a schedule II controlled substance, possession with intent to with intent to manufacture sell/deliver marijuana. A $15,000 bond was set. William M. Hawkins made the arrest.

Samantha Lynn Gunter, 27, of Shady Lane, Bryson City, was charged with failure to appear for possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a schedule II controlled substance. A $25,000 bond was set. William M. Hawkins made the arrest.

Dillion Wayne McKay Watkins, 26, of Johns Creek Rd., Cullowhee, was charged with child support purge. A $2,114 bond was set. Megan L. Rhinehart made the arrest.

Robert Allen Sartori, 58, of Sunrise Park, was charged with larceny after breaking and entering, breaking and entering. A $10,000 bond was set. Robert E. Porter made the arrest.

Callie Louise Elizabeth Jones, 24, of Hensley Cemetery Rd., Whittier, was issued an indictment for possession of marijuana paraphernalia, possession of a stolen firearm, possession of a firearm by felon. A $15,000 bond was set. Jesse L. Henkel made the arrest.

March 9

David Charles Roberts, 37, of Hwy 19A, Whittier, was charged with child support purge. No bond was set. Robert E. Porter made the arrest.

Steven Daniel Pittillo, 21, of Bear Cove Rd., Bryson City, was charged with parole and probations violations. No bond was set. Kenneth D. Woodring made the arrest.

Jason Matthew Carver, 44, of Hazell St., Canton, was charged with failure to appear for driving while license revoked. A $1,500 bond was set. William K. Davis made the arrest.

Pamela Austin Frady, 46, of Royal Fern Dr., was issued an order for arrest for failure to appear for conspire to sell/deliver methamphetamine. A $75,000 bond was set. Charles B. Hooper made the arrest.

Shawna Kimberly Wallace, 42, of Ferguson Rd., was charged with failure to appear for shoplifting concealment of goods, misdemeanor larceny, conspiracy to commit felony larceny, possession of a stolen motor vehicle, larceny of a motor vehicle break or enter a motor vehicle. A $25,000 bond was set. Robert D. Nicholson made the arrest.

March 10

Jesus Eduardo Diaz, 30, of St. James, Cullowhee, was charged with failure to appear for fictitious tag/plate, operate vehicle with no insurance, driving while license revoked not impaired. A $1,200 bond was set. Ridge A. Parris made the arrest.

Cassandra Marie Tolley, 27, of Ft. Wilderness Campground, Whittier, was charged with larceny. A $3,000 bond was set. Kenneth D. Woodring made the arrest.

Aaron Levi Owle, 21, of Allman Dr., was charged with assault on a female. A $2,000 bond was set. Ridge A. Parris made the arrest.

Shannon Nichole Peterson, 27, of Pigeon Lane, was charged with obtaining property by false pretense. A $5,000 bond was set. Ridge A. Parris made the arrest.
