The Macon County Sheriff’s Department, Franklin Police Department or Jackson County Sheriff’s Department made the following arrests October 30 – November 5. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Macon County Sheriff’s Department

October 31

Travis Scott Mason, 35, of Franklin, was charged with identity theft, obtaining property by false pretense, financial card theft. A secured bond of $17,000 was set. Nick Lofthouse made the arrest.

November 1

Jessy Dakota Beaver, 24, of Franklin, was charged with contempt of court for child support. A bond was set. Jonathan Phillips made the arrest.

Richard Mendenhall Mottola Jr., 61, of Franklin, was charged with harassing phone calls, cyberstalking, communicating threats. An unsecured bond of $2,000 was set. Mike Langley Sr. made the arrest.

November 2

Joseph Elzie Dills, 57, of Franklin, was charged with assault on a female, communicating threats. No bond was set. Mike Langley Sr. made the arrest.

November 3

Esteban Vasallo Conteguera, 46, of Franklin, was charged with maintaining a place for a controlled substance, conspiracy to sell/deliver marijuana, sell/deliver marijuana. A secured bond of $5,000 was set. Audrey Parrish made the arrest.

November 4

Dennis Lewis, 60, of Hendersonville, was charged with drug violations for equipment/paraphernalia, drug violations. No bond was set. Nick Lofthouse made the arrest.

Thomas Tiley, 30, of Franklin, was charged with failure to appear for possession. A secured bond of $4,000 was set. James E. Crawford III made the arrest.

October 30

Daniel Whitfield Reynolds, 52, of Storage Units/Heritage Hollow, was charged with assault on a female. An unsecured bond of $500 was set. Jonathan C. Bean made the arrest.

Lillian Patricia Hall, 66, of Chavis Rd., was charge with larceny by an employee. An unsecured bond of $10,000 was set. Jonathan C. Bean made the arrest.

Stephanie Danielle Hall, 28, of Chavis Rd., was charged with shoplifting concealment of goods. An unsecured bond of $2.000 was set. Jonathan C. Bean made the arrest.

James Daniel York, 52, of Franklin, was charged with trespassing, failure to appear for consume alcohol at off-premises only. A secured bond of $500 was set. Robert G. Ray III made the arrest.

October 31

Donald Chris Morrow, 58, of Franklin, was charge with intimidating or interfering with a witness, obstructing justice. A secured bond of $5,000 was set. Devin E. Holland made the arrest.

November 1

Jonathan Mark Zimmerman, 33, of T Bird Lane, was charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, fictitious plate, no insurance, expired license, no inspection. A secured bond of $3,000 was set. Randy S. Dula made the arrest.

Mimi Raa Ciarrocchi, 26, of Katie Lane, was charged with parole and probation violations. A secured bond of $50,000 bond was set. Dwayne S. Cabe made the arrest.

November 3

Brian Michael Dean, 41, of Mountain Grove Rd., was charged with embezzlement. A secured bond of $1,000 was set. Devin E. Holland made the arrest.

November 4

Christopher Scott Allen, 29, of First St., was charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of a schedule II controlled substance, possession of stolen goods, larceny, injury to personal property, possession of marijuana paraphernalia, possession of drug paraphernalia. November 5

Kenneth Lee Worley, 57, of Lyle St., was charged with probation violation. A secured bond of $5,000 was set. Randy S. Dula made the arrest.

Marco Antonio Dominguez, 22, of Hayes Mill Rd., was charged with flee/elude arrest with a motor vehicle, reckless driving to endanger, resist/obstruct/delay, no motorcycle endorsement, failure to heed light and siren, failure to stop at scene of crash, speed in excess of 65 MPH of posted speed, exceeding posted speed, center lane violation, unsafe lane change, unsafe passing crest and curve, failure to stop at steady red light. A secured bond of $10,000 was set. Randy S. Dula made the arrest.

October 30

Daniel Benjamin Williamson, of Potts Branch Rd., was charged with uttering a forged instrument, forgery of an instrument, fraud for obtaining money, larceny, possession of stolen property. A $40,000 bond was set. Celestine A. Holloman made the arrest.

Victor Daniel Lee, 61, of Nakoma Place, was charged with communicating threats. No bond was set.  Connor L. Wilson made the arrest.

Lacy Normand, 22, of Oak Hill Rd., was charged with possessing stolen property, conspire to obtain property. A $10,000 bond was set. Ridge A Parris made the arrest.

Veronica Cuevas Garcia, 20, of Horse Cove, was charged with simple physical assault, consume alcoholic beverage under 21, intoxicated and disruptive. A $1,000 bond was set. Dray E. Holland made the arrest.

Charlie Thomis Flores, 22, of Little Savannah, was charged with resisting a public officer, intoxicated and disruptive. A $250 bond was set. Dray E. Holland made the arrest.

Daniel Ward Owen, 32, of Rainbow Dr., was issued a child support purge. A $4,213 bond was set. Celestine A. Holloman made the arrest.

Evan Patrick Blades, 22, of Peak Dr., was charged with assault on a female. No bond was set. Ridge A. Parris made the arrest.

November 1

Benjamin Dewey Mills, 23, of Tigerlily Court, was charged with assault on a female. No bond was set. Conner L. Wilson made the arrest.

Janice Carpenter Gunter, 34, of Early Dietz Rd., was charged with assault with a deadly weapon. A $1,000 bond was set. Celestine A. Holloman made the arrest.

Kimberly Danielle Lee, 28, of Rolling Hills, was charged with failure to appear for resisting a public officer, felony harboring an escapee. A $25,000 bond was set. Andrew J. Parker made the arrest.

November 4

Andrea Lynn Teesaatuskie, 33, of Drama Lane, was charged with drug violations for equipment, possession of methamphetamine. A $2,500 bond was set.

November 5

Matthew Rickmon Keener, 30, of Narrow Rd., was issued and order for arrest. A $500 bond was set. Dray E. Holland made the arrest.

Jamie Keith Buchanan, 49, of Dalton Rd., was charged with simple non-physical assault. No bond was set. Andrew W. Bennett made the arrest.

Brady Lee Fetner, 23, of Old Cullowhee, was charged with misdemeanor breaking, domestic violence protective violation, injury to personal property. A $10,000 bond was set. Kenneth D. Woodring made the arrest.

Ashley Nicole McGuirk, 38, of Battle Creek, was charged with fugitive out of state. A $50,000 bond was set. Ridge A. Parris made the arrest.
