Arrests for October 26, 2017

The Macon County Sheriff’s Department, Franklin Police Department or Jackson County Sheriff’s Department made the following arrests October 16 – 21. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Macon County Sheriff’s Department

October 17

Austin William Engelskind, 25, of Franklin, was charged with possession of up to 1/2 oz. marijuana, drug violations for equipment/paraphernalia. A secured bond of $75 was set. David F. Head made the arrest.

Rheannon Starr Graham, 30, of Cashiers, was charged with larceny, possessing/concealing stolen property. A $10,000 bond was set. Michael R. Hollifield made the arrest.

October 19

Rita Elaine Morgan, 29, of Franklin, was charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia. A secured bond of $2,500 was set. David Blanton made the arrest.

Ashley Nichole Dickey, 24, of Glenville, was charged with probation violation. A secured bond of $10,000 was set. William D. Stamey made the arrest.

Rudell Lee Parrish, 39, of Franklin, was charged with breaking and/or entering, financial card theft, financial card fraud, misdemeanor larceny, simple possession of a schedule II controlled substance. A secured bond of $12,000 was set. Mike Langley Sr. made the arrest.

October 20

Jake Adam Thomas, 34, of Franklin, was charged with violation of court order, driving while license revoked. A secured bond of $5,000 was set. William R. Younce made the arrest.

October 21

Shaunteil Jade Vannucci, 37, of Franklin, was charged with breaking and/or entering, larceny after breaking and/or entering, possession of stolen goods/property, possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana 1/2 to 1 1/2 oz., possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana paraphernalia, failure to appear for disorderly conduct. A secured bond of $14,250 was set. Anthony C. Stahl made the arrest.

Franklin Police Department

October 16

Jody Lee McCreadie, 35, of West End Dr., was charged with probation violations, expired registration tag. A secured bond of $5,000 was set. Robert G. Ray III made the arrest.

Joan Beck Hobbs, 48, of Highlands, was charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of open container/consuming alcohol passenger area. A secured bond of $3,500 was set. Randy S. Dula made the arrest.

Tyler Garrett Converse, 24, of Buck Creek Rd., was charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana up to 1/2 oz, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana paraphernalia. A secured bond of $4,000 was set.

October 17

Jonathan Wade Hurst, 20, of Pauline Circle, was charged with malicious conduct by prisoner, resisting a public officer, possession of marijuana, possession of a schedule IV controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, injury to personal property, disorderly conduct, resisting a public officer, probation violations, failure to appear for possession of a schedule III and possession of schedule II controlled substance. A secured bond of $45,000 was set. Jonathan C. Bean made the arrest.

Miguel Angel Lopez-Mendoza, 31, of Lakeside Dr., was charged with resist/obstruct/delay, no lights on bicycle at night, driving wrong way on one way street. A secured bond of $1,000 was set. Randy S. Dula made the arrest.

Jessica Jayne Chase, 38, of Clarksville Lane, was charged with failure to appear for driving while license revoked. A secured bond of $500 was set. Jonathan C. Bean made the arrest.

October 21

Curtis Herschel Crider, 27, of Hunters Lane, Tampa, Fla., was charged with driving while intoxicated for alcohol and/or drugs, open container.  An unsecured bond of $1,000 was set. Jonathan C. Bean made the arrest.

John Cody Rosser Sanfilippo, 23, of Ulco Dr., was charged with resist/obstruct/delay, possession of drug paraphernalia, simple possession of a schedule II controlled substance, possession of marijuana less than 1/2 oz., carrying a concealed weapon, possession of marijuana paraphernalia. A secured bond of $25,000 was set. Randy S. Dula made the arrest.

Jackson County Sheriff’s Department

October 16

Randy Topez Stewart, 43, of Skyland Rd., was charged with driving while license revoked, possession of cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of heroin. A $11,000 bond was set. Ridge A Parris made the arrest.

Lisa Sabbarth Tucci-Caselli, 49, of River Bend Rd., was charged with  being a habitual felon, possession of a firearm by a felon. A $50,000 bond was set. Celestine A. Holloman made the arrest.

October 17

Laurie Dorris, 60, of Summer Place, Cashiers, was charged with trespassing, breaking and entering, communicating threats. A $1,000 bond was set. Ridge A Parris made the arrest.

Rheannon Starr Graham, 30, of Cottage Row, Cashiers, was charged with larceny, breaking and entering non forcible. A $10,000 bond was set. Ridge A. Parris made the arrest.

Carl Jeff Smilack, 21, of Pine Creek Rd., Glenville, was charged with failure to appear for driving while intoxicated.  A $5,000 bond was set. Ridge A. Parris made the arrest.

Regina Dawn Bird, 24, of Old Soco Rd., Cherokee, was charged with failure to appear for simple possession of a schedule II controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, simple possession of a schedule VI controlled substance. A $1,000 bond was set. Robert D. Nicholson made the arrest.

 

October 18

Mark Allen Husted, 43, of Cabe Rd., was charged with possessing/concealing stolen property, larceny by an employee, breaking and entering forcible. A $15,000 bond was set. Celestine A. Holloman made the arrest.

LeNiesha Kearse, 22, of Pointe Lane, Cullowhee, was charged with simple assault. A $1,000 bond was set. Celestine A. Holloman made the arrest.

William Jason Woodard, 33, of Bo Cove, Cullowhee, was charged with communicating threats, resist/obstruct/delay. A $1,000 bond was set. Andrew J. Parker made the arrest.

Larry Allen Watson II, 40, of Cheerful Cove Rd., Cullowhee, was issued an order for arrest for school attendance violation, court violation. A $2,500 bond was set. Robert E. Porter made the arrest.

Dillion Wayne McKay Watkins, 26, of Johns Creek Rd., Cullowhee, was issued an order for arrest for probation violation, driving while license revoked. A $25,000 bond was set. Robert E. Porter made the arrest.

October 19

Jaylen Kahill Blocker, 17, of Woodbury Lane, was charged with resisting a public officer, drug violations for equipment/paraphernalia for possessing/concealing, simple possession of a schedule VI controlled substance. A $100 bond was set. Christopher D. Cabe made the arrest.

October 20

Angel Marie McKinney, 31, of Riverpark Dr., Cullowhee,  was charged with fraud for obtaining property by false pretense. A $5,000 bond was set. Jesse L. Henkel made the arrest.

Sandra Taylor Maddy, 42, of Sugarfork Rd., was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of methamphetamine, probation violation, larceny of a motor vehicle, forgery of endorsement, unlawful obtaining credit card, larceny, identity fraud, exploit disable/elder trust, conspire to obtain money/property by false pretense, attempt to obtaining money/property by false pretense. A $241,000 bond was set. Ridge A. Parris made the arrest.

Devon Ray Watson, 24, of Cope Creek Rd., was issued a true bill of indictment for obtaining property by false pretense, possession of stole goods/property, misdemeanor larceny, break and enter a motor vehicle. No bond was set. Robert D. Nicholson made the arrest.

Benjamin Daniel Cundiff, 35, of Cullowhee, was charged with intimidating a witness. A $10,000 bond was set. Robert D. Nicholson made the arrest.

October 21

Brian Elliott Teesateskie, 41, of Massey Branch Rd., Robbinsville, was charged with drug violations for equipment/paraphernalia for possessing/concealing, possession of heroin, possession with intent to sell/distribute heroin. No bond was set. Daniel B. Wellmon made the arrest.
