The Macon County Sheriff’s Department, Franklin Police Department or Jackson County Sheriff’s Department made the following arrests September 15 – 25. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

September 19

Jan Michael Ringlever, 46, of Highlands, was charged with breaking and entering, trespass. A secured bond of $2,000 was set. Nick Lofthouse made the arrest.

September 22

Kristopher Erik Prince, 25, of Franklin, was charged with assault by strangulation, assault on a female, violation of conditions of release. No bond was set. Audrey Parrish made the arrest.

Alisha Elizabeth Holland, 30, of Franklin, was charged with contempt of court, perjury, court violations, simple physical assault. A secured bond of $3,000 was set. David F. Head made the arrest.

Athena Hensley Cobb, 42, of Franklin, was charged with larceny, trespassing. An unsecured bond of $2,000 was set. Audrey Parrish made the arrest.

Alexander Scott Redoutey, 22, of Franklin, was charged with conversion, possession of stolen goods/property. A secured bond of $2,000 was set. Matthew Canzone made the arrest.

Jason Daniel Reilly, 42, of Franklin, was charged with assault on a female, injury to real property, interfering with emergency communications. No bond was set. Matthew W. Bowman made the arrest.

Maliek Lee Owens, 19, of Concord, was charged with simple assault. An unsecured bond of $1,000 was set. Matthew W. Bowman made the arrest.

Jerry Lee Hobbs, 47, of Murphy, was issued a true bill of indictment for attempt second degree force sex offense. A secured bond of $100,000 was set. Matthew W. Bowman made the arrest.

September 25

Matthew Allen Burrill, 31, of Franklin, was charged with assault on a female. No bond was set. Audrey Parrish made the arrest.

Wilburn Holt, 58, of Franklin, was charged with failure to appear. A secured bond of $10,000 was set. Ryan Angel made the arrest.

Benjamin Nacomas Johnson, 24, of Franklin, was charged with assault with a deadly weapon causing serious injury, assault causing serious injury with minor present, injury to personal property. A secured bond of $30,000 was set. Jonathan Phillips made the arrest.

September 18

Nathan Roy White, 31, of Franklin, was charged with first degree trespass. No bond was set. Robert G. Ray III made the arrest.

Michael Kevin Young, 42, of Curtis St., was charged with larceny. A $5,000 bond was set. Elija D. Kirkland made the arrest.

Tammy Stockton Gibson, 57, of N. Skeenah Rd., was charge with obtaining a controlled substance by fraud, conspire to obtain a schedule II controlled substance. A secured bond of $6,000 was set. Timothy J. Lynn made the arrest.

Alan Scott Corbin, 47, of Big Oaks Dr., was charged with failure to appear. A secured bond of $7,500 was set. Randy S. Dula made the arrest.

Anthony Elliston Walker, 41, of Old Highlands Rd., was charged with driving while license revoked, display revoked registration plate, no insurance, failure to appear for obtaining property by false pretense and larceny. A secured bond of $2,000 was set. Devin E. Holland made the arrest.

September 15

Robert William Faunce, 20, of Saint James Place, Cullowhee, was charged with injury to personal property, interfere with emergency communications, breaking and entering, assault on a female. A $3,500 bond was set. Stephen B. Watson made the arrest.

Jaqueline Lorelei Davis, 50, of Stevenson Cove Rd., Waynesville, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, felony maintaining a vehicle/dwelling/place for a controlled substance, failure to appear for felony possession of a schedule II controlled substance. Amos Harvey Jones, 65, of Barn Owl Ln., Waynesville was charged with possession of marijuana less than an ounce, possession of marijuana paraphernalia, larceny of ginseng, resisting a public officer. A $3,500 bond was set. Robert E. Porter made the arrest.

Terry Jay Webb, 38, of Allen St., was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, felony possession of a schedule II controlled substance. No bond was set. Robert D. Nicholson made the arrest.

Patrick  Martin Mahsetky, 38, of Soggy Hill Rd., Cherokee, was charged with failure to appear for possession of drug paraphernalia, maintaining a vehicle for a controlled substance, possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine. Debra Michelle Guthrie, 25, of Pigeon Ln., was charged with possession stolen goods/property, larceny after break entering, larceny. A $10,000 bond was set. Jesse L. Aiken made the arrest.

Samantha Nicole Namotka, 19, of Sparks Dr., was charged with possession of marijuana up to 1/2 oz., simple possession of a schedule IV controlled substance. A $500 bond was set. Conner L. Wilson made the arrest.

Kaegan Tate Dalton, 20, of Foggy Mountain Rd., Lake Toxaway, was charged with possession of marijuana paraphernalia, possession of marijuana up to 1 1/2 oz., felony possession of marijuana, possession with intent to sell/deliver marijuana. A $5,000 bond was set. William M. Hawkins made the arrest.

Swann Tomilliah Rattler, 33, of Gatlinmore Rd., Cherokee, was charged with assault on a female. No bond was set. Jesse L. Henkel made the arrest.

Austin Moody Terril Rattler, 22, was charged with larceny, failure to appear for larceny of a firearm, possession of stolen fire arm, break or enter motor vehicle, obtain property by false pretense. A $40,000 bond was set. Rollie L. James III made the arrest.

Timothy James Pummer, 38, of Ramp Cove Rd., Cullowhee, was charged with drug violations for equipment/paraphernalia for possessing/concealing, maintaining a vehicle for a controlled substance, possession of a schedule II controlled substance. Angela Buchanan Wolfe, 39, of Shaloli Dr., Cherokee, was charged with failure to appear for possession of a controlled substance in jail. A $1,000 bond was set. Rollie L. James made the arrest.

Daniel Alanson Cantrell, 31, of Pigeon Ln., was charged with driving while license revoked not impaired revocation, possessing/concealing stolen property, larceny after breaking and entering, breaking and entering forcible. A $15,250 bond was set. Celestine A. Holloman made the arrest.

John Donald Kinsey, 28, of Pine Creek Rd.,  Cullowhee, was issued an order for arrest for failure to appear. A $250 bond was set. Dray E. Holland made the arrest.
