FHS will return home on October 7th for the Battle of Cowee Mountain to take on the Smoky Mountain Mustangs. Ahead of the October 7th game, the Franklin High Booster club will honor area veterans.

The event gets underway at 6:20 pm.

The theme for this year’s Salute to Veterans is “Remember Pearl Harbor” in honor of the 75th anniversary of the attack.

The Booster Club would like to recognize the names of all Macon County and Jackson County military personnel that were serving on that fateful day of December 7th, 1941.

All veterans will be admitted to the game free of charge.
