Arrest for August 15, 2019

The Macon County Sheriff’s Department, Franklin Police Department or Jackson County Sheriff’s Department made the following arrests August 3 – 12. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Macon County – Sheriff’s Department 

August 6

Raymond James Bailey, 17, of Franklin, was charged with  probation violation. A secured bond of $3,000 was set. Clay A. Saunders made the arrest. 

Dillion Lee Anderson, 19, of Franklin, was charged with assault on a female. A secured bond of $1,000 was set. Matthew Canzon made the arrest. 

Ayden Alexander Watts, 20, of Franklin, was charged with failure to appear. A secured bond of $5,000 was set. Clay A. Saunders made the arrest. 

August 7

Latasha Nicole Carter, 27, of Franklin, was charged with failure to appear for misdemeanor stalking. A secured bond of $3,000 was set. Mike Langley Sr. made the arrest. 

August 8

Robert Lewis Cowart, 50, of Franklin, was charged with assault on a female, simple assault. No bond was set. Jordan C. Sutton made the arrest. 

Dehandre Oden, 25, of Franklin, was charged with assault on a female. No bond was set. Mike Langley Sr. made the arrest.

Steven Chase Stanley, 26, of Franklin, was charged with possession of heroin, possession of methamphetamine, simple possession of a schedule II controlled substance, injury to personal property, breaking and entering, larceny, possession of stolen goods/property. A secured bond of $32,000 was set. Jordan C. Sutton made the arrest. 

Jason Robert Mock, 36, of Franklin, was charged with false imprisonment, communicating threats, felonious restraint, second degree kidnapping, assault by pointing a gun, assault on a female, injury to personal property, misdemeanor larceny. A secured bond of $22,500 was set. Jordan C. Sutton made the arrest. 

Nancy Ann Robinson, 50, of Franklin, was charged with failure to appear for misdemeanor larceny, failure to appear for possession of stolen goods/property. A secured bond of $2,000 was set. Mike Langley Sr. made the arrest. 

Zachary Adam Himschoot, 25, of Franklin, was charged with larceny of an employee. A secured bond of $5,000 was set. Jordan C. Sutton made the arrest. 

Stephanie Diane Evans, 33, of Franklin, was charged with possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver methamphetamine. A secured bond of $10,000 was set. Jordan C. Sutton made the arrest.

Nathan R. Prevette, 42, of Franklin, was charged with possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver methamphetamine, habitual felon. A secured bond of $20,000 was set. Jordan C. Sutton made the arrest.

Kari Huskey Conard, 42, of Franklin, was charged with larceny of motor vehicle, possession of a stolen motor vehicle. A secured bond of $10,000 was set. Jordan C. Sutton made the arrest. 

August 9

Jeremiah Noah Smith, 37, of Franklin, was charged with possession of methamphetamine, maintaining a vehicle/dwelling/place, possession of drug paraphernalia. A secured bond of $4,000 was set.  Joseph A. Raby made the arrest. 

Jeremiah John Jones, 28, of Franklin, was charged with driving while license revoked. A secured bond of $1,500 was set. Nick Lofthouse made the arrest. 

August 11

Ian Thomas Spies, 31, of Franklin, was charged with resist/obstruct/delay law enforcement officer. A secured bond of $500 was set. Nick Lofthouse made the arrest. 

Thomas Howard Giesy, 62, of Franklin, was charged with failure to appear. A secured bond of $500 was set. Nick Lofthouse made the arrest. 

August 12

Ellijah Todd Lam, 21, of Franklin, was charged with failure to appear, larceny remove/destroy/deactivate component. A secured bond of $4,500 was set. Clay A. Saunders made the arrest.  

Hank Riley Galloway, 27, of Franklin, was charged with breaking and entering, larceny after breaking or entering. A secured bond of $2,500 was set. Clay A. Saunders made the arrest. 

Tyler Lee Watson, 27, of Otto, was charged with failure to appear for release order. A secured bond of $3,500 was set. Kimberly Osborne made the arrest. 

Franklin Police Department

August 3

Phillip Laurence Buchanan, 56, of Franklin, was issued an order for arrest for larceny. A secured bond of $500 was set. R. S. Dula made the arrest. 

August 7

Gary Todd Cunningham, 44, of Franklin, was charged with failure to appear. A secured bond of $2,000 was set. T. J. Lynn made the arrest. 

August 8

Warren Tyler Harling, 22, of Franklin, was issued an order for arrest for driving while intoxicated. A secured bond of $1,500 was set. D. E. Holland made the arrest. 

Jackson County Sheriff’s Department

August 5

Lisa Mae Bradley, 40, of Dandelion Dr., was charged with failure to appear for simple affray. A secured bond of $1,000 was set. 

August 6

Natasha Belle Kirkland, 31, of A Model Dr., Whittier, was charged with failure to appear for possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to appear for possession of stolen goods. A secured bond of $3,000 was set. 

Megan Dawn Wilnoty, 25, Mary Jackson Rd., Cherokee, was charged with failure to appear for possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a schedule I controlled substance. A $4,000 bond was set. 

Jason Jeffery Patterson, 34. of Economy Inn Motel, was charged with extradition/fugitive from other state. A secured bond of $5,000 was set. 

August 7

Crystal Machae Swayney, 35, of Big Cove Rd., Cherokee, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of methamphetamine. A secured bond of $1,500 bond was set. 

James Edward Swayney, 40, of Swayney Rd., Cherokee, was charged with failure to appear for possession/displayed/altered/fictitious/revoked drivers license, driving while license revoked. A secured bond of $1,500 was set. 

Ida Michelle Cisson, 42, of Locust Creek Rd., was charged with failure to appear for identity theft. A secured bond of $3,500 was set. 

William Charles Allen, 37, of Ellijay Rd., Franklin, was charged with failure to appear for violation of unsupervised probation. A secured bond of $500 was set. 

Crystal Bevin Fann, 29, of Hill Top Lane, Tuckasegee, was charged with failure to appear for assault. A secured bond of $2,000 was set. 

Daniel Wayne Warren, 36, of River Park Trailer Park, Cullowhee, was charged with failure to appear for larceny of a motor vehicle. A secured bond of $10,000 was set. 

August 8

Cheyenne Robin Arneach,  27, of Mark Bigmeat Rd., Cherokee, was charged with failure to appear for larceny, shoplifting. A secured bond of $3,000 was set. 

Sammi Lyn Sequoyah, 38, of Wilbur Sequoyah Rd., Cherokee was charged with failure to appear for possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of methamphetamine, possession with intent to sell or deliver methamphetamine, felony. A secured bond of $18,500 was set. 

 August 9

Bryan Lewis Brooks, 45, of Grindstone Knob Rd., Whittier, was charged with failure to appear for misdemeanor larceny, possession of stolen goods/property, possession of stolen motor vehicle. A secured bond of $23,000 was set. 

Juliann Renea Welch, 20, of Adams Creek Rd., Cherokee, was charged with failure to appear for unauthorized use of motor vehicle. A secured bond of $1,000 was set. 

Devin Dokada Collins, 26, of Stillwell Rd., Cherokee, was charged with failure to appear for second degree trespass and shoplifting concealment of goods. A secured bond of $1,500 was set. 

Anthony Mitchell Hurst, 36, of Boyd Catolester, Cherokee, was charged with failure to appear for driving while license revoked not impaired. A secured bond of $250 was set. 

Russell Wayne Taylor, 38, of Cider Mill Rd., Blue Creek, Ohio, was charged with intoxicated and disruptive. An unsecured bond of $1,000 was set. 

Heather Nicole Steele, 26, of East Hall Heights, was charged with probation violation, retail theft, conspiracy to commit a felony larceny. An unsecured bond of $1,000 was set.  

August 11

Clifford Wayne Gregg, 41, of John’s Creek Rd., Cullowhee, was charged with simple assault. No bond was set.

Christina Lynn Daniel,  36, of Paniola Dr., was charged with defrauding an innkeeper. No bond was set. 

Amber Kay Lusk, 32, of Simple Place, Glenville, was charged with interfere with  prevent emergency commination, simple assault. No bond was set. 

Jennifer Lynn Nelson, 38, of Little Savannah Rd., was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of heroin. No bond was set.
