Steven Chase Stanley, 26, of Franklin, was charged with possession of heroin, possession of methamphetamine, simple possession of a schedule II controlled substance, injury to personal property, breaking and entering, larceny, possession of stolen goods/property. Jason Robert Mock, 36, of Franklin, was charged with false imprisonment, communicating threats, felonious restraint, second degree kidnapping, assault by pointing a gun, assault on a female, injury to personal property, misdemeanor larceny.
