The Macon County Sheriff’s Department, Franklin Police Department or Jackson County Sheriff’s Department made the following arrests November 26 – December 7. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Macon County Sheriff’s Department

November 30

Jacob Matthew Holland, 16, of Brookside Dr., was charged with breaking and entering a place of worship, injury to personal property. An unsecured bond was set. Matthew W. Bowman made the arrest.

Holly N. Locklear, 26, of Whitfield Rd., was charged with non-support/non-payment of alimony. A secured bond of $679 was set. Matthew W. Bowman made the arrest.

Christopher David Marr, 44, of N. Skeenah Rd., was issued a governor’s warrent. No bond was set. Matthew W. Bowman made the arrest.

December 2

Adrienne Nichole Carver, 28, of Old Highlands Rd., was charged with contributing to a juvenile abuse/neglect. A secured bond of $1,000 was set. Amy Stewart made the arrest.

Gabrielle Uriah Carver, 29, of Old Highlands Rd., was charged with contributing to a juvenile abuse/neglect. A secured bond of $1,000 was set. Amy Stewart made the arrest.

Angel Antonio Palma, 36, of U.S. Hwy 441 So., Sylva, was charged with failure to appear. A secured bond of $500 was set. Stephanie Robbins made the arrest.

Justin Stanley, 31, of Kirkland Rd., was charged with failure to appear for simple worthless check, failure to pay child support. A $23,108 bond was set. Mike Langley Sr. made the arrest.

December 4

Robert Edward Dubos, 35, of Haywood St., Asheville, was charged with probation violations, larceny, obtaining property by false pretense, A secured bond of $32,000 was set. William D. Stamey made the arrest.

December 6

Jeffery Todd Bates, 36, of Sloan Rd., was charged with failure to appear for reckless driving to endanger, driving while intoxicated. A secured bond of $2,000 was set. Kenneth J. Adams made the arrest.

December 2

Andrew Parker Casto, 23, of Franklin, was charged with failure to appear for second degree trespass. A secured bond of $100 was set. Justin M. Norman made the arrest.

December 5

David Cruz Vasquez, 25, of Battle Branch Rd., was charged with driving while intoxicated for alcohol and/or drugs, child abuse non-assaultive. A secured bond of $250 was set. Kevin J. Breedlove made the arrest.

December 6

Lorraine Louise Pevia-Green, 31, of Spring St., was charged with driving while intoxicated alcohol and/or drugs. A secured bond of $250 was set. Dwayne S. Cabe made the arrest.

David Justin Bohner, 21, of Clarks Chapel Rd., was charged with driving while intoxicated alcohol and/or drugs. An unsecured bond of $500 was set. Kevin J. Breedlove made the arrest.

Dianna Pauline Queen, 43, of Franklin, was charged with larceny of motor vehicle, possession of a stolen motor vehicle, unauthorized use of motor vehicle. A secured bond of $2,500 was set. Timothy J. Lynn made the arrest.

November 26

Bryan Lewis Brooks, 41, of Grindstone Knob, Whittier, was charged with possession of marijuana paraphernalia, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of methamphetamine. A $6,000 bond was set. Kyle P. Efird made the arrest.

Trent Allen Bentivogli, 24, of Haskett Rd., was charged with failure to appear for failure to wear seat belt, possession of marijuana paraphernalia, simple possession of marijuana, carrying a concealed gun, driving while license revoked, driving left of center, careless and reckless driving, failure to maintain lane control, criminal damage to property, resist/obstruct/delay, felony flee to elude with a motor vehicle. Norma Kay Driver, 41, of Golden Lane, Whittier, was charged with failure to appear for misdemeanor larceny, maintaining a dwelling, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession methamphetamine. A $15,000 bond was set. Andrew J. Parker made the arrest.

William Joseph Conner, 24, of Oak Hill Dr., was charged with felony probation violation out of county. A $100,000 bond was set. Mark C. Junaluska made the arrest.
