The Macon County Sheriff’s Department, Franklin Police Department or Jackson County Sheriff’s Department made the following arrests Nov. 9 – 16. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

November 10
Nickolas Stephen Rodd, 34, of Blaine Mountain Estate Rd., 34, was charged with simple assault, misdemeanor child abuse. No bond was set. Mike Langley Sr. made the arrest.
Charles Tyler Jones, 22, of Noah Gibson Rd., was charged with failure to appear for driving while license revoked not impaired revoked. A secured bond of $500 was set. Mike Langley Sr. made the arrest.
