The Macon County Sheriff’s Department, Franklin Police Department or Jackson County Sheriff’s Department made the following arrests Nov. 9 – 16. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Macon County Sheriff’s Department

November 10

Nickolas Stephen Rodd, 34, of Blaine Mountain Estate Rd., 34, was charged with simple assault, misdemeanor child abuse. No bond was set. Mike Langley Sr. made the arrest.

Charles Tyler Jones, 22, of Noah Gibson Rd., was charged with failure to appear for driving while license revoked not impaired revoked. A secured bond of $500 was set. Mike Langley Sr. made the arrest.

November 11

Kasey Ashlyn Welch, 26, of Castleman Rd., was charged with breaking and/or entering, larceny after breaking/entering, possession of stolen goods/property, failure to appear for possession of drug paraphernalia. A secured bond of $40,750 was set. Kenneth J. Adams made the arrest.

Jason Michael Tippett, 29, of Ridge Rd., was charged with breaking and/or entering, larceny after breaking/entering, possession of stolen goods/property. A secured bond of $40,000 was set. Kenneth J. Adams made the arrest.

November 12

Tony Lee Hurst, 53, of Wallace Circle, Otto, was charged with simple assault, communicating threats. A secured bond of $500 was set. Scott Nelson made the arrest.

November 13

Denise Leigh Hughes-Bryant, 51, of Coweeta Lab Rd., Otto, was charged with larceny. A secured bond of $4,000 was set. Patrick Merritt made the arrest.

Tammy Taylor Ledford, 57, of Lakes Estate Rd., was charged with breaking and/or entering, larceny after breaking/entering, possession of stolen goods/property. A secured bond of $5,000 was set. Mike Langley Sr. made the arrest.

Steven Paul Anderson, 26, of Second St., was charged with assault inflicting serious injury. A secured bond of $500 was set. Jonathan Phillips made the arrest.

November 15

Brian David Dills, 35, of Griffin, was charged with misdemeanor larceny. An unsecured bond of $2,000 was set. Mike Langley Sr. made the arrest.

November 16

Valerie Sue Bierlein, 30, of Mill Creek Rd., was charged with larceny of a motor vehicle, possession of a stolen motor vehicle, injury to personal property. A secured bond of $3,000 was set. Mike Langley Sr. made the arrest.

November 10

Chandler Reed Stanley, 21, of Belmont Dr., was charged with probation violations. A secured bond of $5,000 was set. Jonathan C. Bean made the arrest.

Kathleena Massey Owens, 50, of Sanderstown Rd., was charged with obtaining property by false pretense, identity theft, larceny. An unsecured bond of $10,000 was set. Jonathan C. Bean made the arrest.

Eugene Edward Lamb, 48, of Olive Hill Rd., was charged with probation violation. A secured bond of $2,500 was set. Timothy J. Lynn made the arrest.

November 9

Sharon Kim Bishop, 49, of Yorkshie Dr., was charged with simple assault. No bond was set. Megan L. Rhinehart made the arrest.

Daniel Lucas Jones, 32, of Riverbend Rd., was charged with failure to appear for attempted breaking and entering, larceny for shoplifting. A $6,500 bond was set. Brandon D. Hooper made the arrest.

Randall Morris Dills, 34, of Sutton Branch, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of methamphetamine. A $7,000 bond was set. Megan L. Rhinehart made the arrest.

Joshua Michael Lowrie, 18, of Drew Bridge Way, Raleigh, was charged with fraud for obtaining money/property by false pretense. A $7,000 bond was set. Celestine A. Holloman made the arrest.

Denise Shalene Downs, 25, of Vinson Dr., Bryson City, was charged with failure to appear for second degree trespass, breaking and/or entering. A $4,000 bond was set. William M. Hawkins made the arrest.

Daniel Alanson Cantrell, 29, of Pigeon Ln., was charged with possessing/concealing, larceny after breaking and/or entering. A $30,000 bond was set. Brandon D. Hooper made the arrest.

Timothy Michael Wilnoty, 43, of Big Cove Rd., Cherokee, was charged with failure to appear for breaking and entering. No bond was set. Ridge A. Parris made the arrest.

Lisa Sabbarth Tucci-Caselli, 47, of E. Main St., was charged with failure to appear for larceny. A $5,000 bond was set. Josh A. Yopp made the arrest.

Hattie Kathleen Fox, 55, of Fox Trace Dr., was charged with larceny for all other larceny. A $1,000 bond was set. Celestine A Holloman made the arrest.

Mary Rejeana Shelton, 42, of Johns Creek Rd., Cullowhee, was charged with simple physical assault. A $1,500 bond was set. Brandon D. Hooper made the arrest.

Mary Regina Watkins, 42, of Johns Creek Rd., was charged with interfering with emergency communications, trespassing, injury to real property, simple physical assault, breaking and entering forcible. No bond was set. William M. Hawkins made the arrest.
