  • mcso_logoThe Macon County Sheriff’s Department, Franklin Police Department or Jackson County Sheriff’s Department made the following arrests April  11 – 18. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Macon County Sheriff’s Department 

April 11

  • Kelly William Brasier, 21, was charged with failure to appear for driving while license revoked not impaired, exceeding a safe speed, failure to report an accident, hit/run leaving the scene with property damage, failure to wear seat belt for driver, reckless driving. A $5,000 bond was set. Mike Langley Sr. made the arrest

April 12

  • Lowell Earl Potter Jr., 43, was charged with breaking and/or entering, larceny after break/enter, possession of stolen goods/property. A secured bond of $5,000 was set. Mike Langley Sr. made the arrest.
  • Eugene Edward Lamb, 49, was charged with probation violation. An unsecured bond of $20,000 was set. Audrey Parrish made the arrest.
  • Amy Marie Gibson, 37, was charged with probation violation-bond revocation. A secured bond of $5,000 was set. Bryant Hodgins made the arrest.

April 13

  • David Keith Bringle, 20, was charged with flee/elude arrest with a motor vehicle, driving while license revoked not impaired, reckless driving to endanger. A secured bond of $4,000 was set. Mike Langley Sr. made the arrest.
  • Michael Clifford Hamlin Jr., 37, was charged with failure to appear for possession with intent to manufacture/sell/distribute a schedule II controlled substance, sell/deliver a schedule II controlled substance. A secured bond of $20,000 was set. Mike Langley Sr. made the arrest.
  • Robert Charles Tallent, 19, was charged with failure to appear for cruelty to animals, probation violation. A secured bond of $5,000 was set. William D. Stamey made the arrest.
  • William Lee Parker,  44, was charged with driving while intoxicated for alcohol and/or drugs. An unsecured bond was set. Tracy Platt made the arrest.

April 14

  • Adam Lee Harner, 36, was charged with civil contempt for nonsupport. A secured bond of $23,716 was set. Matthew W. Bowman made the arrest.
  • Joshua Stephen Kunde, 27, was issued an order for arrest for child support contempt. A bond was set. Jonathan Phillips made the arrest.
  • James Wade Combee, 32, was charge with failure to appear for assault on a government official/employee, resisting a public officer, assault on a female. A secured bond of $5,000 was set. Matthew W. Bowman made the arrest.

April 15

  • Robert Charles Tallent, 19, was charged with parole and probation violations. A $1,000 bond was set. Audrey Parrish made the arrest.
  • Danelle Kay Jimenez, 29, was charged with driving while intoxicated, resisting a public officer, possession of weapon by prisoner. A secured bond of $4,000 was set. Blake A. Buchanan made the arrest.
  • Joseph Alan Wischnowski, 32, was charged with parole and probation violations. A secured bond of $2,000 was set. Matthew T. Breedlove made the arrest.
  • Howard Franklin Holland, 64, was charged with domestic violence protective order violation. No bond was set. Mike Langley Sr. made the arrest.

April 16

  • Dwight Enoch Hawkins Jr., 24, was charged with misdemeanor probation violation out of county. A secured bond of $2,000 was set. Mike Langley Sr. made the arrest.

  • Norman Andrew Williams, 57, was charged with failure to appear for misdemeanor larceny. A secured bond of $1,000 was set. Kenneth J. Adams made the arrest.
  • Adrianne Martinez, 25, was charged with violation of court order. An unsecured bond of $2,000 was set. Mike Langley Sr. made the arrest.

April 18

  • Mitchell Lee Adams, 35, was charged with non-payment of child support. A $8,232 bond was set. William D. Stamey made the arrest.
  • Seanna Winifred Bjork Randolph, 32, was charged with aggravated assault. A secured bond of $2,000 was set. Scott Nelson made the arrest.

April 11

  • Jessica Lynn Hamilton, 25, of Happy Hollow Rd., Sylva, was charged with identity theft, obtaining property by false pretense, financial card theft. A secured bond of $3,000 was set. Jonathan C. Bean made the arrest.
  • Robert Drew Houston, 38, of Franklin, was charged with possession of a schedule IV controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia. an unsecured bond of $1,500 was set. Jonathan C. Bean made the arrest.

April 12

  • Michael Timothy Crane Jr., 39, of Lake Emory Rd., was charged with violation of court order. A secured bond of $2,000 was set. Timothy J. Lynn made the arrest.

  • Alexis Cedeno Molina, 21, of Cherry St., was charged with driving while intoxicated for alcohol and/or drugs. An unsecured bond of $1,500 was set. Laurie C. Beegle made the arrest.
  • Mitchell Lee Adams, 35, of Courtney Ln., was charged with larceny, possessing/concealing stolen property. A secured bond of $2,000 was set. Laurie C. Beegle made the arrest.
  • Jason Jacob Tastinger, 31, of Childers Rd., was charged with possession of a scheduled I controlled substance (Heroin), possession of drug paraphernalia, simple possession of a scheduled IV controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance/jail premised, possession of stolen property. April 17

  • Ronald Lee Wickham, 46, of Rolling Hills Drive, was charged with assault to inflict serious injury. An unsecured bond of $1,500 was set. Jonathan C. Bean made the arrest.
