mcso_logoThe Macon County Sheriff’s Department, Franklin Police Department or Jackson County Sheriff’s Department made the following arrests August 1 – 8. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Macon County  Sheriff’s Department 

August 1

Nancy Gail Donivan, 60, was charged with breaking condition of release. An unsecured bond of $5,000 was set. Mike Langley Sr. made the arrest.

August 2

Bryan Christopher Jordan, 29, was charged with assault physical injury to a detention employee. A secured bond of $2,000 was set. Robert Young made the arrest.

Gary Morgan Viar, 25, was charged with assault with a deadly weapon, assault and battery. An unsecured bond of $2,000 was set. Nick Lofthouse made the arrest.

August 3

Claude Lee Bradley, 23, was charged with misdemeanor larceny, possession of stolen goods/property. A secured bond of $4,000 was set. Mike Langley Sr. made the arrest.

Jessika Louise Snyder, 25, was charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, carrying a concealed gun. A secured bond of $5,000 was set. Mike Langley Sr. made the arrest.

Jennifer Gerba, 36, was charged with trespassing, resisting a public officer. An unsecured bond of $3,000 was set. Matthew W. Bowman made the arrest.

Mark Thomas Franzo Jr., 24, was charged with assault on a female. No bond was set. William D. Stamey made the arrest.

Cory Jason Watts, 26, was charged with malicious conduct by a prisoner, resisting a public officer, communicating threats, drunk and disruptive, communicating threats, assault on a government official/emply. A secured bond of $5,000 was set. William D. Stamey made the arrest.

August 4

Tiffany Lynn Crockett, 29, was charged with failure to appear. A secured bond of $13,000 was set. Nick Lofthouse made the arrest.

Allen Michael Bregman, 75, was charged with murder fugitive warrant from Florida. No bond was set. Thomas Tenhagen made the arrest.

Jamie Patrick Oneal, 24, was charged with driving while license revoked. A $250 bond was set. Nick Lofthouse made the arrest.

August 5

Anthony Blake Sanders, 20, was charged with felony probation violation. A $10,000 bond was set. Mike Langley Sr. made the arrest.

August 6

Brach Alan Brasier, 25, was charged with failure to appear for larceny after breaking/entering, felony probation violation, obtaining property by false pretense. A secured bond of $52,000 was set. David F. Head made the arrest.

August 7

Cole Porter Harling, 17, was charged with misdemeanor probation violation An unsecured bond of $2,000 was set. Mike Langley made the arrest.

Adam Phillip Armstrong, 23, was charged with felony probation violation. A secured $4,999 bond was set. Mike Langley Sr. made the arrest.

August 8

Miranda Nicole Cable, 31, was charged with failure to appear for parole and probation violations. A secured bond of $47,500 was set. Stephanie Robbins made the arrest.

Franklin Police Department

August 2

Charles Patrick Ellenburg, 27, of Rolling Hills Dr., was charged with obtaining property by false pretense, larceny, possessing stolen property. A secured bond $5,000 bond was set. Jonathan C. Bean made the arrest.

August 5

Draven Armand Tomlinson, 19, of Crawford. Ln., was charged with fraud for worthless checks. No bond was set. Jonathan C. Bean made the arrest.

August 7

Kristin Elizabeth Smith, 35, of Rose Creek Rd., was charged with driving while intoxicated for alcohol, failure to stop for a steady red light, child abuse,  revoked registration,  operating a vehicle with no insurance financial card theft, financial card fraud. A secured bond of $500 was set. Jonathan C. Bean made the arrest.

Jackson County Sheriff’s Department

August 1

Karen Williams Day, 43, of Black Hawk Dr., was issued an order for arrest for communicating threats, domestic violence protective order violation. A $10,000 bond was set. Scott B. Walters made the arrest.

Rachel Annaleah Jones, 22, of Snapp Rd., Sevierville, Tenn., was issued an order for arrest for driving while impaired. A $5,000 bond was set. Scott B. Walters made the arrest.

August 3

Angel Marie Brown, of Rushing Rapids Dr., Cullowhee, was charged with simple assault. No bond was set Daniel B. Wellmon made the arrest.

Travia Aron Zepeda, 20, of Skyland Dr., was charged with misdemeanor probation violation. No bond was set. Kenneth D. Woodring made the arrest.

Benjamin Franklin Groenwold, 48, of Camping on The River, Whittier, was charged with failure to appear for operating a vehicle with no insurance, driving motor vehicle with no registration plate, driving while license revoked impaired revocation. A $6,000 bond was set. Lucas T. Brooks made the arrest.

August 4

Carla Tenille Walkingstick, 38, of John Ross St., Cherokee, was charged with failure to appear for probation violation. A $5,000 bond was set. Lucas T. Brooks made the arrest.

August 5

Henry Joseph Walkingstick, 44, of Stillwell Branch Rd., Cherokee, was charged with communicating threats, assault on a female. A $5,000 bond was set. Edward J. Smith made the arrest.

August 6

Sulaiman Al-Atmimi, 23, of River Walk Apartment, Cullowhee, was charged with assault by strangulation. A $10,000 bond was set. William M. Hawkins made the arrest.

William Franklin Johnson, 42, of Coppermine Ct., Tuckaseggee, was charged with simple assault. A $1,000 bond was set. Mark C. Junaluska made the arrest.

Jeanne Lyle Cumbie, 67, of Cedar Creek Rd., was charged with misuse of emergency communications. No bond was set. Megan L. Rhinehart made the arrest.

Colin Lee Lyons, 19, of Toy Cove Rd., was charged with contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile. A $4,000 bond was set. Edward J. Smith made the arrest.
