mcso_logoThe Macon County Sheriff’s Department, Franklin Police Department or Jackson County Sheriff’s Department made the following arrests December 1 – 12. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

December 1

Amy Victoria Crawford, 31, of Franklin, was charged with failure to appear for driving while intoxicated. A secured bond of $4,000 was set. Jonathan Phillips made the arrest.

December 6

Thomas David Griffiths, 33, of Franklin, was charged with larceny by an employee. A secured bond of $1,500 was set. Mike Langley Sr. made the arrest.

Adam Winton Monteith, 37, of Franklin,  was charged with domestic violence protective order violation. No bond was set. Mike Langley Sr. made the arrest.

December 8

Jeffery Michael Jones, 35, of Franklin, was charged with larceny, driving while license revoked impaired revocation, driving without two headlights. A secured bond of $1,750 was set. Matthew Canzone made the arrest.

Amber Gayle Gross, 28, of Franklin, was charged with obtaining property by false pretense, financial card fraud, financial card theft, unlawfully obtaining credit card. A secured bond of $15,000 was set. Matthew Canzone made the arrest.

Tawny Michelle Perez, 24, of Franklin, was charged with harboring escapee, all other offenses. A secured bond of $1,500. Troy L. Burt made the arrest.

Tracy Lynn Hood, 41, of Franklin, was charged with contempt of court, perjury, court violations. A secured bond of $1,500 was set.  David F. Head made the arrest.

Jason Daniel Reilly, 41, of Franklin, was charged with failure to appear for driving while license revoked, not impaired revocation. A secured bond of $1,000 was set. Mike Langley Sr. made the arrest.

Colton Lee Smith, 27, of Franklin, was issued a true bill  of indictment for a habitual felon. A secured bond of $5,000 was set. Mike Langley Sr. made the arrest.

John Russell Sanfilippo, 50, of Franklin, was charged with intimidating a witness. A secured bond of $1,500 was set. Jonathan Phillips made the arrest.

Faithe Henderson Giaquinto, of Franklin, was charged with failure to appear for driving while license revoked not impaired revocation, expired registration card/tag. A secured bond of $1,500 was set. Mike Langley Sr. made the arrest.

Angela Crystal Martinez, 37, of Cherokee, was charged with failure to appear for driving while license revoked impaired revocation, canceled/revoked/suspended. A secured bond of $1,000 was set. Mike Langley Sr. made the arrest.

Kelli Khristen Callahan, 40, of Franklin, was charged with failure to appear for driving while impaired, driving while license revoked, possession of methamphetamine. A secured bond of $15,500 was set. Mike Langley Sr. made the arrest.

Christopher Scott Allen, 28, of Otto, was charge with communicating threats, harassing phone call, second degree trespass, misdemeanor child abuse. An unsecured bond of $2,000 was set. Mike Langley Sr. made the arrest.

Juanita Marie Harris, 41, of Franklin, was charged with simple assault. No bond was set. Mike Langley Sr. made the arrest.

December 5

Nicholas Ford Rogers, 26,  Coweeta Lab Rd., Otto, was charged with failure to appear. A secured bond of $9,500 was set. Dwayne S. Cabe made the arrest.

December 10

Joyce Megan Ryan, 27, of Rolling Hills Dr., was charged with larceny by an employee. A secured bond of $2,000 was set. Elija D. Kirkland made the arrest.

Sarah Lynne Wisman, 25, of Jim Corbin Rd., was charged with larceny by employee. A $1,500 bond was set. Matt G. Pellicer made the arrest.

Charles Samuel Carpenter,  40, of Turtle Cove Rd.,  was charged with simple physical assault. An unsecured bond of $1,500 was set. Justin M. Norman made the arrest.

Michael Ray Rochester, 37, of Caney Fork Rd., Cullowhee, was charged with harassing phone call, communicating threats. A $1,000 bond was set. Clelstine A. Holloman made the arrest.

William Lewis Bryson, 38, of Big Ridge Rd., Glenville, was charged with violation of domestic violence protective order. No Bond was set. Celestine A. Holloman made the arrest.

Jose Morales Garcia, 34, of Tobacco Rd., Waynesville, was charged with failure to appear for possession of fictitious drivers license, driving while license revoked. A $500 bond was set. Brandon D. Hooper made the arrest.

December 7

Jonathan Michah Maney, 35, of Wolftown Rd., Cherokee, was charged with failure to appear for domestic violence protective order violation. No bond was set. Kyle P. Efird made the arrest.

Dean Mitchell Brewer, 33, of Allen Branch Rd., was charged with failure to appear for driving while license revoked. A $500 bond was set. Austin R. Holland made the arrest.

Jessica Lynn Stockman, of Devin Dr., Cullowhee, was charged with simple assault. No bond was set. Stephen B. Watson made the arrest.

Chanda Leighann Bird, 28, of Fox Squirrel Rd., Robbinsville, was charged with failure to appear for operating a vehicle with no insurance, driving while license revoked impaired revocation. A $1,000 bond was set. Celestine A. Holloman made the arrest.

Sheyenne Victoria McClellan, 17, of Grand Vista Dr., was charged with failure to appear for reckless driving with wanton disregard, speed competition. A $500 bond was set. Celestine A. Holloman made the arrest.

Tonya Ashton Maloy, 30, of Bartlet St., was charged with communicating threats. A $500 bond was set. Celestine A. Holloman made the arrest.

Renee McDonald, 53, of Dumplin Flats, was charged with communicating threats. A $500 bond was set. Celestine A. Holloman made the arrest.

Darryl Paul Polyasko, 56, of Economy Inn, was charged with transporting an open container, domestic violence protective order violation for failure to pay money.  A $500 bond was set. Robert E. Porter made the arrest.

Scenca Devon Benning, 38, of Cope Creek Rd., was charged with failure to appear, issued a true bill of indictment for a habitual felon. A $20,000 bond was set. Jesse L. Aiken made the arrest.
