The Macon County Sheriff’s Department, Franklin Police Department or Jackson County Sheriff’s Department made the following arrests January 24 – 30. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

January 24
Ashley Nicole Dickey, 23, of Glenville, was charged with child abuse non-assaultive, Drug violations for equipment/paraphernalia, possession of heroin, simple possession of a schedule III controlled substance. A secured bond of $5,000 was set. Audrey Parrish made the arrest.

Adam Blake Jenkins, 30, of Franklin, was charged with financial card theft, identity theft, obtaining property by false pretense, possession/manufacturing fraudulent ID. A secured bond of $20,000 was set. Troy L. Burt made the arrest.
Jonathan Russell Key, 30, of Franklin, was charged with nonpayment of child support. A secured bond of $1,150 was set. William D. Stamey made the arrest.

Dustin Jake Cabe, 30, of Charlie Joe Rd., was charged with probation violation, driving while license revoked. A secured bond of $5,000 was set. Elija D. Kirkland made the arrest.

Weston Darwin Lawrence, 22, of Ray Creek Rd., was issued a true bill of indictment/possession of stolen property, possession of marijuana up to 1/2 oz, possession of drug paraphernalia. A secured bond of $10,000 was set. Jonathan C. Bean made the arrest.
Jillian Alice Philipp, 33, of Wallace Branch Rd. was issued a true bill of indictment for possession of stole property, possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia. A secured bond of $7,000 was set. Jonathan C. Bean made the arrest.

Kimberly Hope Williamson, 29, of Robinson Gap Ln., Bryson City, was charged with drug violations for equipment/paraphernalia for possessing/concealing, possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver, possession of methamphetamine, trafficking methamphetamine.
