mcso_logoThe Macon County Sheriff’s Department, Franklin Police Department or Jackson County Sheriff’s Department made the following arrests March 21 – 28.  All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Macon County Sheriff’s Department 

March 23

  • Patrick Scott Carringer, 30, was charged with failure to appear. A secured bond of $25,000 was set. Michael R. Hollifield made the arrest.
  • Ana Chenoa-Lefaith Cook, 30, was issued a true bill of indictment for possession of methamphetamine. A secured bond of $5,000 was set. Mike Langley Sr. made the arrest.
  • Christopher Thomas Edmonds, 48, was issued a true bill of indictment for possession of methamphetamine. A secured bond of $5,000 was set Mike Langley St. made the arrest.

March 24

  • Osten Gregory Moncrief, 16, was charged with breaking and/or entering, larceny after breaking/enter, possession of goods/property. A secured bond of $2,000 was set. Mike Langley Sr. made the arrest.
  • Stacey Sherman Gibson, 43, was charge with failure to appear for no operators license. A secured bond of $500 was set. Mike Langley Sr. made the arrest.
  • Sean Christopher Oneal, 25, was charged with failure to pay child support. A $955 bond was set. Mike Langley Sr. made the arrest.

March 25

  • William Randolph Ledford, 42, was charged with driving while intoxicated for alcohol and/or drugs. An unsecured bond of $1,500 was set. William D. Stamey made the arrest.

March 27

  • Steven Paul Anderson, 26, was charged with domestic violence protective order violation. No bond was set. William D. Stamey made the arrest.
  • Anita Belle Rodriguez, 43, was charged with resisting a public officer. A secured bond of $500 was set. William D. Stamey made the arrest.

March 28

  • Heather Dawn Evans, 39, was charged with failure to appear for permit operation vehicle with no insurance, allow unlicensed to drive. A secured bond of $500 was set. Mike Langley Sr. made the arrest.

Franklin Police Department

March 21

  • Jessica Keener Mosely, 29, of Foreman Rd., Highlands, was charged with larceny, simple assault, larceny from the person. A secured bond of $1,000 was set. Laurie C. Beegle made the arrest.
  • Robert Wayne Mosely, 36, of Foreman Rd., Highlands, was charged with possession of a stolen motor vehicle, simple assault, larceny for shoplifting aid and abet. A secured bond of $5,000 was set. Jonathan C. Bean made the arrest.
  • Veronica Jones Kemp, 42, of West Palmer St., was charged with felony probation violations. A secured bond of $500 was set. Devin E. Holland made the arrest.

March 23

  • Danelle Kay Jimenez, 29, of Point Pleasent Dr., was charge with assault, speeding. A secured bond of $1,000 was set. Justin M. Norman made the arrest.

March 24

  • Noah Benjamin Rusch, 18, was charged with breaking and entering, larceny after breaking and entering. An unsecured bond of $15,000 was set. Jonathan C. Bean made the arrest.

March 25

  • Doyle Dooger Ramirez, 29, of Franklin, was charged with assault on a female, injury to personal property, child support contempt. A secured bond of $858 was set. Devin E. Holland made the arrest.

March 26

  • Tony Dustin Bateman, 26, of Popular Cove Rd., was charged with larceny, possession of less than one half ounce marijuana. A secured bond of $500 was set. Robert G. Ray III made the arrest.

March 21

  • Christopher Dale Lanning, 27, of Squaw Ridge Rd., Waynesville, was charged with contempt order/child support purge order. A $1,059 bond was set. Stephen B. Watson made the arrest.
  • Shonica Raylene George, 33, of Bob Owle Rd., Cherokee, was charged with failure to appear for misdemeanor larceny. A $1,500 bond was set. Stephen B. Watson made the arrest.
  • Terry Jay Webb, 36, of Allen St., was charged with failure to pay child support. A $1,750 bond was set. Josh A. Yopp made the arrest.

March 22

  • Marcus Steve Bohen, 45, of Norton Rd., Cullowhee, was charged with failure to appear for assault on a female. No bond was set. Ridge A. Parris made the arrest.
  • Bianca Jean Dardeen, 25, of Old Mission Rd., Cherokee, was charged with failure to appear for possession of drug paraphernalia, simple possession of a schedule VI controlled substance, possession of methamphetamine. A $5,000 bond was set. Robert D. Nicholson made the arrest.
  • James Parker Bryson, 18, of Divide Dr., Cashiers, was charged with possession of a stolen firearm. No bond was set. Ridge A. Parris made the arrest.
  • Logan Daniel Hoyle, 25, of Sylva, was charged with larceny after breaking and entering, breaking and entering forcible, conspire to break/enter building felony larceny. A $50,000 bond was set. Robert D. Nicholson made the arrest.
  • Joseph Willard Mathis, 21, of Saturn Ln., was charged with larceny after breaking and entering forcible, conspire to break and enter building felony/larceny. A $50,000 bond was set. Robert D. Nicholson made the arrest.
  • Gregory Mark Shuler, 26, of Mitchell Rd., was charged with larceny after breaking and entering, breaking and entering forcible, conspire to break and enter building felony/larceny. A $50,000 bond was set. Robert D. Nicholson made the arrest.
  • Alfred Joseph Lafon, 34, of Shadrack Ln., was charged with failure to appear for driving while license revoked, fictitious registration, failure to pay child support. A $3,000 bond was set. Josh A. Yopp made the arrest.
  • Hugh Nolan Queen, 51, of Viola Queen Rd., was charged with failure to appear for driving while license revoked, speeding, driving while intoxicated. A $2,000 bond was set. Josh A. Yopp made the arrest.

March 23

  • Joshua Warren McDowell, 35, of Cook Rd., Highlands, was charged with failure to appear for notice to revoke unsupervised probation for failure to pay fine, cannabinoid possession less than 7 grams. A $500 fine was set. William M. Hawkins made the arrest.
  • William Wade Morris, 62, of Canada Rd., Tuckaseegee, was charged with assault on a female. No bond was set. Mark C. Junaluska made the arrest.

March 24

  • Lilly Marie Webster, 29, of Dills Branch Rd., was charged with rear lamp violation, possession of marijuana paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, maintaining a vehicle for controlled substance, trafficking opium, heroin or opiates. A $25,000 bond was set. Andrew J. Parker made the arrest.
  • Alex Claude Sheriff, 42, of Sam Brown Rd., Seneca, S.C., was charged with failure to appear for driving while intoxicated.  A $2,000 bond was set. Celestine A. Holloman made the arrest.

March 25

  • Cheryl Dion Cole, 32, of Dragon Fly Ln., Whittier, was charged with failure to appear for possession/display altered fictitious/revoked driver license, driving while license revoked not impaired. A $1,500 bond was set. Celestine A. Holloman made the arrest.
  • Colby Henry, 29, of Leatherman Rd., was charged with possession of stolen goods/property, felony conspiracy. A $20,000 bond was set. Robert D. Nicholson made the arrest.
  • Rush Van Allen, 29, of Cullowhee Mountain Rd., Cullowhee, was issued an order for arrest for assault on a female. A $5,000 bond was set. Lucas T. Brooks made the arrest.
  • Whitney Louise Charlton, 51, of W. Main St., was charged with escape from custody or resisting arrest. A $1,500 bond was set. Daniel B. Wellmon made the arrest.

March 26

  • Christine Diane Knotts, 38, of Colton Ct., Whittier, was charged with communicating threats, violation of court order. No bond was set. Zachary D. Gibbs made the arrest.
  • Rickey Gene Hill, 28, of Brian Dr., Canton, was issued an order for arrest for no operators license. A $500 bond was set. Lucas T. Brooks made the arrest.
  • Tabitha Sherell Henry, 26, of Valor Mountain Rd., Glenville, was charged with failure to appear for driving while license revoked. No bond was set. Josh A. Yopp made the arrest.

March 27

  • Eliciao Sanchez George, 19, of Leyla Ct., was charged with failure to appear for possession of methamphetamine. A $10,000 bond was set. Lucas T. Brooks made the arrest.
