Arrest Reports for May 12

mcso_logoThe Macon County Sheriff’s Department, Franklin Police Department or Jackson County Sheriff’s Department made the following arrests May  2 – 8.  All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Macon County Sheriff’s Department 

April 4

Ernie Lee Watkins, 46, was charged with non-support. No bond was set. Troy L. Burt made the arrest.

Michael Lynn Love, 37, was charged with failure to appear for possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana up to 1/2 oz, driving while license revoked, operating a vehicle with no insurance, failed to stop at the scene of a crash, extradition/fugitive from another state. A secured bond of $20,000 was set. Ryan Angel made the arrest.

Donald Ray Vanmeter Jr., 35, was charged with using electronic mail to send a false statement, misdemeanor stalking. A $2,000 bond was set. Mike Langley Sr. made the arrest.

May 5

Richard Alfonse Davidek, 41, was charged with trafficking in marijuana, maintaining a vehicle/dwelling/place for a controlled substance, possession with intent to manufacture/sell/distribute marijuana, felony possession of marijuana, manufacture marijuana, possession of marijuana paraphernalia. A secured bond of $200,000 bond was set. Mike Langley Sr. made the arrest.

Christa Lee Chambers, 37, was charged with trafficking in marijuana, maintaining a vehicle/dwelling/place for a controlled substance, possession with intent to manufacture/sell/distribute marijuana, felony possession of marijuana, manufacture marijuana, possession of marijuana paraphernalia. A secured bond of $200,000 bond was set. Mike Langley Sr. made the arrest.

May 8

Charles Edward Russell II, 62, was charged with concealed gun after/while consuming, concealed handgun prohibited premise. An unsecured bond of $2,000 was set. Michael R. Hollifield made the arrest.

Miranda Nicole Cable, 30, was charged with felony larceny, larceny of a firearm. A secured bond of $5,000 was set. Kimberly Osborne made the arrest.

Franklin Police Department

April 4

Linda Anne Bundy, 60, of Emory St. Oxford, Ga., was charged with driving while intoxicated for alcohol and/or drugs, driving while license revoked. An unsecured bond of $2,000 was set. Justin M. Norman made the arrest.

Jackson County Sheriff’s Department

May 2

Sherri Lynn Sherrill, 57, of Happy Ridge, was charged with violation of court order. A $3,500 bond was set. Celestine A. Holloman made the arrest.

Hannah Mikayla Hilton, 17, of Fred Sutton Rd., Whittier, was charged with simple assault. A $1,000 bond was set. Celestine A. Holloman made the arrest.

Olivia Madison McKee Stephens, 26, of Webster Rd., was charged with failure to appear for driving while license  revoked. A $500 bond was set. Robert D. Nicholson made the arrest.

Larry Allen Watson II, 38, of Cheerful Cove Rd., Cullowhee, was charged with possession of marijuana paraphernalia. A $500 bond was set. Robert D. Nicholson made the arrest.

Chelsie Noelle Hill, 22, of Little Savannah Rd., was charged with possession of stolen goods/property, misdemeanor larceny, financial card theft, breaking or entering a motor vehicle, felony larceny. A $35,000 bond was set. Robert D. Nicholson made the arrest.

Colton Daniel Painter, 24, of Nicholson Cove Rd., was charged with possession of a scheduled IV controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia. A $3,000 bond was set. Ridge A. Parris made the arrest.

Blake Pearson Henry, 21, of Leatherwood Rd., was charged with obtaining property by false pretense, breaking and entering of a motor vehicle. A $20,000 bond was set. Ridge A. Parris made the arrest.

Alicia Jean Norton, 36, of Riverbend Rd., Cullowhee, was charged with failure to appear for drug paraphernalia, schedule II controlled substance, probation violation. A $15,000 bond was set. Josh A. Yopp made the arrest.

May 3

Roy Hershel Johnson, 41, of Little Creek Dr., Canton, was charged with breaking and entering forcible, breaking and entering vending machine, larceny after breaking and entering, injury/damage to personal property, trespassing, larceny. A $330,000 bond was set. Celestine A. Holloman made the arrest.

Randal Lewis Marrinan, 48, of Hwy. 107 N., Glenville, was charged with felony probation violation. A $10,000 bond was set. Kyle P. Efird made the arrest.

Brandi Nicole Moore, 22, of Fisher Creek Rd., was charged with misdemeanor larceny, breaking and entering of a motor vehicle. A $6,000 bond was set. Lucas T. Brooks made the arrest.

Falon Ramey Pohl, 28, of Sutton Branch Rd., was charged with fraud for obtaining money/property by false pretense. A $5,000 bond was set. Josh A. Yopp made the arrest.

May 4

Jonathan Michael Williams, 19, of Old Glory Ridge, Whittier, was charged with operating a vehicle with no insurance, fictitious/altered/title/registration card/tag. A $750 bond was set. Zachary D. Gibbs made the arrest.

Albert Glenn Saylor, 35, of Edgewood St., was charged with second degree trespass. A $1,000 bond was set. Austin R. Holland made the arrest.

May 5

Pamela Michelle Cooper, 28, of Asheville Hwy., was charged with felony possession of a scheduled II controlled substance, failure to heed light or siren, aid and abet driving while license revoked impaired revocation. A $5,000 bond was set. Zachary D. Gibbs made the arrest.

Larry Dean Pruitt, 27, of North Fork Rd., Burnsville, was charged with drug violations for equipment/paraphernalia possessing/concealing. A $1,000 bond was set. Zachary D. Gibbs made the arrest.

Johnny Allen Wise, 37, of Mill Creek Rd., Cullowhee, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of methamphetamine. A $10,000 bond was set. Brandon D. Hooper made the arrest.

Lydia Ann Johnson, 51, of East Sylva Circle, was charged with assault on a government official. A $10,000 bond was set. Andrew J. Parker made the arrest.

Eugene Jarrett Wachacha, 37, of Santeetlah Rd., Robbinsville, was charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.  A $3,000 bond was set. Kenneth D. Woodring made the arrest.

Donna Smith Cromier, 46, of Weyhutta Rd., Cullowhee, was charged with failure to appear for worthless check. A $500 bond was set. Josh A. Yopp made the arrest.

May 7

Anthony Travis Arrwood, 30, of St. James Place, Cullowhee, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of methamphetamine. A $5,000 bond was set. Robert D. Nicholson made the arrest.

Darren Ray Carter, 26, of Molasses Mtn. Rd., was charged with failure to carry a valid driver’s license, possession of counterfeit instrument/currency. A $5,000 bond was set. Robert D. Nicholson made the arrest.

Kayla Michelle Woodard, 17, of Old Mill Dr., Bryson City, was charged with failure to appear for possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of methamphetamine. A $10,000 bond was set. Robert D. Nicholson made the arrest.

Mary Rejeana Shelton, 42, of Johns Creek Rd., Cullowhee, was charged with resisting a public officer. A $1,000 bond was set. Kenneth D. Woodring made the arrest.

Travis Jerome Staffelbach, 35, of Shadow Ridge Rd., was issued a fugitive warrant/probation absconder. A $20,000 bond was set. Ridge A. Parris made the arrest.

Garrett McKae Hoyle, 18, of Canter Ln., was charged with larceny of a firearm. A $10,000 bond was set. Kenneth D. Woodring made the arrest.

Toree Raine Watty, 24, of Emma Taylor Rd., was issued an order for arrest for misdemeanor larceny, possession of drug paraphernalia. A $4,000 bond was set. Lucas T. Brooks made the arrest.
