Macon County Sheriff’s Department 

November 7

Gavin Lee Henry, 23, was charged with driving while intoxicated for alcohol and/or drugs, open container, possession of marijuana paraphernalia, possession of marijuana up to 1/2 oz, carrying a concealed gun. A $2,500 bond was set. Troy L. Burt made the arrest.

Phillip Lawrence Buchanan, 53, was charged with second degree trespass. An unsecured bond of $2,000 was set. Mike Langley Sr. made the arrest.

November 8

Amy Marie Gibson, 37, was charged with felony probation violation. A $4,999 bond was set. Mike Langley Sr. made the arrest.

Nicholas Scott Harvell, 38, was charged with fraud for obtaining property by false pretense. A secured bond of $3,000 was set. Jonathan Phillips made the arrest.

Courtney Lynn Hilldale, 26, was charged with failure to appear for misdemeanor larceny. A $1,000 bond was set. Jonathan Phillips made the arrest.

Seanna Winifred Bjork Randolph, 33, of Franklin was charged with failure to appear. A $2,000 bond was set. Michael R. Hollifield made the arrest.

Larry Garland Nesbit, 26, was charged with obtaining property by false pretense, fraud disposal mortgage property, deliver/accept blank/open title.  A $1,500 bond was set. Mike Langley Sr. made the arrest.

November 10

Benny Ray Edwards, 36, was charged with assault on a female, communicating threats. No bond was set. Nick Lofthouse made the arrest.

November 11

Gerry Wyatt Wyatt, 54, was charged with driving while intoxicated for alcohol. A $1,000 bond was set. Troy L. Burt made the arrest.

John Cody Sanflippo, 22, was charged with possession of stolen goods/property, breaking and/or entering, larceny after breaking/enter, larceny of a firearm. A $4,000 bond was set. Brian W. Mitchell made the arrest.

Gabrielle Dairis Posey, 21, was charged with breaking and/or entering, larceny after breaking/entering, larceny of a firearm, possession of stolen goods/property. A secured bond of $4,000 was set. Mike Langley Sr. made the arrest.

Dianna Pauline Queen, 44, was charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, failure to appear for possession of methamphetamine. A secured bond of $5,000 was set. Mike Langley Sr. made the arrest.

Robert Andrew Helma Sr., 55, was charge with simple assault, second degree trespass. A $1,500 bond was set. Jonathan Phillips made the arrest.

November 13

Hunter Wolf Ehnes, 23, was charged with failure to appear for driving while license revoked not impaired revocation, possession/display altered/fictitious/revoked driver license, expired/no inspection. A secured bond of $500 was set. Mike Langley Sr. made the arrest.

November 4

November 7

Sulaiman Al-Atmimi, of Moosevillage, Cullowhee, was charged with assault by strangulation. A $20,000 bond was set. Edward J. Smith made the arrest.

Zachary Kurt Hamilton, 31, of Welch Rd., Bryson City, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of drug paraphernalia other than marijuana, possession of marijuana up to 1/2 oz or less, possession of methamphetamine. A $7,000 bond was set. Mark C. Junaluska made the arrest.

Amanda Leslie Thall, 51, of Pumpkintown Rd., was charged with maintaining a dwelling place to store a controlled substance, manufacture marijuana. A $10,000 bond was set. Josh A. Yopp made the arrest.

Joseph Calvin Ward, 31, of Big Cove Rd., Cherokee, was issued an order for arrest for possession of a schedule II controlled substance. A $1,000 bond was set. Austin R. Holland made the arrest.

Robert Mitchell Hoyle, 32, of Jenkins Branch Rd., was charged with driving while licensed revoked, possession of drug paraphernalia, carrying concealed gun, driving left of the center line, flee to elude arrest, failure to stop for a duly erected stop sign. Timothy Scott Lawrence, 47, of Arcola Dr., was charged with protective order violation, possession of marijuana paraphernalia, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, maintaining a vehicle, possession of methamphetamine. domestic violence protective order violation.
