The Macon County Sheriff’s Department, Franklin Police Department or Jackson County Sheriff’s Department made the following arrests November 13  – 26. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Macon County Sheriff’s Department

November 14

Travis Scott Mason, 35, of Franklin, was charged with identity theft, obtaining property by false pretense, financial card fraud. A secured bond of $5,000 was set. Troy L. Burt made the arrest.

Jennifer Brown, 44, of Franklin, was charged with larceny by an employee. A secured bond of $2,000 was set. Troy L. Burt made the arrest.

Robert Oteri, 28, of  Franklin, was charged with larceny. A $500 bond was set. Anthony W. Momphard made the arrest.

November 15

Caroline Marissa Brown, 18, of Franklin, was charged with breaking and entering a motor vehicle, misdemeanor larceny, possession of stolen goods/property. A secured bond of $4,000 was set. Troy L. Burt made the arrest.

Brevon Kimsey, 17, of Franklin, was charged with felony probation violations. A $10,000 bond was set. Troy L. Burt made the arrest.

John Paul Carver, 40, of Franklin, was charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, possessing stolen goods/property. A secured bond of $3,000 was set. Troy L. Burt made the arrest.

Jessica Michelle Owen, 34, of Franklin, was charge with assault on a handicapped person. An unsecured bond of $5,000 was set. Mike Langley Sr. made the arrest.

Christopher Scott Allen, 29, of Franklin, was charged with felony probation violation. A $10,000 bond was set. Mike Langley Sr. made the arrest.

November 16

Betty Couch Passmore, 52, of Franklin, was charged with breaking and entering, larceny after breaking and entering, possessing stolen property, trespassing. A secured bond of $15,000 was set. Jonathan C. Bean made the arrest.

John Paul Carver, 40, of Franklin, was charged with possessing stolen property.  A secured bond of $1,000 was st. Jonathan Phillips made the arrest.

Amanda Joy Lomas, 33, of Franklin, was charged with simple assault, injury to personal property.  A $750 bond was set. James E. Crawford III made the arrest.

November 17

Chad Wesley Spates, 32, of Franklin, was charged with simple physical assault, assault on a female, offenses against family/assault in the presence of a minor, parole and probation violations. A secured bond of $8,000 was set. David F. Head made the arrest.

Claude Lee Bradley, 24, of Clayton, Ga., was charged with possessing stolen property. A secured bond of $10,000 was set. Jonathan Phillips made the arrest.

November 18

Derek Michael Bryson, 32, of Dayton Tenn., was charged with breaking and entering, larceny after breaking and entering, possessing stolen goods/property. A secured bond of $10,000 was set. David F. Head made the arrest.

Thomas Arthur Doggett, 52, of Franklin, was charged with motion and consent order to modify conditions of pre-trial. A secured bond of $2,500 was set. Troy L. Burt made the arrest.

Tammy Denise Turpin, 44, of Franklin, was charged with failure to appear for reconnect utility. A secured bond of $1,000 was set. Mike Langley Sr. made the arrest.

Brett Charles Aldrich, 45, of Franklin, was charged with possession of stolen goods/property, obtain property by false pretense. A secured bond of $30,000 was set. Mike Langley Sr. made the arrest.

November 22

Keela Gregg Bush, 42, of Franklin, was charged with assault with a deadly weapon causing serious injury. No bond was set. Mike Langley Sr. made the arrest.

Kenneth Daniel Nates, 42, of Franklin, was charged with possession of methamphetamine, simple possession of a schedule IV controlled substance, drug violations for equipment/paraphernalia. A secured bond of $5,000 was set. David F. Head made the arrest.

Kimberly Lynn Ferrell, 50, of Franklin, was charged with larceny for shoplifting. An unsecured bond of $2,500 was set. Anthony W. Momphard made the arrest.

Jennifer Zuzio, 39, of Franklin, was charged with domestic violence protective order violation. No bond was set. Audrey Parrish made the arrest.

Charles Russell Edwards, 54, of Franklin, was charged with assault on a female, assault with a deadly weapon. No bond was set. James E. Crawford III made the arrest.

Aimee Phillips, 41, of Franklin, was charged with failure to appear for operate vehicle with no insurance, failure to display registration plate. A secured bond of $500 was set. Audrey Parrish made the arrest.

Thomas Carroll Prince, 32, of Franklin, was charged with failure to appear for second degree trespass, resisting a public officer. A secured bond of $1,500 was set. Mike Langley Sr. made the arrest.

November 13

Blake Justin Roskam, 17, of Southside Lane, was charged with possession with intent to sell/distribute marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, no tag light. A secured bond of $1,500 was set. Randy S. Dula made the arrest.

Tara Summerlin Cope, 43, of Lloyd Tallent Rd., was charged with larceny for shoplifting, possessing stolen property, assault on an officer, resisting a public officer. A secured bond of $2,000 was set. Justin M. Norman  made the arrest.

Jonathan Caleb Storm Duff, 19, of Gregory Rd., was issued an order for arrest for driving while license revoked, fictitious registration plate. A secured bond of $1,600 was set. Randy S. Dula made the arrest.

Emmett Kameron Maurice Gentry, 18, of Jennings Dr., possession of marijuana over 1/2 oz, possession of drug paraphernalia, consume alcohol under age of 19. A secured bond of $500 was set. Jonathan C. Bean made the arrest.

Christina Hope Perez, 37, Dove Haven Lane, was charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance, possession of a schedule III controlled substance. A secured bond of $3,000 was set. Elija D. Kirkland made the arrest.

Jose Manuel Torres, 26, of Tucker White Rd., Andrews, was charged with driving while intoxicated for alcohol and/or drugs, left of center, possession of open container, no operators license, seatbelt violation, fictitious information. Thomas Allen Locklear, 27, of Van Raalte St., was charged with simple possession of marijuana, possession of marijuana paraphernalia, driving while license revoked, no insurance, fictitious registration plate, failure to register motor vehicle, failure to apply for new title, no inspection, failure to appear for dangerous dog. Adrianne Danelle Locust, 20, of Lydia Squirrell Rd., Swain, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a schedule II controlled substance. A $5,000 bond was set. Sean K. Bryson made the arrest.

Danny R. Johnson, 35, of Too How Rd. Campground, Whittier, was charged with assault on a female, court violations for failure to appear for school attendance violation. A $1,000 bond was set. Andrew W. Bennett made the arrest.

Mary Rejeana Shelton, 44, of Johns Creek Rd., Cullowhee, was charged with injury to personal property, simple assault, larceny after breaking and entering, breaking and entering, No bond was set. Robert D. Nicholson made the arrest.

Laura Marie Jensen, 50, of Cheerful Cove Rd., Cullowhee, was charged with failure to appear for school attendance law violation. A $2,000 bond was set. William K. Davis made the arrest.

Jordan Rae Wolfe, 22, of Rachael Watty Rd., Cherokee, was issued an order for arrest for possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of heroin. A $15,000 bond was set. Robert E. Porter made the arrest.
