Kenneth Judson Gibson Sr., 48, of Franklin, was issued a true bill of indictment for being a habitual felon, misdemeanor larceny, larceny from merchant using posted emergency, possession of methamphetamine, possession of a controlled substance on prison/jail premises resisting a public officer.
