The Macon County Sheriff’s Department, Franklin Police Department or Jackson County Sheriff’s Department made the following arrests April 1 – 8.  All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Macon County Sheriff’s Department 

April 1

Joshua Edward Woodall, 20, of Franklin, was charged with driving while impaired, while consuming a malt beverage in passenger area, driving by person less than 21 years old after consuming alcohol. An unsecured bond of $750 was set. Clay A. Saunders made the arrest. 

April 2

Jack Kemp, 54, of Franklin, was charged with injury to personal property, larceny. An unsecured bond of $500 was set. Audrey Parrish made the arrest. 

April 3

Rita Lynn Webb, 21, of Franklin, was charged with possession of methamphetamine. A secured bond of $2,500. Nick   made the arrest.  

April 5

Dustin Lynn Busby, 28, of Franklin, was charged with assault on a female. No bond was set. Kimberly Osborne made the arrest. 

Noah Chapman, 18, of Franklin, was charged with communicating threats. An unsecured bond of $750 was set. David Blanton made the arrest. 

April 7

Mikeal Kelly Bryggare, 38, of Franklin, was charged with assault on a female. No bond was set. William D. Stamey made the arrest. 

Brandy Bryggare, 38, of Franklin, was charged with simple assault. No bond was set. William D. Stamey made the arrest. 

April 8

Stephen Andrew Shiebler, 51, of Highlands, was issued a true bill of indictment for break or enter a motor vehicle, burning personal, misdemeanor larceny, possession of stolen. A secured bond of $5,000 was set. Mike Langley Sr. made the arrest. 

Franklin Police Department

April 3

Michael Einar Grondahl, 60, of 1016 E. Main St., was charged with possessing stolen goods, obtain property by false pretenses. An unsecured bond of $500 was set. E. D. Kirkland made the arrest. 

April 5

Christino Mendoza, 26, of Skylark St., was charged with simple assault. A secured bond of $250 was set. M. G. Pellicer made the arrest. 

April 7

Kayley Elizabeth Crisp, 23, of Mica City Rd., was charged with true bill of indictment.  A secured bond of $3,500 was set. A. C. Stahl made the arrest. 

Jackson County Sheriff’s Department

April 1

Kimberly Natasha Owle, 26, of Governors Island Rd., Bryson City, was charged with failure to appear for misdemeanor larceny. A $12,000 bond was set. 

Chaz James Brian Hodgins, 28, of Long Branch Church Rd., was charged with child support purge. A $1,000 bond was set. 

April 2

Clarence Eugene Hanson, 54, of Mashburn Branch Rd., Franklin, was charged with trafficking in methamphetamine, possession with intent to sell/deliver a schedule II controlled substance, possession of marijuana up to 1/2 oz, possession of drug paraphernalia, maintaining a vehicle/dwelling/place for a controlled substance, possession with intent to sell/deliver marijuana, possession of methamphetamine. A $50,000 bond was set. 

Chanel Dawn Massagee, 40, of Rolling Hill Dr., Franklin, was charged with trafficking in methamphetamine, possession with intent to sell/deliver a schedule II controlled substance, possession of marijuana up to 1/2 oz, possession of drug paraphernalia, maintaining a vehicle/dwelling/place for a controlled substance, possession with intent to sell/deliver marijuana, possession of methamphetamine. A $50,000 bond was set. 

William Fitzgerald Evans-lynch, 19, of Bethesda Ct., Summerfield, was charged with possession of stolen motor vehicle, motor vehicle theft. No bond was set. 

April 3 

Paul Anthony Namotka, 27, of Sparks Lane, was charged with resisting a public officer, simple assault, felony larceny, break or enter a motor vehicle, possession of stolen goods/property. 

Kimberly Crowe Juarez, 35, of Windchime Rd., Cashiers, was issued an order for arrest for felony possession of a schedule II, assault with a deadly weapon. No bond was set. 

Abel Guandulain Garcia, 33, of Windchime Rd., Cashiers, was charged with assault on a female. No bond was set. 

Brooke Tiffani Clonch, 26, of Castle Rock Circle, was charged with failure to appear for violation of a court order, misdemeanor larceny, possession of methamphetamine. A $12,500 bond was set. 

April 4

Paul Nathaniel Murray, 33, of Calendar Ct., was charged with disclose private images/adult, communicating threats, cyberstalking.  No bond was set. 

Gaulberto Cantu, 39, of Saint James Place, Cullowhee, was charged with communicating threats. assault on a female. No bond was set. 

Faith Haley Mull, 18, of Newport Dr., was charged with failure to appear for violation of unsupervised probation, possession of stolen goods/property, misdemeanor possession of marijuana up to 1/2 oz, felony larceny after break/enter, felony breaking and or entering, possession of stolen motor vehicle, felony larceny of a motor vehicle. A $16,000 bond was set. 

Roman Zepeda Arellano, 41, of U.S. 64 West, Cashiers, was charged with second degree trespassing. A $250 bond was set. 

April 5

Raymond Harold Bobbitt, 48, of Toohow Campground, Whittier, was charged with communicating threats, failure to appear for hit/run, leave scene property damage, fail to maintain lane control, failure to appear for driving while license revoked not impaired revocation, driving while impaired, intoxicated and disruptive, resisting a public officer, habitual misdemeanor assault, protective order violation, assault on a female. No bond was set. 

Darin Ray Talley, 31, of Anvil Rd., was charged with driving while license revoked, failure to appear for driving while license revoked. A $500 bond was set. 

Amari Marquise Rashadeen, 19, of Amberly Lane, Charlotte, was charged with communicating threats. No bond was set. 

Jacobe Matthew Conner, 32, of Allens Branch Rd., was charged with simple assault. No bond was set. 

Richard David Broom, 54, of Winesap Dr., was charged with assault inflicting serious injury. No bond was set. 

April 6

Brandon James Graham, 28, was charged with possession of stolen motor vehicle, larceny of a motor vehicle. A $500 bond was set. 

Chasidy Sha Cook, 30, of Green Oaks Rd., Bryson City, was charged with failure to appear for possession of heroin. A $2,000 bond was set.
