The Macon County Sheriff’s Department, Franklin Police Department or Jackson County Sheriff’s Department made the following arrests April 8 – 15. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Macon County – Sheriff’s Department 

April 9

Tyler Lee Watson, 27, of Otto, was charged with failure to appear for injury to personal property. A secured bond of $1,000 was set. Mike Langley Sr. made the arrest. 

Ayden Watts, 20, of Otto, was charged with driving under the influence. An unsecured bond of $500 was set. David F. Head made the arrest. 

April 10

Steven Austin Carlton, 25, of Highlands, was charged with warrant service for offense committed in jurisdiction. A secured bond of $6,000 was set. James E. Crawford III made the arrest. 

Pamela Nicole Wykle, 42, of Franklin, was charged with trafficking methamphetamine, conspiracy to traffic methamphetamine, maintaining place for a controlled substances. A secured bond of $2,500,000. Jonathan C. Bean made the arrest. 

April 11

Gary Shannon Russell, 46, of Franklin, was charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia. A $2,500 bond was set. Clay A. Saunders made the arrest. 

Antonio De Jesus Ortega Gallardo, 24, Franklin, was charged with possession of methamphetamine. A secured bond of $2,500 was set. Audrey Parrish made the arrest. 

Melissa Ann Burch, 39, of Franklin, was charged with traffic in methamphetamine, conspire to traffic methamphetamine. A secured bond of $2,500,000 was set. Jonathan C. Bean made the arrest. 

Kenneth Wayne Underwood, 50, of Otto, was charged with trafficking in methamphetamine, conspire to traffic methamphetamine. A secured bond of $3,000,000 was set. Jonathan C. Bean made the arrest.  

April 12

Fred Pink Floyd, 30, of Franklin, was charged with probation violation. A secured bond of $7,500 was set. Troy L. Burt made the arrest. 

April 14

Zacariah Matthew Sedivec, 39, of Franklin, was charged with breaking and entering, first degree trespass, assault on a female, interfere with emergency communication. No bond was set. Christian M. Houston made the arrest. 

Edwin Phillips Dawson, 20, of Franklin, was charged with warrant service for offense committed in jurisdiction. A secured bond of $250 was set. Christian M. Houston made the arrests. 

April 15

Terry Atkinson Sr., 60, of Franklin, was charged with felony larceny of a motor vehicle. An unsecured bond of $15,000 was set. Jonathan Phillips made the arrest.

April 8

Lakota Jaylen Crowe, 18, of South Country Club Dr., Cullowhee, was charged with felony assault causing serious bodily injury. A $10,000 bond was set. 

April 9

Raymond Harold Bobbitt, 48, of Davis Motel Rd., was charged with failure to appear on a felony. A $500 bond was set. 

Michael Dewayne Putman, 35, of Storm Mountain Rd., Cullowhee, was charged with conspire to commit felony larceny, possession of stolen motor vehicle, larceny of a motor vehicle. A $5,000 bond was set. 

Justin Kage Johnson-Owenby, 26, of Smokeys Den Dr., Cashiers, was issued an order for arrest for communicating threats. A $1,500 bond was set. 

Timothy Michael Allison,  28, of Ela Rd., Whittier, was charged with failure to appear for possession of marijuana paraphernalia, carrying a concealed weapon. A $3,000 bond was set. 

Whisper Nicole Cogdill, 25, of Huckelberry Cove Rd., was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, conspire to commit felony larceny, possession of stolen motor vehicle, larceny of a motor vehicle. A $5,500 bond was set. 

Matthew David Boud, 35, of Laredo Farm Rd., was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of methamphetamine. A $2,500 bond was set. 

Robert Kevin Brown, 31, of Hampton St., was charged with misdemeanor injury to real property. No bond was set. 

April 10

Yosherico Tashera Curney, 39, of Milstream Ridge Dr., Charlotte, was charged with misdemeanor resist a public officer, felony flee/elude arrest with a motor vehicle, reckless driving with wanton disregard. A $1,000 bond was set. 

Anthony Travis Arrwood, 33, of Saint James Place, Cullowhee, was charged with possession of stolen goods/property, larceny, breaking and entering of a motor vehicle. A $10,000 bond was set. 

Angela Crystal Martinez, 39, of Castle Rock Circle, was charged with misdemeanor probation violation. A $1,000 bond was set. 

Timothy Lee Gilmore, 36, of Skylark St., was charged with failure to appear for failure to apply for a new title. A $500 bond was set. 

Latosha Leeann Burns, 17, of Brook Hannah Ct., Fuquay Varina, was charged with failure to appear for simple assault. A $1,000 bond was set. 

April 11

Kelly Ann Kinderman, 32, of Crystal Creek, Whittier, was charged with failure to appear for driving while intoxicated. A $2,500 was set. 

April 12

William Charles Allen, 36, of Monteith Gap Rd., Cullowhee, was charged with misdemeanor probation violation, possession of firearm by a felon. A $16,000 bond was set. 

Lori Jane Cantrell, 47, of Wallace Rd., Cherokee, was charged with second degree trespass, failure to appear for misdemeanor larceny. No bond was set. 

Christopher Michael Johnson, 40, of Christopher Lane, was issued a true bill of indictment for habitual felon. No bond was set. 

 April 13

Benjamin Scott Hartbarger, 21, of Full Wood Lane, was issued a true bill of indictment for possession of drug paraphernalia, possession with intent to deliver a schedule I controlled sustenance, conspire to traffic opium or heroin by possessing, traffic opium or heroin by delivery. A $75,000 bond was set. 

Gioni Bozic, 57, of Prairie Springs Dr., Glenville, was charged with assault on a female. A $1,000 bond was set. 

Chaice Joseph McManuels, 22, of Dirt Rd., was charged with failure to appear for consuming malt beverage/unfortified wine off premises permit/Macon County. A $1,000 bond was set. 

Gaulberto Cantu, 39, of Saint James Place, Cullowhee, was charged with failure to appear for communicating threats, assault on a female. A $4,000 bond was set. 

Anthony Scott Moffitt, 49, of Mill Creek Rd., Cullowhee, was charged with failure to appear for violation of a court order, simple assault, abuse elderly with injuries. A $12,000 bond was set. 

Zachary Nathaniel Lambright, 19, of Dellwood Rd., Waynesville, was charged with misdemeanor financial card fraud, obtaining property by false pretense. A $750 bond was set. 

Raggie Scott Stanberry, 44, of Leatherwood Dr., was issued a true bill of indictment for felony habitual felon. No bond was set. 

Omar Dakhel Alkathiri, 25, of Peak Dr., Cullowhee, was charged with resist a public officer, intoxicated and disruptive. No bond was set.
