Arrests for April 25, 2019

The Macon County Sheriff’s Department, Franklin Police Department or Jackson County Sheriff’s Department made the following arrests April 16- 21. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Macon County Sheriff’s Department 

April 16

Joey Allen Stockton, 54, of Franklin, was charged with habitual felon. A secured bond of $50,000 bond was set. Jonathan Phillips made the arrest. 

Kari Huskey Conard, 41, of Franklin, was charged with warrant service for indictment/possession of stolen motor vehicle. A secured bond of $5,000 was set. Audrey Parrish made the arrest. 

Samuel Wayne Cash, 43, of Hayesville, was issued a true bill of indictment. A secured bond of $10,000 was set. James E. Crawford III made the arrest. 

Joshua Ryan Wiggin, 26, of Franklin, was issued a true bill of indictment. A secured bond of $50,000 was set. James E. Crawford III made the arrest. 

April 17

Austin Matthew Conley, 26, of Franklin, was charged with misdemeanor probation violation. A secured bond of $3,000 was set. Troy L. Burt made the arrest. 

Dennis Paul Kramber, 41, of Franklin, was charged with failure to appear. A secured bond of $2,500 was set. Jonathan Phillips made the arrest. 

Joshua Ryan Wiggin, 26, of Franklin, was charged with all other offenses, possession  of stolen goods/property. A secured bond of $60,000 was set. Troy L. Burt made the arrest.

 Juanita Marie Cleveland, 43, of Franklin, was charged with assault with a deadly weapon. A secured bond of $3,000 was set. Jordan C. Sutton made the arrest. 

Jyrel Nizere Briggs, 19, was charged with obtaining property by false pretenses, failure to appear, simple assault, assault and battery or participates in simple. A secured bond of $2,500 was set. Joseph A. Raby made the arrest. 

James Daniel York, 53, of Franklin, was charged with communicating threats, resist/obstruct/delay law enforcement officer. A secured bond of $1,500 was set. David F. Head made the arrest. 

April 18

Cara Elizabeth McClure, 32, of Franklin, was charged with harassing telephone calls, violation of court order. No bond was set. Jonathan Phillips made the arrest. 

Andrew Wesley Martin, 30, of Franklin, was charged with  probation violation. A secured bond of $5,000 was set. Clay A. Saunders made the arrest. 

April 20

Joshua Jeremiah Jackson, 30, of Franklin, was charged with assault on a female, assault on a government officer/employee, communicating threats. A secured bond of $10,000 was set. Jordan C. Sutton made the arrest. 

John Henry Tyte Jr., 28, of Franklin, was charged with trespass of real property. A secured bond of $500 was set. William D. Stamey made the arrest. 

Angela Watson Torres, 50, of Johnson City, Tenn., was charged with warrant service for offense committed in jurisdiction. A secured bond of $1,000 was set. Nick Lofthouse made the arrest. 

April 21

Andrea Marie Landis, 50, of Franklin, was charged with failure to appear. A secured bond of $2,000 was set. Jonathan Phillips made the arrest. 

James Daniel Pressley, 49, of Franklin, was charged with failure to appear. A $1,000 bond was set. Joseph A. Raby made the arrest.

April 18

Daniel Mark Zacarias Adler, 31, of Franklin, was charged with misdemeanor breaking and entering, first degree trespass, resist/delay/obstruct. A secured bond of $2,500 was set. R. S. Dula made the arrest.  

April 19

Brent Andrew Moore, 29, of Snowdrift Lane, Sylva, was issued a warrant for arrest flee to elude. A secured bond of $2,000 was set. M.A. Bingham made the arrest. 

April 22

Jacob Matthew Holland, 20, of Fred Dalton Rd., was issued an order for arrest for consume under 21. A secured bond of $500 was set. R. S. Dula made the arrest.

April 15

Dee Dee Marie Carper, 33, of Amberwood Dr., Walhalla, S.C., was charged with possession of counterfeit currency, maintain vehicle/dwelling/place for a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of methamphetamine. A secured bond of $3,000 was set. 

Austin Moody Rattler, 24, of Webster Rd., was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession with intent to deliver a schedule II controlled substance, conspire  to traffic opium/heroin, traffic opium or heroin by possession, trafficking opium or heroin. A $20,000 bond was set. 

Teague Bradley Parker, 58, of Grandview Circle, Cherokee, was charged with failure to appear for misdemeanor escape local jail, open container after consumption of alcohol, resisting a public officer. A secured bond of $20,000 was set. 

April 16

Rayelita Dawn Long, 26, of Big Witch Rd., Cherokee, was charged with failure to appear for possession of stolen goods/property, larceny removal/destruction/secured component, felony probation violation out of county, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver heroin. A secured bond of $7,500 was set. 

David Thomas Harris, 47, of Bluehawk Rd., was charged with driving left of center, driving while license revoked, driving under the influence.  An unsecured bond of $500 was set. 

April 17

Tamatha Bradley Morris, 51, of Middlefork Rd., Brevard, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia (not for marijuana), possession of methamphetamine. A $1,500 bond was set. 

Travis Jamey Sizemore, 38, of Haywood Rd., was charged with misdemeanor assault on a female. No bond was set.  

Jerry Lee Wyatt, 48, of River Park, Cullowhee, was charged with possession of less than 1/2 oz marijuana, no operators license, driving while impaired. A $500 bond was set. 

April 18

Jessica Rain Owl, 24, of Copperhead Rd., Cherokee, was charged with failure to appear for violation of a court order. A secured bond of $500 was set. 

Jonathan Sam Brady, 36, of Mineral Springs Rd., was charged with failure to appear for probation violation, injury to personal property, misdemeanor probation violation. A secured bond of $42,500 was set. 

 

April 19

Jonathan David Taylor, 32, of Old Bryson City Rd., Whittier, was charged with failure to appear for fictious tag, driving while license revoked. A secured bond of $500 was set.

Catherine Marie Armachain,  20, of Hallmark Lane, Whittier, was charged with failure to appear for no operators license, speeding. A secured bond of $1,000 was set. 

Kevin David Ritchie, 30, of Hayfield Rd., was charged with fictitious registration, driving while license revoked. An unsecured bond of $250 was set. 

Justin Martin Robb, 28, of Burnette Cove Rd., Canton, was charged with larceny after breaking/enter, breaking and entering. An unsecured bond of $500 was set. 

April 20

Jesse Daniel Pruitt, 32, of Devin Dr., Cullowhee, was charged with failure to appear for possession of stolen goods/property, felony possession of a schedule II controlled substance, maintaining a vehicle/dwelling/place for a controlled substance. A secured bond of $22,000 was set. 

Rebecca Jean Moody, 25, of Sylva, was charged with child abuse, simple possession of a schedule IV controlled substance, conspire traffic opium/heroin, trafficking opium or heroin, possession of methamphetamine, conspire to sell/deliver heroin, possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver. A secured bond of $50,000 was set. 

Chasity Lynn Austin, 26, of Homespun Rd., was charged with cancel/revoked/suspended/certificate/tag, permit operation vehicle with no insurance. A secured bond of $2,000 was set. 

Kraig Allen Lackey, 34, of Petunia Lane, was charged with possession of dimethylamphetan, possession of methamphetamine, possession of amphetamine, possession of marijuana paraphernalia, simple possession of marijuana. A secured bond of $7,500 was set. 

April 21

Kyle Quincy Watty, 22, of Hallmark Lane, Whittier, was charged with discharging a firearm into an occupied dwelling, injury to personal property, felony conspiracy, assault with a deadly weapon with intent ot kill, possession of marijuana paraphernalia, simple possession of marijuana. A secured bond of $250,000 was set. 

John Leeroy Tramper, 21, of Hallmark Lane, Whittier, was charged with discharging a firearm into an occupied dwelling, injury to real property, felony conspiracy, assault with a deadly weapon with intent ot kill. A secured bond of $250,000 was set.
