The Macon County Sheriff’s Department, Franklin Police Department or Jackson County Sheriff’s Department made the following arrests August 19 – 25. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Macon County Sheriff’s Department 

August 20

Hank Riley Galloway, 27, of Franklin, was charged with failure to appear. A secured bond of $5,000 was set. Clay A. Saunders made the arrest. 

Krystal Marie Downing, 20, of Franklin, was charged with felony larceny, possession of stolen goods/property, obtaining property by false pretenses. A secured bond of $15,000 was set. Clay A. Saunders made the arrest. 

Mark Alexander Anderson, 51, of Franklin, was charged with governors warrant. No bond was set. Clay A. Saunders made the arrest. 

August 21

Carl Kenneth Floyd, 29, of Franklin, was issued warrant service for offense committed in jurisdiction. A secured bond of $6,500 was set. David F. Head made the arrest. 

Jacquelyn Elyssa Miller, 21, of Franklin, was charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia. A secured bond of $5,000 was set. Clay A. Saunders made the arrest. 

Daniel Edward William Stanfield, 25, of Franklin, was charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia. A secured bond of $5,000 was set. Clay A. Saunders made the arrest. 

August 22

Byron Robert Buie, 60, of Otto, was charged with warrant service for offense committed in jurisdiction. A secured bond of $3,000 was set. David F. Head made the arrest. 

August 23

Timothy Brian Turner, 34, of Westminster, S.C., was charged with fugitive, out of state, felony. A secured bond of $8,000 was set. Clay A. Saunders made the arrest. 

August 24

Rebecca Elise Brown, 27, of Franklin was charged with warrant service for offense committed in jurisdiction. A secured bond of $500 was set. Nick Lofthouse made the arrest. 

Robert Tobiah Leonard, 42, of Franklin, was charged with  misdemeanor larceny. An unsecured bond of $1,500 was set. Jordan C. Sutton made the arrest. 

Michael Ray Wiggins, 44, of Franklin, was charged with injury to personal property, misdemeanor larceny, possession of stolen goods/property. An unsecured bond of $5,000 was set. James E. Crawford III made the arrest. 

Franklin Police Department

August 21

Brandon Dwayne Maney, 26, of Jackie Cove Rd., was charged with possession of stolen firearm, carrying concealed weapons, larceny, breaking and entering, larceny. A secured bond of $15,000 was set. T. J. Lynn made the arrest. 

August 25

Elizabeth Phillips Crane, 31, of Lake Emory Rd., was charged with assault and battery. An unsecured bond of $2,500 was set. J. M. Norman made the arrest. 

Jose Natividad Robles, 37, of Skylark St., was charged with driving under the influence, no operators license. A secured bond of $2,500 was set. A. C. Stahl made the arrest.

August 19

Bethany Rachelle Foster, 39, of Tegues Xing, Winston Salem, was charged with flee allude arrest with a motor vehicle. An unsecured bond of $500 was set. 

David Martin Johnson, 49, of Grand Vista Dr., was charged with possession of marijuana paraphernalia, felony possession of marijuana. An unsecured bond of $1,500 was set. 

August 20

Michael James Bailey, 32, of Duckback Trail, Whittier, was charged with misdemeanor child abuse. An unsecured bond of $1,000 was set. 

August 21

Paul Anthony Namotka, 27, of Sparks Lane, was issued a true bill of indictment for possession of drug paraphernalia, indictment for felony possession of a schedule I controlled substance. A secured bond of $2,500 was set. 

Daniela Marie Rodriguez, 18, of Reality Ridge, Glenville, was charged with failure to appear. A $500 bond was set. 

Joann Ana Rosa, 35, of Harp Dr., Cashiers, was charged with failure to appear for harrissing phone calls. A secured bond of $500 was set. 

August 22

Matthew David Boud, 35, of Laredo Farm Rd., was charged with failure to appear for misdemeanor larceny. A secured of $500 was set. 

Victorino Valencia Pacheco, 39, of Old Kelsey Mountain Rd., Rabun Gap, Ga., was charged with fugitive order for rape, child molestation, enticing a child for indecent purposes, aggravated sodomy. A $200,000 bond was set. 

Jesse Lonnie Harkins, 29, of Mill Creek Rd., Cullowhee, was charged with fugitive warrant for Pickens S.C. for grand larceny. A secured bond of $5,000 was set. 

Phillip Trevin Young, 29, of Sylvia, was charged with registration plate improperly attached, use of red or blue light, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of methamphetamine. An unsecured bond of $1,500 was set. 

Shelby James Davis, 27, of Slab Town Rd., Cashiers, was charged with first degree trespassing enter/remain. An unsecured bond of $500 was set. 

Jaden William Running Crane, 34, of E. Eva St., Phoenix, was charged with felony possession of marijuana. An unsecured bond of $1,000 was set. 

Edgar Ellis Bingham, 45, of Dalewood Dr., was charged with resisting a public officer, breaking and entering nonforcible. An unsecured bond of $1,000 was set. 

August 23

Johnathan Sterling Walker, 27, of Mountain Brook Rd., was issued a Governors warrant for out of state fugitive. No bond was set. 

Melvin Theodise Corbett, 34, of High Valley Rd., Pigeon Forge, Tenn., was charged with contempt of court for child support purge. No bond was set. 

August 24

Jonathan Wesley Simmons, 37, of Chavis Rd., Franklin, was charged with failure to appear for possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of methamphetamine. A $20,000 bond was set. 

August 25

Jessica Penny Tolley, 41, of Long Branch Church Rd., was charged with failure to appear for misdemeanor probation violation, defrauding drug/alcohol screen test. No bond was set. 

Bryn Chicoah Hoyle, 20, of Greasy Branch Rd., Bryson City, was charged with obtain property by false pretense, failure to appear for larceny of a motor vehicle, issued a true bill for fictitious/altered/title/registration card/tag, driving while license revoked not impaired revocation, uttering forged instrument, larceny of chose in action, possession of marijuana up to 1/2 oz, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of methamphetamine, possession with intent to sell/deliver methamphetamine. A secured bond of $12,000 was set.
