The Macon County Sheriff’s Department, Franklin Police Department or Jackson County Sheriff’s Department made the following arrests February 11 – 17. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Macon County Sheriff’s Department 

February 11

Ryan Marcus Sharrett, 34, of Franklin, was charged with failure to pay child support. A  $17,834 bond was set. 

Presley Nicole Cochran, 25, of Otto, was issued  warrant service for offenses committed in jurisdiction. A secured bond of $4,000 was set. Troy L. Burt made the arrest. 

Jason Boyd Parker, 40, of Franklin, was charged with sex offender unlawfully on premises, communicating threats, simple assault, assault and battery, assault on a government officer/employee. A secured bond of $10,000 was set. Jordan C. Sutton made the arrest. 

Kaitlin Sara Fitzgibbons, 26, of Otto, was charged with possession of methamphetamine, maintaining a vehicle/dwelling/place for a controlled substance. A secured bond of $7,000 was set. Stephanie Robbins made the arrest. 

Jessy Dakota Beaver, 25, of Franklin, was charged with possession of methamphetamine, resisting a public officer. A secured bond of $9,000 was set. Stephanie Robbins made the arrest. 

Brandon Lex Penland, of Franklin, was charged with possession of methamphetamine, maintain a vehicle/dwelling/place for a controlled substance. A secured bond of $4,500 was set. Stephanie Robbins made the arrest. 

February 12

Thomas Carroll Prince, 33, of Franklin, was charged with breaking and entering, larceny, larceny of motor vehicle. A secured bond of $15,000 was set. Troy L. Burt made the arrest. 

Hunter Joseph Johnston, 20, of Franklin, was charged with possession of stolen goods/property, warrant service for offense committed in jurisdiction, breaking and entering, larceny after breaking/entering, larceny of motor vehicle. A secured bond of $15,000 was set. Stephanie Robbins made the arrest. 

Megan Leigha Alford, 33, of Franklin, was issued warrant service for offenses committed in jurisdiction. No bond was set. Michael R. Hollifield made the arrest. 

Cynthia Rose Bryson 37, of Franklin, was charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia. An unsecured bond of $2,500 was set. Mike Langley Sr. made the arrest. 

Kaitlin Sara Fitzgibbons, 26, of Otto, was charged with breaking and entering, larceny after breaking/entering, possession of stolen goods/property. A secured bond of $7,000 was set. Stephanie Robbins made the arrest.

Tiegha Shaye Franklin, 35, of Franklin, was charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. An unsecured bond of $1,500 was set. Jordan C. Sutton made the arrest.

Francisco Javier Sanchez-Perez, 41, was charged with no operators license. A secured bond of $500 was set. Jordan C. Sutton made the arrest.

Christopher Michael Gambrell, 25, of Franklin, was charged with failure to appear for assault on a female. A secured bond of $3,500 was set. Mike Langley Sr. made the arrest.

Cameron Lee Holland, 40, of Franklin, was charged with obtaining property by false pretense. A secured bond of $3,000 was set. Audrey Parrish made the arrest.

February 13

Cindy Poole Waller, 42, of Crisp St., was issued a fugitive warrant. A secured bond of $5,000 was set. T. E. Ashe made the arrest.

Callee Suzanne Bowman, 30 of Hilldale St., obtaining property by false pretense. A $3,500 bond was set. T.E. Ashe made the arrest. 

February 15

Tori Lace Mills, 24, of Addington Bridge Rd., was charged with driving under the influence. No bond was set.  D. S. Cabe made the arrest.  

February 16

Diana Lee Brailsford, 50, of Nuthatch Lane, was charged with driving under the imfluence. A secured bond of $1,500 was set.  M. A. Bindham made the arrest. 

Jackson County Sheriff’s Department

February 11

Shannon Nichole Peterson, 29, of Pigeon Lane, was charged with failure to appear for obtaining property by false pretense. A $20,000 bond was set. 

Cleat Chris Fox, 47, of Pine Tree Apartments, was charged with failure to appear for second degree trespassing. A $500 bond was set. 

Zachary Warman, 27, of Hunters Rd., Cashiers, was charged with failure to appear for driving while license revoked. A $1,000 bond was set. 

Heather Marie Buchanan, 23, of Vero Mountain Rd., was charged with felony obtaining property by false pretense, misdemeanor larceny by changing price tag, felony attempt to obtain property by false pretense, felony obtain property by false pretense. A $3,000 bond was set. 

Talmage Lee Middleton, 37, of Rockspring Rd., High Point, was charged with expired registration, marijuana paraphernalia, simple possession of marijuana less than a 1/2 ounce. No bond was set. 

Haley Regen Mobley, 22, of Shady Lane Bryson City, was charged with failure to wear seat belt. No bond was set. 

Crystal Gail Wood, 37, of U.S. 74 E, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia not for marijuana, possession of methamphetamine. No bond was set. 

Kristan Mae Bishop, 33, of Young Lane Dillsboro, was charged with misdemeanor contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile. No bond was set. 

February 12

Trong Phan, 61, of Lawrenceville, Ga., was charged with larceny from a person. A $2,500 bond was set. 

David Lee Mathis, 40, of Upper North Fork Rd., was charged with domestic violence protective order violation. A $20,000 bond was set. 

Scotty Lee Nelson, 35, of Union Hill Rd. Whittier, was charged with probation violation. A $500 bond was set. 

February 13

Joe Allen Arrrowood, 36, of Hungry Bear Hollow, Tuckasegee, was charged with interfering with emergency communications, assault on a female, breaking and entering forcible. No bond was set. 

Dillion Wayne McKay Watkins, 27, of Johns Creek Rd., Cullowhee, was charged with shoplifting concealment of goods, failure to appear for injury to personal property, misdemeanor receiving stolen goods/property. A 45,000 bond was set. 

February 14

Nicole Dominique Bradley, 26, of Old #4 Rd., Cherokee was charged with failure to appear for second degree trespass. A $2,500 bond was set. 

Sierra Salone Jenkins, 28, of Levi Mathis Rd., Whittier, was charged with failure to appear for driving while license revoked not impaired revocation, unsafe movement, possession of drug paraphernalia. A $3,000 bond was set. 

Colby Edward Bennett, 24, of Grace Court, Tuckasegee, was charged with resisting a public officer, possession of stolen goods, larceny of a motor vehicle, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of methamphetamine. A $5,000 bond was set. 

Pascual Cuatlayol Touchihuitl,  44, of Glenville School Rd., Glenville, was charged with possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver a schedule II controlled substance. A $3,500 bond was set. 

Betty Jean Hilburn, 48, of Fulcher Rd., was charged with possession of methamphetamine. No bond was set. 

Tandy Moore Dyer, 36, Locust Creek Rd., was charged with possession of methamphetamine. No bond was set.

Casey Wayne McKeehan, 36, of Governors Island, Bryson City, was charged with assault on a female. No bond was set.  

Carl Kenneth Floyd, 29, of Mack Branch, Franklin, was charged with marijuana paraphernalia, driving while license revoked. A $500 bond was set. 

David Joseph Walsh, 30, of Webster Rd., Webster, was charged with failure to appear for driving under the influence. A $1,000 bond was set. 

Timothy Michael Woodard, 24, of Buckner Branch Rd., Bryson City, was charged with unauthorize use of motor vehicle. A $1,000 bond was set. 

Greta Lynn Pheasant, 40, of Deaverview Rd., Asheville, was charged with possession of methamphetamine. No bond was set. 

February 16

Tobias Nathanial Dillard, 23, of Clock Work Lane, was charged with failure to appear for possession of methamphetamine, possession of stolen motor vehicle. A $6,000 bond was set. 

Zachary Martin Bombay,  24, of Blockhouse Rd., was charged with child support. A $350 bond was set. 

Jamey Glenn Rhinehart, 46, of Old Cullowhee Rd., Cullowhee, was charged with failure to appear for assault on a female, violation of domestic violence protective order. A $10,000 bond was set. 

Charles Thomas McCall, 51, of Zeb Aalley Rd., Cashiers, was charged with extradition from other state. A $7,000 bond was set. 

Quin Shawn Holland, 22, of Long Meadow Rd., Cashiers, was charged with failure to have clear lights on registration plate, driving under the influence. A $500 bond was set. 

Bryan Aaron Berryman, 49, of Ford St., Robbinsville, was charged with possession of stolen goods, break coin/currency machine. No bond was set. 

February 17

Ariel Marie Fisher, 27, of Molasses Mountain Rd., was charged with misdemeanor larceny, possession of stolen goods, credit card/automatic teller machine fraud, false pretense/swindle/game, breaking and entering of a motor vehicle forcible. No bond was set.
