Arrests for January 3, 2019

The Macon County Sheriff’s Department, Franklin Police Department or Jackson County Sheriff’s Department made the following arrests December 15 – 30. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Macon County Sheriff’s Department 

December 18

Kari Huskey Conard, 41, of Franklin, was charged with failure to appear for simple possession of a schedule IV controlled substance. A secured bond of $12,500 was set. Audrey Parrish made the arrest. 

Ryan Matthew Wilson, 35, of Franklin was charged with  obtaining property by false pretense, possession of stolen goods/property, possess/receive stolen property. A secured bond of $7,500 was set. Audrey Parrish made the arrest. 

Adrianan Nichole Garcilita, 20, of Franklin, was charged with warrant service for offense committed in jurisdiction. A secured bond of $20,000 was set. Joel Lynch made the arrest. 

December 19

Cheryl Bame, 47, of Franklin was charged with assault inflicting serious injuries. No bond was set. Matthew W. Bowman made the arrest. 

Timothy Bame, 49, of Franklin, was charged with assault on a female. No bond was set. Matthew W. Bowman made the arrest. 

December 20

Joshua Cataldo, 25, of Franklin, was charged with violate domestic violence protective order. No bond was set. Clay A. Saunders made the arrest. 

Ryan Matthew Wilson 35, of Franklin, was charged with burglary/breaking and entering, larceny, attempted break or enter building, possession of stolen goods/property, obtain property by false pretense, injury to real property. A secured bond of $5,000 was set. Jonathan Phillips made the arrest. 

December 22

Justin Kage Owenby, 26, of Hendersonville, was charged with warrant service for offense committed in jurisdiction. An unsecured bond of $1,500 was set. Joel Lynch made the arrest. 

December 27

Bridget Mae Sanders, 25, of Franklin, was charged with failure to appear for traffic offenses. A secured bond of $250 was set. Audrey Parrish made the arrest. 

December 28

Ryan Matthew Wilson, 35, of Franklin, was charged with warrant service for offense committed in jurisdiction. A secured bond of $15,000 was set. Michael R. Hollifield made the arrest.

December 30

Sherri Ellen Johnson, 54, of Franklin, was charged with first degree trespass enter/remain, resist/obstruct/delay law enforcement officer. A secured bond of $1,000. Matthew W. Bowman made the arrest. 

Franklin Police Department

December 19

John Russell Sanfilippo, 52, of Sparrow Dr., was issued an order for arrest. A secured bond of $750 was set. M.A. Bingham made the arrest. 

December 22

Erica Nicole Nicholson, 27, of Chattahoochee Lane, was charged with larceny, second degree trespass. Unsecured bond of $1,000 was set. T. J. Lynn made the arrest.

Seth Patrick Steiert, 26, of Knotting Lane, was issued an order for arrest for probation violation. A secured bond of $10,000 was set. R. S. Dula made the arrest.  

December 25

Gregory Mann, 48, of Franklin, was charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia. A secured bond of $3,000 was set. M.A. Bingham made the arrest.

December 27

Dustin Ty Daves, 25, was charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance, paraphernalia. A secured bond of $4,000 was set. E.D. Kirkland made the arrest. 

December 29

Damian Scott Harden, 23, of Jim Mann Rd., was issued an order for arrest. An unsecured bond of $650 was set. M.A. Bingham made the arrest.  

December 30

Rita Taylor Liakh, 60, of Cartoogechaye Park, was charged with driving under the influence. A secured bond of $1,000 was set. T.C. Ashe made the arrest. 

Jackson County Sheriff’s Department

December 15

Sherri Kay Willis, 56, of Arnold Hill, was charged with drug violations for equipment/paraphernalia possessing/concealing, simple possession of a schedule III controlled substance, possession of cocaine. A $2,500 bond was set. Josh A. Yopp made

December 16

Bryn Chicoah Hoyle, 20, of Greasy Branch Rd., Bryson City, was charged with larceny, larceny of a motor vehicle, larceny of chose in action, possession of stolen property, uttering a forged endorsement, second degree trespassing, injury to personal property. A $16,000 bond was set. Ridge A. Parris made the arrest. 

Anthony Welch Saunooke, 23, of Dry Bone Rd., Whittier, was charged with out of county probation violation. Josh A. Yopp made the arrest.
