The Macon County Sheriff’s Department, Franklin Police Department or Jackson County Sheriff’s Department made the following arrests July 12 – 21. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Macon County Sheriff’s Department 

July 16

Zachary Adam Himschoot, 25, of Franklin, was charged with common law robbery, assault and battery, injury to personal property. A secured bond of $6,800 was set. 

July 17

Jack Samuel Victor, 58, of Franklin, was charged with warrant service for offense committed in jurisdiction. A secured bond of $2,500 was set. James E. Crawford III made the arrest. 

John Fredrick Gray, 50, of Franklin, was charged with kill animal by starvation, failure to dispose of dead animals, cruelty to animals. A secured bond of $20,000 was set. Troy L. Burt made the arrest. 

Nicole Schwagger, 40, of Franklin, was charged with larceny by an employee, embezzlement. A secured bond of $20,000 was set. Audrey Parrish made the arrest. 

Candace Nicole Daves, 29, of Franklin, was charged with failure to appear for possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia. A secured bond of $7,500 was set. Audrey Parrish made the arrest. 

Richard Howell O’Neal, 36, of Franklin, was charged with sex offender/child on premises. A secured bond of $15,000 was set. Parrish W. Young made the arrest. 

July 18

Joushua Craig Cook, 28, of Franklin, was charged with obtain property by false pretense, possession of stolen goods/property. A secured bond of $7,000 was set. Matthew Canzone made the arrest. 

July 20

Logan Tyler Mann, 26, of Franklin, was charged with assault on a female. No bond was set. Mike Langley Sr. made the arrest. 

Ricky Anthony Caldwell, 35, of Franklin, was charged with break/enter place of worship, larceny after break/enter, possession of stolen goods/property. A secured bond of $20,000 was set. Mike Langley Sr. made the arrest.  

Thomas Carroll Prince, 33, of Franklin, was charged with  break/enter place of worship, larceny after break/enter, possession of stolen goods/property. A secured bond of $20,000 was set. Mike Langley Sr. made the arrest. 

Juanita Marie Clevland, 44, of Franklin, was charged withx second degree trespass. An unsecured bond of $2,500 was set. Anthony Hopkins made the arrest.

July 15

Silvana Lisa Bettencourt, 41, of Middle Skeenah Rd., was charged with order for arrest for violation of condition of release. A secured bond of $3,000 was set. D. E. Holland made the arrest. 

July 17

Christopher Michael Belvedere, 50, of Coweeta Church Rd., was charged with felony possession of a schedule II controlled substance. J. M. Norman made the arrest. 

July 20

Paul James Anglin, 36, of  Piney Grove Rd., Cumming, Ga., was charged with fugitive of justice. A secured bond of $5,000 was set. D. E. Holland made the arrest.

July 12

Andrew Joseph Moore, 33, of Pearly Hyatt Rd., was charged with failure to appear for assault on a female. A secured bond of $1,500 was set. 

July 13

Shayla Faye Trull, 20, of High Haven Rd., was charged with failure to appear for driving while license revoked and expired registration, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of methamphetamine. A secured bond of $1,750 was set.  

July 14

Jesse Daniel Pruitt, 32, of Southwoods Dr., was charged with failure to appear for habitual falon, possession of a firearm by a felon. A secured bond of $30,000 was set. 

Haley Regen Mobley, 23, of Leatherwood St., Bryson City, was charged with failure to appear for possession of methamphetamine, conspire to sell methamphetamine, possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver methamphetamine. A secured bond of $35,000 was set. 

July 15

Jamie Ray Hornbuckle, 43, of Olivet Housing Rd., Cherokee, was charged with failure to appear for misdemeanor larceny.  A secured bond of $2,000 was set. 

Mary Ashley Cole, 30, of N. Ridge Rd., Glenville, was charged with failure to appear for simple possession of a schedule IV controlled substance, possession of marijuana paraphernalia, possession of methamphetamine. A secured bond of $5,000 was set. 

Terrence William Mark Welch, 32, of Bryson Brach Rd., Bryson City, was issued an order for arrest for felony probation violation. A secured bond of $5,000 was set. 

Walter Lewis Underwood, 40, of Zeb Alley Rd., Cashiers, was charged with possession of stolen goods/property. No bond was set. 

July 16

James Edward Swayney, 40, of Swayney Rd., Cherokee, was charged with failure to appear for possession/displayed/altered/fictitious/revoked drivers license, driving while license revoked not impaired revocation. A secured bond of $750 was set. 

Christopher Jason Kent, 31, of Dahlia Dr., Whittier, was charged with failure to appear for possession of marijuana paraphernalia, possession of marijuana up to 1/2 oz. A secured bond of $500 was set. 

Clinton John Tutolo, 33, of Tuts Terrace, was charged with possession of heroin, drug paraphernalia. An unsecured bond of $500 was set. 

Rocco William Tutolo, 61, of Tuts Terrace, was charged with possession of marijuana, possession of methamphetamine. An unsecured bond of $500 was set. 

Crystal Machae Swayney, 35, of Big Cove Rd., Cherokee, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of methamphetamine. No bond was set. 

Cynthis Picon, 64, of Squirrel Trail, Whittier, was charged with drive left of center, possession of methamphetamine. No bond was set. 

July 17

Karen Lynn Ogle, 53, of Unahala Creek Rd., Bryson City, was charged with failure to appear for driving while license revoked not impaired revocation. A secured bond of $500 was set. 

Tyrone Devon Bailey, 29, of Redwing Vista, Whittier, was charged with assault by pointing a gun, assault causing serious bodily injury. A secured bond of $2,000 was set. 

Wanda Gail Wagner, 38, of Buff Creek Rd., was charged with larceny by an employee. No bond was set. 

Anthony Travis Arrwood, 33, of Saint James Place Cullowhee. was charged with larceny of a motor vehicle. No bond was set. 

July 18

William Omar Vega-Caro,  40, of Surrey Dr., was charged with assault on a female, false imprisonment. No bond was set. 

Charles Eugene Moss, 63, of West Lance Rd., Cashiers, was charged with second degree trespassing, second degree trespass, domestic violence protective order violation, failure to appear for reckless driving to endanger, second degree trespassing, intoxicated and disruptive, communicating threats, resisting a public officer, second degree trespass, violation of court order.  A $3,200 bond was set. 

Cecil Virgil Jones, 52, of Valley View Circle, Waynesville,  was charged with failure to appear for driving while license revoked no impaired revocation. A secured bond of $250 was set. 

Selina Morgan, 37, of Ted Lane Sherrills Ford, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, simple possession of a schedule III controlled substance, possession of methamphetamine, possession of heroin. An unsecured bond of $250 was set. 

Charles Britt Lambert, 40, of Nora Dr., Iron Station, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, simple possession of a schedule II controlled substance, possession of methamphetamine, possession of heroin. An unsecured bond of $250 was set. 

 July 19

Raymond Dakota Whitecotton, 27, of Kamama Dr., Cherokee, was charged with operating a vehicle with no insurance, expired/no inspection, drive/allow registration plate not displayed, driving while license not impaired revocation. A secured bond of $250 was set. 

Timothy Scott Lawrence, 32, of Old Cullowhee Rd., Cullowhee, was charged with failure to appear for possession of marijuana up to 1/2 oz, possession of marijuana paraphernalia, larceny of a motor vehicle, injury to personal property,  first degree trespass enter/remain, felony larceny, conspire to commit felony larceny, felony conspiracy, possession of burglary tools, possession of stolen goods, larceny. A secured bond of $250,000 was set. 

July 20

Keith Alan Ingraham, 65, of Dicks Creek, was issued a true bill of indictment for failure to appear for a felony. A secured bond of $1,000 was set. 

Linda Stewart Self, 55, of Round Hill Rd., Bryson City, was charged with simple affray. No bond was set. 

Delancey A. Ange de Lumiere, 51, of Wrenn Rd., Taylors, S. C., was charged with simple affray. No bond was set. 

July 21

Eddie Dwayne Potts, 48, of Cullowhee Mountain Rd., Cullowhee, was charged with felony probation violation. A secured bond of $10,000 was set. 

Constance Renea Bedient, 51, of Courson View Rd., Franklin, was charged with resisting a public officer, possession of drug paraphernalia, maintain a vehicle/dwelling/place for a controlled substance, possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver a schedule II controlled substance. An unsecured bond of $5000 was set.
