Arrests for June 9, 2022

The Macon County Sheriff’s Department, Franklin Police Department or Jackson County Sheriff’s Department made the following arrests May 26 – June 6. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Macon County Sheriff’s Department 

May 29

Randy Fay Prentice, was charged with assault on a female. Deputy E. Sands made the arrest. 

Amber Klatt, was charged with break/enter a place of worship, larceny after break/enter and possession of stolen goods/property. Deputy Cody Tiger made the arrest. 

Ernie Lee Watkins, was charged with violate domestic violence protective order. Deputy Cody Tiger made the arrest. 

May 31

Amy Morgan Smith, was charged with trafficking, opium or heroin, breaking and entering, larceny after break/enter, possession of stolen goods/property, identity theft and obtain property false pretense. 

Shaunna Nichole Rivas, was charged with failure to appear. Joseph A. Raby made the arrest.

Jason Allen Thompson, was charged with simple assault and child abuse. Matthew L. Long made the arrest. 

June 1

Jeffery Lee Fox, was charged with trespass. Deputy Cody Tiger made the arrest. 

Logan Dean Wilson, was charged with larceny. Corporal Clay A. Saunders made the arrest. 

June 2

Eric Jenkins, was charged with driving while impaired. Deputy Cody J. Howard made the arrest. 

John Paul Carver, was charged with child support enforcement. Costin Jiglau made the arrest. 

Adriana Nichole Garcilita, was charged with probation violation. Costin Jiglau made the arrest. 

Casey Kersh Harris, was charged with possession of firearm by a convicted felon, violate domestic violence protect order, simple assault, assault on a female, violate domestic violence protect order, injury to personal property and trespass. Cassie J. Shuler made the arrest. 

June 3

William Lee Swanson, was charged with probation violation. Joseph A. Raby made the arrest.

Rikki Elizabeth Jay, was issued warrant service. Gabe D. Bingham made the arrest. 

June 4

Austin Lee Connally, was charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Matthew L. Long made the arrest. 

June 5

Ronnie Lee Manning, was charged with failure to appear.

June 6

James Brooks Ramsey, was issued a true bill of indictment. Troy L. Burt made the arrest.  

Franklin Police Department

May 26

Amanda Lee Mezyk, was charged with resist/obstruct/delay. R.S. Dula made the arrest.

May 28

Zeuz Molina Zamudio, was charged with driving under the influence. C.T. Chastain made the arrest. 

Anthony Blake Sanders, was issued an order for arrest for domestic violence protective order violation. J.A. Riles made the arrest. 

Brandon Markus Gilliam, was charged with failure to appear for South Carolina. C.T. Chastain made the arrest.

Marc Allen Nolle, was charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. R.S. Dula made the arrest. 

Samuel Ray, was charged with burglary/breaking and entering, breaking and entering a motor vehicle, resist/obstruct/delay, issued an order for arrest for probation violation for driving while license revoked for driving while intoxicated and possession of a schedule VI controlled substance/parapherna. R.S. Dula made the arrest. 

Jackson County Sheriff’s Department

May 30

Christy Marie Aurdemorte, 43, of Lakeside Circle Dr., Glenville, was charged with false report to police station and intoxicated and disruptive. A secured bond of $3,000 was set. 

Tavis Luke Powell,  28, of Jerry Hills Rd., was charged with larceny after breaking and entering. An unsecured bond of $10,0000 was set.                          

May 31

Jason Richard Holleran, 40, of Armour Rd., Whittier, was charged with communicating threats, assault with a deadly weapon and assault on a female. A secured bond of $10,000 was set. 

Tony Durk Roberts, 59, of Old Number 4, Cherokee, was charged with possession of methamphetamine. A secured bond of $3,000 was set. 

Colby Taylor Price, 30, of Big Witch Rd., Cherokee, was charged with failure to appear for trespassing. A secured bond of $500 was set.

Christy Marie Aufdemorte, 43, of Glenville, was charged with resisting a public officer. A secured bond of $3,000 was set.

Kendra Alyse Crowe, 28, of Cherokee, was charged with failure to appear for possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. A secured bond of $5,000 was set. 

Jesusa Marie Muller Morgan Street, 34, of Boone, was charged with failure to appear for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of methamphetamine. A secured bond of $12,000 was set. 

Richard Malcombe Webb, 32, of Celstial Lane, Whittier, was charged with misdemeanor larceny. No bond was set. 

June 1

Jorge Mendoza Villeda, 26, of Derby Rd., Cullowhee, was charged with assault on a female. No bond was set. 

Kenia Perez Catalan, 31, of Derby Rd., Cullowhee, was charged with simple assault. No bond was set. 

Timothy Ray Smith, 53, Quallatown, Whittier, was charged with simple assault and failure to appear for possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver a schedule II controlled substance. A secured bond of $5,000 was set. 

Dennis James Cope, 51, of Cope Creek Rd., was charged with first degree trespass/squatting and breaking and entering. A secured bond of $5,000 was set. 

Andrea Dyan Standingdeer, 40, of Enoch Sampson Rd., Cherokee, was charged with failure to appear for school attendance law violation. A secured bond of $30,000 was set.

Daliyah Lanae Wolfe,  24, of Big Cove Rd., Cherokee, was charged with probation violation. A secured bond of $5,000 was set. 

June 2

Michael Dustin Brooks, 37, of Camden Place, was charged with violation of court order and fail to register change of address. A secured bond of $30,000 was set. 

Carol Dale Mintz, 32, of Sylva, was charged with failure to appear for injury to personal property, larceny and aid and abet providing drugs to inmate. A secured bond of $12,000 was set. 

Austin Tyler Rice, 23, of Rugged Mountain Rd., Cullowhee, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a schedule I controlled substance. A secured bond of $25,000 was set. 

Jasmine Michelle Littlejohn, was charged with failure to appear for driving while license revoked not impaired revocation. A secured bond of $250 was set. 

Crystal Machae Swaney, 38, of Big Cove Rd., Cherokee, was charged with failure to appear for fictitious/altered title/tag, drive lift of center, driving while licenser revoked, driving while impaired, possession of drug paraphernalia, simple possession of a schedule II controlled substance, possession of methamphetamine, possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver methamphetamine, possession of a controlled substance on jail premise and trafficking methamphetamine. A secured bond of $26,000 was set.  

June 4

Albert Clayton George, 43, of Kanutsi Dr., Cherokee, was charged with expired registration card/tag and driving while license revoked. A secured bond of $1,000 was set. 

Destiny Marie Taylor, 24, of Licklog Rd., Bryson City, was charged with failure to appear for larceny of a motor vehicle and break or enter a motor vehicle.  A secured bond of $5,000 was set.
