Arrests for March 21, 2019

The Macon County Sheriff’s Department, Franklin Police Department or Jackson County Sheriff’s Department made the following arrests March 8 – 17. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Macon County Sheriff’s Department 

March 8

Ronnie Johnson, 58, of Franklin, was charged with offenses committed out of jurisdiction. A secured bond of $4,000 was set. Christian M. Houston made the arrest. 

March 11

Steven Gary Nicholson, 33, of Otto, was charged with failure to appear for felony. A secured bond of $16,000 was set. Jordan C. Sutton made the arrest. 

Dalton Keith Bates, 25, of Franklin, was charged with breaking and entering, larceny,  possession of stolen goods/property, possession of burglary tools, injury to personal property, breaking and entering, injury to personal property, larceny of a motor vehicle, possession of stolen goods/property, possession up to 1/2 oz. A secured bond of $100,000 was set.

Joshua Ryan Wiggin, 26, of Franklin, was charged with driving while license revoked, misdemeanor breaking and entering, possession of burglary tools, injury to personal property, larceny of a motor vehicle, possession of stolen goods/property, larceny, possession of stolen goods/property. A secured bond of $100,000 was set. Jordan C. Sutton made the arrest. 

March 12

Carl Kenneth Floyd, 29, of  Franklin, was charged with child support enforcement contempt. A secured bond of $29,647 was set. Kimberly Osborne made the arrest. 

March 14

Joshua Ryan Wiggin, 26, of Franklin, was charged with breaking and entering, larceny, possession of stolen property, injury to real property. A secured bond of $12,000 was set. Jonathan Phillips made the arrest. 

Dalton Keith Bates, 25, of Franklin, was charged with breaking and entering, larceny, possession of stolen property, injury to real property. A secured bond of $12,000 was set. Jonathan Phillips made the arrest. 

Emily Ann Chandler, 29, of Franklin, was charged with drive after consuming under 21. A secured bond of $500 was set. William D. Stamey made the arrest. 

March 15

Jennifer Lynn Higdon, 37, of Franklin, was charged with warrant service for offenses committed in jurisdiction. A secured bond of $1,000 was set. Joseph A. Raby made the arrest. 

March 16

William Jason Cochran, 43, of Franklin, was charged with warrant service for offenses committed in jurisdiction. A secured bond of $12,000 was set. Troy L. Burt made the arrest. 

Geovanni Rivera Villa, 28, of Franklin, was charged with driving while license revoked, resist/obstruct/delay law enforcement officer. A secured bond of $750 was set. Troy L. Burt made the arrest. 

Patricia Anne Geiger, 37, of Franklin, was charged with parole violation. No bond was set. Troy L. Burt made the arrest.

March 11

Nicholas Harley Cleaves, 16, of Cook St., was charged with all other offenses. No bond was set. D. S. Cabe made the arrest.

Jaron Nick Bradley, 22, of Mercy Ridge, was charged with assault on a female. No bond was set. 

Richard Lee Hefner, 38, of Sylva, was charged with second degree trespass, communicating threats, possession of drug paraphernalia, habitual felon, second degree trespass. A $15,000 bond was set. 

Margaret Ashe Deloach,  42, of Hornet Dr., Whittier, was charged with failure to appear for driving while impaired. A $1,500 bond was set. 

Samantha Marie Price, 23, of Wrights Creek Rd., Cherokee, was charged with failure to appear for no operators license, reckless driving to endanger. A $500 bond was set. 

William Franklin Johnson, 44, of Mutts Place, was charged with violating court order, intoxicated and disruptive, simple assault. A $300 bond was set. 

March 12

Nathaniel Bryan Towns, 38, of Hornet Dr., Whittier, was charged with domestic violence protective order violation. No bond was set. 

Annette Marie Blackwell, 39, of Island Ford Rd., Inman, S.C., was charged with fugitive from justice, State of Tenn., theft of property over $10,000. A $10,000 bond was set. 

Dustin Lee Griffin, 26, of Thistle Trail, Whittier, was charged with failure to appear for speeding, failure to exhibit/surrender license. A $500 bond was set. 

March 13

Mary Ashley Cole, 30, of North Ridge Rd., Glenville, was charged with failure to appear for driving while license revoked. A $750 bond was set. 

Kelsey Nicole Epley, 27, of Bird Rd., Cullowhee, was charged with misdemeanor second degree trespass, carrying a concealed weapon. No bond was set. 

Patrick Ryan Burchfield, 29, of Poplar Hill Rd., Robbinsville, was charged with misdemeanor possession of stolen goods/property, misdemeanor possession of stolen goods/property. No bond was set. 

Dustin Ryan Dyer, 27, of Bryson City, was charged with felony possession of burglary tools, misdemeanor second degree trespass, breaking and entering of a motor vehicle non forcible. No bond was set. 

March 14

Cory Robert Pressley, 37, of North Ridge Rd., Glenville, was charged with failure to appear for driving while license revoked, carrying a concealed gun. A $750 bond was set. 

Justin Ryan Burton, 25, of Dumplin Flats, was charged with resisting a public officer, assault on a government official. No bond was set. 

Shelby James Davis, 27, of Cashiers, was charged with possession of a stolen motor vehicle, resist/obstruct/delay, larceny of a motor vehicle. A $2,500 bond was set.

Bryan Keith Hughes, 52, of Parkridge Place, Whittier, was charged with failure to pay child support. A $12,557 bond was set. 

Heather Nicole Skinner, 29, of Heavenly View Dr., was charged with child support purge. A $30,458 bond was set.

Kevin Wesley Goforth,  27, of Magic Circle, was charged with possession of marijuana up to 1/2 oz, possession of marijuana paraphernalia, felony possession of marijuana. A $1,500 bond was set. 

Daniel Thomas Cheatham, 30, of Ridge Rd., Franklin, was charged with misdemeanor larceny. No bond was set. 

Jason Richard Holderan, 37, of Race Lane, was issued a true bill of indictment for injury to real property, possession of stolen goods, misdemeanor larceny. No bond was set. 

March 16

Shelby James Davis, 27, of Gem Creek, Cullowhee, was charged with violation of non-contact order, communicating threats, damage to real property, trespassing, breaking and entering non-forcible. A $2,000 bond was set. 

Andrea El Youngdeer, 31, A Model Dr., Whittier, was charged with failure to appear for fictitious/altered/title/registration card/tag, driving while license revoked impaired revocation. A $1,000 bond was set. 

Beverlee Anne Fear, 37, of Van Amber Rd., Brighten, MI, was charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance, possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver a schedule I controlled substance, conspire to sell/deliver a schedule I controlled substance, possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver a schedule IV controlled substance, conspire to sell/deliver a scheduled IV controlled substance, possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver a schedule VI controlled substance,  conspire to sell/deliver a schedule VI controlled substance, failure to display registration tag/card, felony possession of a schedule VI controlled substance, maintaining a vehicle/dwelling for the sell/delivery of a controlled substance, manufacture of a controlled substance, possession of a schedule IV controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana paraphernalia, possession of a schedule I controlled substance. A secured bond of $13,000 was set. 

Jeremy Richard Fear, 39, of Van Amberg Rd., Brighten MI, was chared with conspire to sell/deliver a schedule I controlled substance, possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver a schedule IV controlled substance, conspire to sell/deliver a scheduled IV controlled substance, possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver a schedule I controlled substance, possession of a schedule II controlled substance, felony possession of a schedule VI controlled substance, maintaining a vehicle/dwelling for the sell/delivery of a controlled substance, manufacture of a controlled substance, possession of a schedule IV controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana paraphernalia. A $13,000 bond was set. 

March 17

Steven Joseph Smith, 22, of, Poker Branch Rd., was charged with failure to appear for driving while impaired. A $5,000 bond was set.
