The Macon County Sheriff’s Department, Franklin Police Department or Jackson County Sheriff’s Department made the following arrests April 30 – May 12. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Macon County – Sheriff’s Department 

May 7

Josselin Chavez Lopez, 22, of Franklin, was charged with failure to appear. A secured bond of $2,000 bond was set. Joseph A. Raby made the arrest. 

Charles Daniel Medlock, 23, of Franklin, was charged with warrant service for offenses committed in jurisdiction. A secured bond of $10,000 was set. Christain M. Houston made the arrest. 

Jeffery Todd Sanders, 52, of Franklin, was charged with simple assault. No bond was set. Troy L. Burt made the arrest. 

May 8

Latasha Nicole Carter, 27, of Franklin, was charged with stalking. An unsecured bond of $650 was set. Jordan C. Sutton made the arrest. 

Seth Kinley Ledford, 21, of Franklin, was charged with failure to appear. A secured bond of $5,000 was set. Clay A. Saunders made the arrest.

May 9

Brevon Alexander Kimsey, 19, of Franklin, was charged with assault on a government official. An unsecured bond of $2,000 was set. Nick Lofthouse made the arrest. 

May 11

Emily Kathryn Messer, 27, of Franklin, was charged with warrant service for offense committed in jurisdiction. A secured bond of $5,000 was set. Christian M. Houston made the arrest. 

May 12

Joseph Andrew Ball, 40, of Etowah, Tenn., was charged with burglary/breaking and entering, rape, kidnapping/abduction, assault on a female, sexual battery, interfering with emergency communication. A secured bond of $800,000 was set. Stephanie Robbins made the arrest. 

Franklin Police Department

April 30

Ester Ramos Gonzalez Calderon, 49, of Gateway Rd., Marietta, Ga., was charged with driving under the influence. No bond was set. M. A. Bingham made the arrest. 

May 1

Charles Elan Gibson Jr., 60, of Lyle St., was charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia. A secured bond of $6,000 was set. E. D. Kirkland made the arrest. 

Kristin Amy James, 23, of Franklin, was charged with assault and battery. No bond was set. M. G. Pelllicer made the arrest. 

May 5

Victor Garcia Lopez, 47, of Dowdle Mountain Rd., was charged with driving while impaired, no operators license. An unsecured bond of $1,500 was set. A. C. Stahl made the arrest. 

Antonino Reyes Pascual, 34, of First St., was charged with driving while impaired. An unsecured bond of $2,500 was set. M. G. Pellicer made the arrest. 

May 6

Aaron Cherise Parker, 37, of Lyle St., was charged with all other offenses. A $2,000 bond was set. T.J. Lynn made the arrest. 

Jackson County Sheriff’s Department

May 6

Rebecca Anamary Hill, 34, of Castle Rock Circle, was issued an order for arrest for child support purge. A $600 bond was set. 

Chad Everette Greene, 47, of Terrace Village, was charged with child support purge. A secured bond $200 was set. 

Lane Adriane Stocker, 38, of Bended Knee Dr., Whittier, was charged with failure to appear for malicious conduct by a prisoner, failure to appear for assault and battery, resisting a public officer, felony assault on a handicapped person, resist/obstruct/delay. A secured bond of $40,000 was set. 

Walter George Haynes, 32, of River Park, Cullowhee, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of methamphetamine. An unsecured bond of  $2,500  was set. 

Telisha Cheyanne Hoyle, 31, of Tradewinds Lane, was charged with possession of methamphetamine. An unsecured bond of $2,500 was set. 

Jesus Flores Ramirez, 36, of Farm Place, Cherokee, was charged with fictitious/altered/title/registration card/tag, open container after consuming alcohol, reckless driving with wanton disregard, unsafe tires, drive left of center, driving while impaired, fictitious information to officer, resist public officer, driving while license revoked not impaired revocation. No bond was set. 

Cody Ryan Perry, 23, of Thornhill Dr., was charged with forgery, obtaining property by false pretenses, uttering counterfeit coin. No bond was set. 

Charles Eugene Moss, 63, of West Lance Rd., Cashiers, was charged with resist/obstruct/delay, intoxicated and disruptive, communicating threats. No bond was set. 

May 7

Jere Keith Queen, 57, of Brittle Bark Rd., was charged with domestic violation protective order violation. No bond was set. 

Mary Regina Watkins, 45, of John’s Creek Rd., Cullowhee, was charged with failure to appear for misdemeanor larceny, obtain property by false pretense. A secured bond of $5,000  was set. 

Jaimee Lianne Smith, 26, of Holly Forest Lane, Cherokee, was charged with obtaining property by false pretenses, uttering forged instrument, forgery of instrument. An unsecured bond of $2,000 was set. 

May 8

Darin Ray Talley, 31, of Endvill Rd., was charged with assault on a female, domestic criminal trespass. No bond was set. 

William Lewis Bryson, 41, of Big Ridge Rd., Glenville, was charged with failure to appear for attempted break or enter building conspire break and enter possession of burglary tools. A $200,000 bond was set. 

Shena Dale Standingdeeer, 37, of Fields Rd., Whittier, was charged with larceny remove/destroy/deactivate component,  failure to appear for larceny remove/destroy/deactivate component, misdemeanor probation for out of county, misdemeanor larceny. A secured bond of $16,000 was set. 

Thomas Luke Osteen, 37, of Big Ridge Rd., Glenville, was charged with obtain property by false pretense. A secured bond of $10,000 was set.

Michael David Goforth, 29, of Mockingbird Lane, was issued a true bill of indictment for maintaining a vehicle/dwelling for a controlled substance, possession of marijuana paraphernalia, felony possession of marijuana. An unsecured bond of $5,000 was set. 

Kristy Lynn Guy, 37, of Tradewinds Dr., was charged with misdemeanor larceny, larceny after breaking and entering, breaking and entering non forcible. No bond was set. 

May 9

Travis Donell Galloway, 33, of Aiken Rd., Rosman, was charged with obtaining property by false pretenses, felony worthless check. An unsecured bond of $1,000 was set. 

Charles Timothy Holland, 40, of Potters Hill, Cullowhee, was charged with driving while license revoked, failure to maintain lane control, driving while intoxicated. No bond was set. 

Brittanee Lyn George, 34, of Big Cove Rd., Cherokee, was charged with resist/obstruct/delay, trespass, assault on a government official. No bond was set. 

 

May 10

Joseph Diaz, 27, of Goviners Island Rd., Bryson, was charged with failure to appear for school attendance law violation. A secured bond of $2,000 was set. 

Brian Elliott Teesateskie, 43, of Massey Branch Rd., Robbinsville, was charged with failure to appear for larceny merchant emergency door, shoplifting concealment of goods. A secured bond of $7,500 was set. 

Charles Robert Sturgis, 37, of Too How Rd., Whittier, was charged with resist/obstruct/delay, indecent exposure, assault on a female, assault on a government official. A secured bond of $500 was set. 

May 11

Tobias Nathaniel Dillard, 23, of Clock Work Lane, was charged with child support purge arrest order. A $3,757.44 bond was set. 

Dustin Henry Tramper, 30, of Old Soco Rd., Cherokee, was charged with failure to appear for shoplifting concealment of goods, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of methamphetamine. A secured bond of $5,000 was set. 

Brian Lee Mashburn, 31, of Longbow Lane, Whittier, was charged with failure to appear for misdemeanor probation violation. A secured bond of $10,000  was set. 

Sebastano Alessi, 30, of Monta Vista Rd., Cashiers, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, simple possession of a schedule II controlled substance. No bond was set. 

Robert David Caron, 61, of Walnut St., Cary, was charged with breaking and entering forcible. No bond was set 

May 12

William Bryan Maney, 29, of Slim Dillard Rd., was charged with failure to appear for driving while licenser revoked. A secured bond $250 was set.

Travius Jamal Duggan, 35, of Idlewood Park, Lithonia, Ga., was charged with simple assault. A secured bond of $250 was set.
