The Macon County Sheriff’s Department, Franklin Police Department or Jackson County Sheriff’s Department made the following arrests October 28 – November 3. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Macon County Sheriff’s Department 

October 29

Bruce Eugene Elliott, 47, of Franklin, was charged with felony hit and run serious injury, operate a vehicle with no insurance, failure to wear seat belt for driver, reckless driving to endanger, failure to report accident. A secured bond of $10,000 was set. Jonathan C. Bean made the arrest. 

Daniel Edward William Stanfield, 26, of Franklin, was charged with possession of heroin. A secured bond of $2,000 was set. David Blanton made the arrest. 

Lauren Emily Alford, 26, of Franklin, was charged with possession of methamphetamine. A secured bond of $2,000 was set. David Blanton made the arrest. 

Brandon Jacob Oteri, 29, of Franklin, was charged with failure to appear. A secured bond of $6,000 was set. Nick Lofthouse made the arrest. 

October 30

Brian Lynn Brugman, 43, of Franklin, was charged with misdemeanor larceny, possession of stolen goods/property.  an unsecured bond of $1,000 was set. Jordan C. Sutton made the arrest. 

October 31

William Allen Dunn, 33, of Franklin, was issued an indictment for  possession of drug paraphernalia. A secured bond of $2,000 was set. Jordan C. Sutton made the arrest. 

Michael Aaron Chavis, 50, of Franklin, was charged with misdemeanor stalking. An unsecured bond of $500 was set. Kimberly Osborne made the arrest. 

Jacob Joshua Loftis, 32, of Franklin, was issued an indictment for second degree kidnapping, second degree forced sex offense, first degree burglary, breaking/entering to terrorize/injure. A secured bond of $250,000 was set. Jordan C. Sutton made the arrest. 

Nicholas Cole Tyson, 21, of Franklin, was issued a fugitive warrant for out of state. A secured bond of $2,000 was set. Troy L. Burt made the arrest. 

Samantha Casey Green , 27, of Franklin, was issued an indictment for trafficking opium or heroin. A secured bond of $200,000 was set. Jordan C. Sutton made the arrest. 

Smantha Marie Bates, 21, of Franklin, was issued an indictment for possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, possession of marijuana paraphernalia. A secured bond of $2,000 was set. Jordan C. Sutton made the arrest. 

November 2

Hunter Joseph Johnson, 21, of Franklin, was issued warrant service. A secured bond of $30,000 was set. Nick Lofthouse made the arrest. 

Mimi Raa Ciarrocchi, 28, of Franklin, was charged with failure to appear. A secured bond of $35,000 was set. James E. Crawford III made the arrest. 

November 3

Randy Deion Collins, 23, of Franklin, was charged with simple assault, assault and battery. A secured bond of $1,000 was set. James E. Crawford III made the arrest.

October 30

Charles Russell Edwards, 56, was charged with failure to appear. A $3,000 bond was set. 

November 2

Kenneth Lee Ammerman, 50, of Harrison Ave., was charged with interfering with emergency communication, assault on a female. No bond was set.  

November 3

Lucio Saul Altamirano Rios, 19, of Hillside St., was charged with no operator license, driving while impaired. A $1,500 bond was set. 

Samuel Vega Garcia, 28, of Peeks Pike Rd., was charged with no operators license, driving under the influence. No bond was set. 

Jackson County Sheriff’s Department

October 28

Zachary Tyler Minton, 27, of Mountain Forest Estates, was charged with interfere with emergency communications, damage to personal property, assault on a female. No bond was set. 

Michael Charles Sherman, 66, of South Buckberry, Sapphire, was charged with obtaining property by false pretenses. A secured bond of $250 was set. 

October 29

Jacquelina Ruiz Robles,  35, of Rynes Rd., Otto, was charged with failure to appear for traffic violations. A secured bond of $1,000 was set. 

Melvin Leroy Reed, 54, of Dave Cucumber Rd., Cherokee, was charged with failure to appear for probation violation, felony possession of a schedule II controlled substance, felony probation violation, violation of court order. A secured bond $10,000 was set. 

Michael Charles Sherman, 66,  of South Buckberry, Sapphire, was charged with driving while license revoked, driving while impaired. No bond was set. 

October 30

Savanna Morgan Sistare,  25, of Lee Bumgarner Rd., was charged with failure to appear for possession of marijuana paraphernalia, possession of marijuana up to 1/2 oz, failure to reduce speed. A secured bond of $500 was set. 

October 31

Shannon Nichole Peterson, 29, of Pigeon Lane, was charged with failure to appear for fictitious/altered title/registration card/tag, driving while license revoked. A secured bond of $250 was set. 

November 1

Chad Everette Greene, 48, of Terrace Village, was charged with assault on another person in the presence of a minor, assault on a female. No bond was set. 

Crystal Beth Arkansas, 37, of Hoot Owle Cove Rd., Cherokee, was charged with failure to appear for second degree trespass, possession of drug paraphernalia. A secured bond of $500 was set. 

November 2

Katrina Lynn Cook, 32, of Casino Trail, Cherokee, was charged with possession of a schedule I controlled substance. A secured bond of $2,500 was set. 

November 3

Jason Lee Tramper, 39, of Old VFW Rd., Whittier, was charged with assault with a deadly weapon, assault on a female. No bond was set. 

Stefanie West Arch, 36, of South Sagwood, Mesa, Ariz., was charged with failure to appear for intoxicated and disruptive. A secured bond of $500 was set. 

Inez Lattimore Shook, 70, of Tradewinds Lane, was charged with breaking and entering non-forcible. No bond was set. 

Chris Robert Digiovanni, 64, of Golden Lane, Whittier, was charged with assault on a female. No bond was set.
