Arrests for October 10, 2019

The Macon County Sheriff’s Department, Franklin Police Department or Jackson County Sheriff’s Department made the following arrests September 30 – October 7. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Macon County Sheriff’s Department 

October 2

Alejandro Zamora Vazquez, 30, of Cashiers, was issued warrant service. A secured bond of $2,000 was set. Troy L. Burt made the arrest. 

Dustin Edward Harvey, 22, of Franklin, was issued warrant service for offenses committed in jurisdiction. A secured bond of $10,000 was set. Joseph A. Raby made the arrest. 

October 3

Adrian Shaun Greer, 46, of Rabun Gap, Ga., was charged with violation of domestic violence protection order. An unsecured bond of $2,500 was set. Jordan C. Sutton made the arrest. 

William Allen Dunn, 33, of Franklin, was charged with assault with a deadly weapon, failure to appear for possession of heroin, unsupervised probation violation, failure to pay child support. A secured bond of $27,855 was set. Mike Langley Sr. made the arrest. 

October 7

Kimberly Lynn Ferrell, 52, of Franklin, was charged with warrant service for offense committed in jurisdiction. A secured bond of $1,000 was set. Anthony Hopkins made the arrest.  

Jackson County Sheriff’s Department

September 30

Daniel Joseph Conner, 59, of Skyland Dr., was charged with failure to appear for Operate a vehicle with no insurance, driving while license revoked. A secured bond of $3,000 was set. 

Cassandra Lynn Crowe, 27, of Nellie Goings Rd., Cherokee, was charged with possession of stolen goods, misdemeanor larceny. An unsecured bond was set. 

October 1

Aaron Levi Owle, 23, of Leatherwood Rd., was charged with failure to appear for possession of drug paraphernalia. A secured bond of $250 was set. 

Michael Kevin Monteith, 58, of Fisher Creek, was charged with probation violation. A secured bond of $1,500 was set. 

Robert Lee Cutlip,  32, of Fairfield Ave., Blue Field, W. Va., was charged with failure to appear for no operators license, resisting a public officer, assault on a female. A secured bond of $4,300 was set.  

Gregory Ryan Lockhart, 26, of Hampton St., was charged with resisting a public officer, possession of stolen property, larceny after breaking and entering. An unsecured bond of $10,000 was set. 

October 2

Teresa Lynne Henry, 57, of Willets Rd., was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia not for marijuana, felony possession of a schedule II controlled substance methamphetamine, maintaining a vehicle/dwelling place for a controlled substance, possession with intent to manufacture a schedule II controlled substance, 

Jess Harvey Cagle, 47, of Allens Branch Rd., was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia not for marijuana, felony possession of a schedule II controlled substance methamphetamine, maintaining a vehicle/dwelling/place for a controlled substance, possession with intent to manufacture a schedule II controlled substance, trafficking in methamphetamine, simple possession of a schedule IV controlled substance clonazepam. A secured bond of $65,000 was set. 

Timothy Howard Coccia, 67, of Aurora Lane, was charged with failure to appear for intoxicated and disruptive. A secured bond of $250 was set. 

Alexander Toby Crowe, 26, of Mink Branch Rd., Cherokee, was charged with failure to appear for possession of stolen property. A secured bond of $1,500 was set. 

Adom Arthur Henry, 60, of Durant Dr., Cullowhee, was charged with first degree trespass enter/remain. An unsecured bond off $500 was set. 

Kelly Anne Fair, 40, of Laurel Knob Rd., Cashiers, was charged with possession of an open container of an alcoholic beverage in passenger area of a motor vehicle. No bond was set.

October 3

Ivan Nicholas Knight, 37, of Wood Hen Rd., Webster, was charged with assault and battery, assault with a deadly weapon, assault by pointing a gun at person. A secured bond of $1,500 was set. 

Alex Livorio Rivera, 27, of Owle Branch Rd., Cherokee, was charged with failure to appear for possession  of stolen goods, shoplifting concealment of goods, A secured bond of $750 was set. 

Rhonda Lynn Bradley, 54, of Sylva, was charged with possession of marijuana paraphernalia, resisting a public officer, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession with intent to sell/deliver marijuana, possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver methamphetamine, destruction/damage of property. A secured bond was set. 

Maynor Caal Choc, 21, of Whittier, was charged with statutory rape of person who is 15 years of age or younger. A secured bond of $200,000 was set. 

 October 4

Jason Leroy Paul, 24, of Stillwell Branch Rd., Cherokee, was charged with failure to appear for driving while license revoked, possession of stolen goods. A secured bond of $500 was set. 

Keonta Montreece Ardrey, 40, of Draggin Canoe Rd., Cherokee, was issued a true bill of indictment for possession of drug paraphernalia, methamphetamine. An unsecured bond of $1,500 was set. 

Emerson Sequoyah Welch, 41, of Yellow Hill Rd., Cherokee, was charged wit possession of heroin, uttering a forged instrument, possession of stolen goods, attempt to obtain property by false pretense. An unsecured bond of $5,000 was set. 

October 5

Robert Joseph Beasley, 29, of Front St., Dillsboro, was charged with felonious larceny, breaking and entering, possession of stolen firearm, larceny of a firearm, resisting a public officer, burglary. A secured bond of $25,000 was set. 

Terry Fain Mann, 30, of Land Way, Commerce, Ga., was charged with open container after consumption of alcohol, aggressive driving, reckless driving with wanton disregard, flee/elude arrest with a motor vehicle, resist/obstruct/delay, maintaining a vehicle dwelling/place for a controlled substance. possession of marijuana paraphernalia, possession of marijuana up to 1/2 oz, possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver marijuana, possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver a schedule II controlled substance, possession of methamphetamine, littering, possession of a fraudulent ID. A secured bond of $10,000 was set.

Filiberto Paz-Morales, 48, of Honor Court, Glenville, was charged with open container, driving while license revoked, driving while impaired. An unsecured bond of $500 was set. 

October 6

Randy Topez Stewart, 45, of Granad St., Asheville, was charged with failure to appear for driving while license revoked not impaired, suspended tag, possession of drug paraphernalia, simple possession of a schedule VI controlled substance. A secured bond of $100 was set. 

Thomas Ray Cain, 25, of Snow Hill Church Rd., Murphy, was charged with assault by pointing a gun. A secured bond of $1,000 was set.
