The Macon County Sheriff’s Department, Franklin Police Department or Jackson County Sheriff’s Department made the following arrests Oct. 1 – 14. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Macon County – Sheriff’s Department 

October 4

Zachary Adam Himsschoot, 25, of Franklin, was charged with second degree trespass. An unsecured bond of $1,500 was set. Jonathan A. Taylor made the arrest. 

Timothy Michael Carson, 30, of Franklin, was charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent ot sell or deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia, weapon law violations, maintaining a place for controlled substances. A secured bond of $30,000 was set. R. Dula made the arrest. 

October 5

Marc Allen Noole, 46, of Franklin, was charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia. No bond was set. Nick Lofthouse made the arrest. 

October 7

Kimberly Lynn Ferrell, 52, of Franklin, was charged with warrant service for offense committed in jurisdiction. A secured bond of $1,000 was set. Anthony Hopkins made the arrest. 

October 8

Timothy Michael Carson, 30, of Franklin, was charged with misdemeanor child abuse. Jordan C. Sutton made the arrest.  

Martha Polo, 65, of Franklin, was  issued warrant service for offense committed in jurisdiction. An unsecured bond of $100 was set. David F. Head made the arrest. 

Jonathan Jacob Stephens, 37, of Hastings, Fla., was charged with warrant service for offense committed in jurisdiction. A secured bond of $5,000 was set. Joseph A. Raby made the arrest. 

Axel Anguiano-Magana, 20, of Franklin, was issued warrant service for offense committed in jurisdiction. A secured bond of $9,000 was set. Joseph A. Raby made the arrest. 

Willaim Allen Dunn, 33, of Franklin, was charged with fugitive warrant/trafficking in illegal drugs, no operator license. A secured bond of $100,000 was set. Jonathan C. Bean made the arrest.

Crystal Lucile Ledbetter, 37, of Franklin, was charged with warrant service for offense committed in jurisdiction. A secured bond of $15,000 was set. Joseph A. Raby made the arrest. 

Dalton Keith Bates, 26, of Franklin, was issued warrant service for offense committed in jurisdiction. A secured bond of $50,000 was set. Anthony Hopkins made the arrest. 

Carl Kenneth Floyd, 28, of Franklin, was charged with child support enforcement contempt. A secured bond of $31,799 was set. Kimberly Osborne made the arrest. 

October 9

Martin Cerino Marquez, 17, of Franklin, was issued warrant service for offenses committed in jurisdiction. A secured bond of $500 was set. Joseph A. Raby made the arrest. 

October 10

Jason Christopher Webster, 43, of Cashiers, was charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia. A secured bond of $3,500 was set. Parrish W. Young made the arrest. 

October 11

Jordan Leigh Wolfe, 24, of Franklin, was charged with failure to appear for defrauding an innkeeper. A secured bond of $1,000 was set. Kimberly Osborne made the arrest. 

October 14

James William Morgan, 50, of Franklin, was charged with violating domestic violence protective order. An unsecured bond of $3,000. was set. Jonathan A. Taylor made the arrest.

Chad Wesley Spates, 33, of Franklin, was charged with communicating threats, resist obstruct and delay law enforcement officer, noise ordinance. An unsecured bond of $2,500 was set.  William D. Stamey made the arrest. 

James Edward Hughes III, 42, of Franklin, was charged with simple assault.  Brent C. Ledford made the arrest. 

Franklin Police Department

October 1

Arthur Jackson, 40 of Clyde St., was charged with driving while license revoked, destruction/damage/vandalism of property, exceeding a safe speed, reckless driving, fleeing to elude arrest via motor vehicle. No bond was set. Officer Evans made the arrest. 

October 2

Kaz Ryan Heaton, 31, of Countryside Dr., was charged with possession of marijuana paraphernalia, maintaining a vehicle/dwelling/place for a controlled substance, possession with intent to sell/distribute marijuana, maintaining a vehicle/dwelling place for a controlled substance, possession of marijuana. A $15,000 bond was set. Officer Bingham made the arrest. 

October 10

Jason Christopher Webster, 43, of Cats Paw Rd., Cullowhee, was charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. A secured bond of $500 was set. Officer M. Bingham made the arrest. 

October 11

Michael Kevin Young, 44, of Merion Dr., Asheville, was charged with possession of methamphetamine. A secured bond of $3,000 was set. 

Jackson County Sheriff’s Department

October 7

Harley Douglas Mumbulom, 28, of Starling Dr., Cullowhee, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia not for marijuana, felony possession of a schedule I controlled substance. An unsecured bond of $500 was set. 

Casey Jerome McDowell, 30, of Allen St., was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia not for marijuana, felony possession of a schedule I controlled substance. An unsecured bond of $500 was set. 

Elizabeth Serena George, 21, of Stillhouse Branch Rd., Bryson City, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. No bond was set.  

October 8

James Kevin Murphy, 52, of Cullowhee Mountain Rd., Cullowhee, was charged with failure to appear for second degree trespass. A secured bond of $250 was set. 

Baldemar Cantu, 21, of Old Cullowhee Rd., Cullowhee, was charged with failure to appear for traffic violations. A secured bond of $250 was set. 

Jeffrey Alyn Lombard, 61, of Lance Rd., Cashiers, was charged with attempted breaking and entering, failure to appear for second degree trespassing. A secured bond of $500 was set. 

Christopher Todd Jones, 33, of Cloudy Valley Dr., was charged with second degree trespass. An unsecured bond of $150 was set. 

October 9

Falon Verity Ramey, 32, of Sutton Branch Rd., was charged with failure to appear for driving while license revoked not impaired revocation. A secured bond of $100 was set. 

October 10

Dalton James Bobbitt, 17, of Too How Rd., Whittier, was charged with failure to appear for damage to property. A secured bond of $1,000 was set. 

Fernando Esau-Alvarez Blanco, 17, of Arcadia Way, Glenville, was charged with disorderly conduct, assault on school personnel. A secured bond of $1,000 was set. 

Elisa Colette Lindsey, 47, of Big Cove Rd., Cherokee, was charged with failure to appear for shoplifting concealment of goods. A secured bond of $1,500 was set. 

Andrea El Youngdeer, 31, of Awi Dr., Cherokee, was charged with failure to appear for fictitious/altered title/registration card/tag, driving while license revoked not impaired revocation. A secured bond of $2,000 was set. 

Cory Clyde Keith Case, 30, of Hukleberry Cove, was issued a warrant for arrest for driving while license revoked violation restored license, driving while license revoked not impaired revocation. A secured bond of $1,000 was set. 

Justin Charles Brooks, 36, of Tarragon Dr., Cashiers, was charged with failure to appear for possession of drug paraphernalia and trespass. A secured bond of $1,000 was set. 

October 11

Dean Phillip Butch, 29, of Racking Cove Rd., was charged with assault on a female. No bond was set. 

Joseph Brandon Hall, 25, of Ferguson Rd., was issued a child support purge order. A $1,621.93 bond was set. 

Tara Lynn Wolfe, 22, of Noel Genva Ledford Dr., Cherokee, was charged with failure to appear for possession of drug paraphernalia. A secured bond of $250 was set. 

Julie Ann Bulla, 42, of Gizzy Dr., was charged with misuse of 911 system. An unsecured bond of $500 was set. 

October 12

Pascual Cuatlayotl Tochihuitl,  45, of Glenville School Rd., Glenville, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of methamphetamine. A secured bond of $2,500 was set. 

Sarita Mozelle Panther, 50, of Keener Rd., Whittier, was charged with failure to appear for passenger flee accident, property damage, failure to appear for possession of open container in passenger area. A secured bond of $1,500 was set. 

Kevin Scott Watson, 27, of East Sylva Circle, was charged with failure to appear for misdemeanor larceny. A secured bond of $250 was set. 

Vernie Franklin Taylor, 58, of Willets Branch Rd., Cherokee, was charged with failure to appear for intoxicated and disruptive, second degree trespass. A secured bond of $1,000 was set. 

October 13

Isai Nolvin Carrasco Sanchez, 28, of Devin Dr., Cullowhee, was charged with interfere with emergency commination, assault on a female, assault by strangulation. No bond was set. 

Justin Charles Brooks, 36, of Mimosa Lane, was issued a  child support purge. A $10,602.78 bond was set. 

Mickael Gerard Murphy, 39, of Turtle Rock Lane, Tuckasegee, was charged with failure to appear for possession of marijuana up to 1/2 oz, attempted assault on a female, sexual battery. A secured bond of $2,000 was set.
