The Macon County Sheriff’s Department, Franklin Police Department or Jackson County Sheriff’s Department made the following arrests September 2 – 16. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Macon County Sheriff’s Department 

September 10

Travis James Gregg, 42, of Franklin, was charged with financial transaction card fraud, financial transaction card fraud, identity theft, obtaining property by false pretenses. A secured bond of $21,000 was set. Jordan C. Sutton made the arrest. 

Amy Morgan Smith, 27, of Otto, was charged with larceny, financial transaction card fraud, financial transaction card fraud, identity theft, obtaining property by false pretenses, possession of methamphetamine, possession of heroin, possession of drug paraphernalia. A secured bond of $30,000 was set. Jordan C. Sutton made the arrest. 

September 11

Amber Nicole Stover, 32, of Franklin, was charged with probation violation. A secured bond of $10,000 was set. Audrey Parrish made the arrest. 

September 13

Dawson Edwin Phillips, 21, was issued warrant service for offense committed in jurisdiction. A secured bond of $500 was set. Anthony Hopkins made the arrest. 

September 14

Gregory Waldroop, 53, of Franklin, was charged with assault on a female. No bond was set. Stephanie Robbins made the arrest. 

September 15

Thomas Allen Locklear, 29, of Franklin, was charged with simple assault. An unsecured bond of $500 was set. Stephanie Robbins made the arrest. 

September 16

Pamela Nicole Wykle, 42, of Franklin, was charged with habitual felon, conspiracy possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver methamphetamine. A secured bond of $80,000 was set. Audrey Parrish made the arrest. 

Franklin Police Department

September 10

Richard Jeffrey Vannucci, 43, of Franklin, was charged with disorderly conduct. No bond was set. L. C. Beegle made the arrest. 

September 11

George Randall Berry, 54, of Sellers Rd., was charged with possession with intent to sell methamphetamine, possession with intent to sell/deliver cocaine, maintaining a vehicle for keeping/selling of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, rear lamps violation. A secured bond of $7,500 was set. R. S. Dula made the arrest. 

September 14

Brandon Michael Hart, 32, of Parsons Way, was charged with all other offenses. An unsecured bond of $500 was set. D. E. Holland made the arrest.  

September 16

Brandon Michael Hart, 32, of Parsons Way, was charged with breaking and entering, attempted larceny, trespass of real property, assault on law enforcement officer inflicting serious injury, resisting a public officer. A secured bond of $30,000 was set. T. J. Lynn made the arrest.

September 2

Kayleigh Morgan Hamrick, 20, of Sweet River Valley, was charged with assault on a government official, resist/obstruct/delay, interfere with 911 communications, communicating threats. A secured bond of $2,000 was set. 

David Alexander Mundy, 26, of Forest Hill Dr., Asheboro, was charged with failure to appear for driving while license revoked no impaired revocation. An unsecured bond of $1,000 was set. 

September 3

James Kevin Murphy, 51, of Cullowhee Mountain Rd., Cullowhee, was charged with second degree trespass, domestic criminal trespass. No bond was set. 

Travis Aron Zepeda, 23, of Lyle Knob Rd., Franklin, was charged with failure to appear for misdemeanor probation violation. A $40,000 bond was set. 

Terry Lee Wolfe, 33, of Gallamore Rd., Cherokee, was charged with failure to appear for methamphetamine. A $10,000 bond was set. 

Dakota Tayler Crowe, 23, of Cattle Dr., Whittier, was charged with failure to appear for allow unlicensed to drive, failure to wear seatbelt. A secured bond of $1,000 was set. 

Brooke Lynn Seay, 42, of Turkey Creek Rd., Clyde, was charged with failure to appear for misdemeanor larceny. A secured bond of $3,000 was set. 

September 4

Jarvis John Gibson, 39, of Buff Creek Rd., was issued a child support purge for Swain County. A bond was set. 

Cory Clyde Case, 30, of Huckleberry Cove, was charged with failure to appear for driving while license revoked no impaired revocation. A secured bond of $500 was set. 

Alisha Kaye Toineeta, 27, of Recreation Park Rd., Cherokee, was charged with second degree trespass, simple assault. A secured bond of $500 was set. 

Megan Dawn Wilnoty, 26, of Mary Jackson, Cherokee, was charged with failure to appear for felony possession of a schedule I controlled substance. A secured bond of $5,000 was set. 

Jimmy Dale Campbell, 30, of Fresno Lane, Cashiers, was charged with failure to appear for possession of stolen goods. A $2,000 bond was set. 

Jordan Hampton Leigh, 30, of Asheville Hwy., Pisgah Forest. was charged with failure to appear for felony larceny from a person. A secured bond of $5,000 was set. 

William Scott Anderson, 20, of Country Club Dr., Whittier, was charged with possession of marijuana paraphernalia, possession of a schedule VI controlled substances. An unsecured bond of $500 was set. 

September 5

Bruce Ray Rice,  61, of Terrace Lane, Franklin, was charged with failure to appear for driving while license revoked, expired tag, speeding. A $300 bond was set. 

Wayne Morris Harbour, 48, of Fort Wilderness, Whittier, was charged with damage to personal property. No bond was set. 

 

September 6

Horrace Leon Jones, 63, of Whittier, was charged with injury to personal property, simple assault, put injurious object in road, stalking. A $5,000 bond was set. 

Travis Levi Mathis, 26, of Posey Blanton Rd., was charged with felony larceny, failure to appear for felony larceny. A $3,000 bond was set. 

Brandi Rea Thompson, 31, of Clayton St., was charged with resist/obstruct/delay. A secured bond of $500 was set. 

Shannon Brent Powers, 38, of Fisher Creek Rd,, was charged with breaking or entering of a motor vehicle. A secured bond of $2,000 was set. 

Pascual Cuatayotl Tochihuttl, 45, of Keyhole Lane, Cullowhee, was charged with failure to appear for probation violation. A $20,000 bond was set. 

Robert Sylvester Brooks, 57, of Sutton Branch Rd., was charged with possession of paraphernalia, possession of  methamphetamine. An unsecured bond of $1,500 was set. 

September 7

Andrea Lynn Teesatuskie, 35, of Estella Teesatuskie Rd., Cherokee, was charged with maintaining a vehicle/dwelling/place for a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of methamphetamine, possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver methamphetamine, speeding. A $2,500 bond was set. 

Cynthia Picon, 65, of Squirrel Trail, Whittier, was charged with failure to appear for driving left of center, possession of methamphetamine. A $1,000 bond was set. 

Johnny William Mathes, 42, of Yellow Mountain Rd., Cullowhee, was charged with simple assault, damage to property, assault with a deadly weapon. An unsecured bond of $1,000 was set. 

September 8

Earl Dwayne Hickson, 57, of Faircrest Ave., Augusta, Ga., was charged with trespass of real property. An unsecured bond of $250 was set. 

September 9

Stephen Dewayne Walkingstick, 35, of Washington Creek, Cherokee, was charged with failure to appear for driving while license revoked. A secured bond of $750 was set. 

Kenneth Lee Tramper, 40, of Lee Bird Rd., Cherokee, was charged with misdemeanor probation violation. A secured bond of $7,000 was set.

Ange’lique Michele Harris,38, of Sallie Ann Dr., Cherokee, was charged with failure to appear for felony probation violation. A secured bond of $5,000 was set.

Larry Allen Watson, 42, of Cheerfull Cove Rd., Cullowhee, was charged with failure to appear for driving while license revoked. A secured bond of $250 was set. 

Fernando Esau Alvarez-Blanco, 17, of Arcadia Way, Glenville, was charged with failure to appear for misdemeanor breaking and entering. A secured bond of $2,000 was set. 

Joseph Rick Seay, 36, of Heath Rick Rd., Cherokee, was charged with failure to appear for possession of stolen goods/property, larceny from a merchant, second degree trespassing, shoplifting/concealment of goods. A secured bond of $9,000 was set. 

Adam Michael Diaz, 30, of Onedia Dr., Cullowhee, was charged with failure to appear for second degree trespassing, breaking or entering. An unsecured bond of $1,000 was set.

Cody Ryan Perry, 23, of Thornhill Dr., was charged with failure to appear for misdemeanor probation violation, attempt to obtain property by false pretenses, possession of counterfeit instrument. A secured bond of $16,000 was set.

Earl Dwayne Hickson, 57, of Faircrest Ave., Augusta, Ga., was charged with second degree trespassing. No bond was set.
