The Macon County Sheriff’s Department, Franklin Police Department or Jackson County Sheriff’s Department made the following arrests September 11 – 23. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Macon County Sheriff’s Department 

September 16

Alvin Sharriod Anderson, 33, of Bryson City, was charged with felony probation violation out of county. A secured bond of $3,000 was set. Audrey Parrish made the arrest. 

September 17

James Barry Henson, 51, of Franklin, was charged with habitual felon. A secured bond of $15,000 was set. Jordan C. Sutton made the arrest. 

September 18

Jacob Lee Norris, 28, of Franklin, was charged with forgery of endorsement, obtain property by false pretense, identity theft, misdemeanor larceny. A secured bond of $2,500 was set. Mike Langley Sr. made the arrest. 

September 19

Nathan Shane Humphries, 26, of Franklin, was charged with possession of stolen goods/property. An unsecured bond of $1,000 was set. Jordan C. Sutton made the arrest. 

Michael B. Thompson, 51, of Franklin, was charged with true bill of indictment. A secured bond of $40,000 was set. Jordan C. Sutton made the arrest. 

Austin Henry Posey, 24, of Franklin, was issued a warrant for arrest for failure to appear . A secured bond of $22,000 was set. Troy L. Burt made the arrest.  

Jeremy Edward Stepp, 27, of Franklin, was charged with child support enforcement for contempt. A secured bond of $640 was set. Jordan C. Sutton made the arrest.  

Casey Michael Holland, 24, of Franklin, was charged with child support enforcement for contempt. A secured bond of $665 was set. Jordan C. Sutton made the arrest. 

September 20

Andrew Wesley Martin, 30, of Franklin, was charged with extradition/fugitive from other state, possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia. A secured bond of $10,000 was set. Clay A. Saunders made the arrest. 

Charles Patrick Ellenburg, 30, of Franklin, was charged with larceny, probation violation. A secured bond of $8,000 was set. William D. Stamey made the arrest. 

September 22

Kristian Alexander Dreml, 40, of Franklin, of probation violation, larceny, trespass, possession of stolen goods/property. A secured bond of $6,000 was set. William D. Stamey made the arrest. 

September 23

Charles Ray Tolley Jr., 45, of Sylva, was charged with failure to appear. A secured bond of $500 was set. Jonathan Phillips made the arrest. 

Sonia Guy Ledford, 47, of Franklin, was charged with cruelty to animals. An unsecured bond of $2,000 was set. Jonathan Phillips made the arrest. 

Brenda Camp, 33, of Otto, was charged with contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile. An unsecured bond of $1,500 was set. Jordan C. Sutton made the arrest. 

Franklin Police Department

September 19

Reginald Brandon Stacy, 38, of Mimosa Dr., was charged with driving while impaired, failure to maintain lane control. A secured bond of $1,000 was set.  T. J. Lynn made the arrest.

Robert Kenneth Harniman, 72, of Georgia Rd., Otto, was charged with failure to appear for resisting a public officer, second degree trespass.  A secured bond of $750 was set. J. M. Norman made the arrest.  

Kyle Lee Lackey, 36, of Hayfield Dr., Sylva, was issued an order for arrest. A secured bond of $12,000 was set. M. A. Bingham made the arrest. 

September 21

Rhett Callaway Loudermilk, 25, of Mount Airy, Ga., was charged with larceny remove/destroy, deactivate component. A secured bond of $9,000 was set. M. A. Bingham made the arrest.

Fabian Garcia Garcia, 25, of Porter St., was charged with driving under the influence. A secured bond of $2,500 was set.  M. G. Pellicer made the arrest.

Haley Denean Burns, 25, of, Kim Loop, Demorest, Ga., was charged with larceny remove/destroy/deactivate component. A secured bond of $9,000 was set. M. A. Bingham made the arrest. 

September 22

David Saguilan Mendoza, 22, of Silver Spruce Lane, was charged with driving under the influence. An unsecured bond of $1,500 was set. M. A. Bingham made the arrest. 

Jackson County Sheriff’s Department

September 11

Robert Mitchell Hoyle, 35 of Whittier, was charged with failure to stop for steady red light, driving while license revoked, resisting a public officer, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver a schedule I controlled, felony possession of schedule I controlled substance, felony possession of a schedule II controlled substance, maintaining a vehicle/dwelling/place for a controlled substance, trafficking opium or heroin. A secured bond of $45,000 was set.

Randy Eugene Riddle,  47, of Pincushion Lane, Cullowhee, was charged with misdemeanor probation violation for Haywood County. A secured bond of $15,000 was set. 

September 12

Melissa Marie Huffman, 37, of Manor Trace, was charged with simple assault. A secured bond of $1,000 was set. 

Sasha Nichole Conner, 31, of Sylva, was issued a fugitive warrant for child abduction from Tennessee, possession of stolen motor vehicle. A secured bond of $55,000 was set. 

Tammy Brooks Walkingstick, 45, of Stillwell Branch Rd., Cherokee, was charged with breaking and entering. An unsecured bond of $500 was set.

Bethany Grace Cogdill Marler,  33, of Frosty Ridge Rd., was charged with failure to appear for possession of drug paraphernalia. A secured bond of $1,000 was set. 

Cory Blake Carringer, 30, of West Memorial Dr., Andrews, was issued warrant service for Swain County for obtain property by false pretense, worthless check. A secured bond of $3,000 was set. 

Michael Rhinehart, 47, of Sugarfork Rd., was charged with failure to appear for possession of drug paraphernalia, possession methamphetamine. A secured bond of $5,000 was set. 

Travis Donell Galloway, 34, of Aiken Rd., Rosman, was charged with failure to appear for obtain property by false pretense, felony worthless check. A secured bond of $3,000 was set. 

Jessica Renee Espinoza, 34, of Old Cullowhee Rd., Cullowhee, was charged with failure to appear for driving while license revoked. A secured bond of $500 was set. 

Dillion Wayne McKay Watkins, 28, of Johns Creek Rd., Cullowhee, was charged with larceny, operating a vehicle without displaying a registration plate, possession of drug paraphernalia, maintaining a vehicle for a controlled substance, possession of a schedule I controlled substance, possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver a schedule I controlled substance. A secured bond of $10,000 was set. 

Devin Dacoda Collins, 27, of Stillwell Rd., Cherokee, was charged with possession fo stolen goods/property, obtaining property by false pretense, financial card fraud, failure to appear for misdemeanor shoplifting concealment of goods, second degree trespass. A secured bond of $9,500 was set. 

Michael Rae Davis, 28, of Smathers St., Waynesville, was charged failure to appear for second degree trespass. A secured bond of $500 was set. 

September 14

Edward Lee Smith, 35, of Skyview Dr., Bryson City, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of methamphetamine. A secured bond of $2,000 was set. 

Lakisha Nicole Walkingstick, 34, of Eden Lane, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia not for marijuana, possession of methamphetamine. No bond was set. 

September 16

Joseph Allen Stallings, 53, of Roadway Inn, Cullowhee, was charged with failure to appear for intoxicated and disruptive. A secured bond of $350 was set. 

Gary Shannon Russell, 46, of Lake Emory Rd., Franklin, was charged with failure to appear for rear lamps violation, possession of drug paraphernalia. A secured bond of $1,000 was set. 

September 17

Shanice Brianna King, 26, of Bryson City, was charged with possession of a controlled substance on prison/jail premises, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of heroin, issued order for arrest for failure to appear for possession of drug paraphernalia for possession of methamphetamine, possession of stolen property. A secured bond of $30,000 was set. 

Dillion Wayne McKay Watkins, 28, of Johns Creek Rd., Cullowhee, was charged with obtaining property by false pretenses, injury to personal property, possession of stolen property, larceny. A secured bond of $10,000 was set. 

Ernestine Raberta Hornbuckle, 26, of Rosey Bigwitch Dr., Cherokee, was charged with failure to appear possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of heroin, possession with intent to manufacture sell/deliver heroin, misdemeanor larceny. A secured bond of $10,000 bond was set. 

Joseph Brandon Hall, 25, of Ferguson Rd., was charged with possession of heroin. A secured bond of $1,000 was set. 

Winn Tae Houglum, 46, of Terrace Village, Cullowhee, was charged with failure to appear for misdemeanor larceny. A secured bond of $500 was set. 

Clinton John Tutolo, 34, of Posey Blanton Rd., was charged with misdemeanor larceny. An unsecured bond of $500 was set. 

September 18

Jose Gomez, 33, of Arcadia Way, Glenville, was charged with warrant service for Durham County domestic violence protective order violation. No bond was set. 

Julie Anne Smith, 51, of Holly Forest Lane, Whittier, was charged with failure to appear for possess display altered/fictitious drivers license, driving while license revoked not impaired revocation. A secured bond of $500 was set. 

Christopher Matthew Wiggins, 44, of Sommerset Dr., was charged with obtaining property by false pretenses. No bond was set.
