The Macon County Sheriff’s Department, Franklin Police Department or Jackson County Sheriff’s Department made the following arrests June 19 – 26. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Macon County Sheriff’s Department

June 19

David Micheal Harwood, 24, of Otto, was charged with failure to appear for driving while intoxicated for alcohol and/or drugs. A secured bond of $3,000 was set. James E. Crawford III made the arrest.

Janet Lynn Wykle,  42, of Franklin, was charged with simple assault, injury to personal property, resist a public officer.  A secured bond of $500 was set. Jonathan C. Bean made the arrest.

Nathan James Smith, 27, of Franklin, was charged with domestic criminal trespass, domestic violence protection order violation, resisting a public officer. No bond was set. Mike Langley Sr. made the arrest.

June 20

Janet Lynn Wykle, 42, of Franklin, was charged with assault on a government officer, resist/obstruct/delay law enforcement officer, communicating threats. No bond was set. Jonathan C. Bean made the arrest.

Jeremy Edward Stepp, 25, of Franklin,  was charged with felony probation violation. A secured bond of $10,000 was set. Mike Langley Sr. made the arrest.

June 21

Matthew T. McCamey, 27, of Danielsville, Ga., was charged with less than 1/2 oz marijuana, speeding 99 mph in a 55 mph, suspended drivers license, weight appropriate child passenger restraint system. A secured bond of $1,000 was set. Troy L. Burt made the arrest.

Dustin Edward Harvey, 20, of Franklin, was charged with contempt of court, perjury, court violations.  A secured bond of $1,800 was set. David F. Head made the arrest.

David Donavan Braun, 30, of Cherokee, was charged with assault with a deadly weapon, possession of an open container. No bond was set. Matthew W. Bowman made the arrest.

Frank Michael Giaquinto, 57, of Franklin, was charged with assault on a female. An unsecured bond of $2,000 was  set. Nick Lofthouse made the arrest.

June 23

Donald Lee Dowdle, 38, of Franklin, was charged with possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver a schedule II controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, simple possession of a schedule IV controlled substance. A secured bond of $15,000 was set. Amber W. Wright made the arrest.

June 24

Kenneth Judson Gibson, 48, of Franklin, was charged with break and/or enter a motor vehicle, felony larceny, driving while license revoked not impaired revocation. A secured bond of $10,000 was set. Mike Langley Sr. made the arrest.

Thomas Allen Locklear, 26, of Franklin, was charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. An unsecured bond of $1,500 was set. Mike Langley Sr. made the arrest.

Jason Robert Mock, 34, of Franklin, was charged with trespassing, injury to real property. A secured bond of $1,500 was set. Matthew W. Bowman made the arrest.

Ann Marie Mock, 34, of Franklin, was charged with trespassing, injury to real property. A $1,500 bond was set. Matthew W. Bowman made the arrest.

Daniel Whitfield Reynolds, 52, of Franklin, was charged with assault on a female. No bond was set. Tracy Platt made the arrest.

John Michael Gibson, 49, of Watauga Heights Rd., was charged with assault on a female, injury to real property. An unsecured bond of $1,000 was set. Jonathan C. Bean made the arrest.

Danielle N. Beaumier, 22, of Hickory Knob Rd., was charged with driving while intoxicated for alcohol. An unsecured bond of $2,000 was set. Elija D. Kirkland made the arrest.

Dana Penegrass Pyatt, 39, of Forrest Ave., was charged with driving while intoxicated for alcohol. An unsecured bond of $2,500 was set. Elija D. Kirkland made the arrest.

Bethany Ann Sexton, 25, of Woodland Hills Dr., was charged with probation violations. A secured bond of $10,000 was set. Jonathan C. Bean made the arrest.

June 19

Shawn Allan Stolenberger, 26, of Sleepytime Dr., was charged with larceny after breaking and entering, breaking and entering of a motor vehicle. A $10,500 bond was set. Rollie L. James III made the arrest.

Bobby Harold Burns, 79, of Bart Cove Rd., Dillsboro, was charged with violation of court order, domestic criminal trespass. No bond was set. Rollie L. James made the arrest.

David Christian Griffith, 38, of Blindside Ln., Cashiers, was charged with breaking and entering. No bond was set. Ernest A. Scherman made the arrest.

Megan Elizabeth Bigham,  25, of Whittier, was charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. A $500 bond was set. Robert E. Porter made the arrest.

Jackie Boike Wallace, 57, of Snapdragon Ln., was charged with resisting public officer. A $500 bond was set. Robert E. Porter made the arrest.

Sherry Kay Willis, 54, of Lorado Dr., was charged with communicating threats. No bond was set. Celestine A. Holloman made the arrest.

Charity Leigh Sampson, 34, of Fort Wilderness Campground, Whittier, was charged with communicating threats. No bond was set. William M. Hawkins made the arrest.

Tracy Brandon Hall, 43, of Ferguson Rd., was charged with failure to appear for open container, driving while license revoked, possession of marijuana. A $800 bond was set. Celestine A. Holloman made the arrest.

Ricky Lee Luethje, 53, of Dynasty Dr., Whittier, was charged with child support, was issued a true bill of indictment for failure to appear on a felony, possession of stolen goods, larceny after break and enter. No bond was set. Andrew J. Parker made the arrest.

Cornelia Iona Rattler, 19, of Wrights Creek Rd., Cherokee, was charged with failure to appear for failure to wear seat belt, driving while license revoked. A $500 bond was set. Megan L. Rhinehart made the arrest.

Amy Jo Kabrick, 47, of JDS Farm Rd., Whittier, was charged with possession/displayed altered/fictitious/revoked drivers license, driving while license revoked not impaired revocation. A $500 bond was set. Celestine A. Holloman made the arrest.

Jennifer Elaine Green, 37, of Addie Cemetary Rd., was charged with probation violation. A $5,000 bond was set. Ridge A. Parris made the arrest.

Robert Glenn Martens, 35, of Reed Dr., Cherokee, was charged with failure to appear for misdemeanor larceny. A $1,000 bond was set. Kenneth D. Woodring made the arrest.

Quenten Carrie Riggs, 21, of Pyramid Place, was charged with violation of a court order. A $4,000 bond was set. Austin R. Holland made the arrest.

Joseph Melvin Driver, 41, of Chief Youngdeer Rd., Cherokee, was charge with misdemeanor probation violation, failure to appear for obtaining property by false pretenses. A $35,000 bond was set. Austin R. Holland made the arrest.

June 23

Michael Brandon Woodring, 25, of River Park, Cullowhee, was charged with assault by strangulation, assault on a female. Charles B. Hooper made the arrest.

Jeffery Allen Best, 28, of Grace Court, Tuckasegee, was charged with assault on a female. No bond was set. Rollie L. James III made the arrest.

Trista May Best, 26, of Grace Ct., Tuckasegee, was charged with simple assault. No bond was set. Rollie L. James made the arrest.

Charles Western Putnam, 36, of Whittier, was charged with probation violation. A $2,000 bond was set. Brandon D. Hooper made the arrest.
