A track for radio controlled trucks is a “wow factor” for kids and adults alike, said Owner Jerry Levan.

Jerry and Bonnie Levan have big plans for their new 4 Seasons Putt-N-Play on the Georgia Road. The newly opened facility already offers a nine-hole (not including the practice hole) putt-putt mini golf course, virtual reality games, and a track for radio controlled trucks.

However, the couple is already considering a future escape room, remote control boats, a croquet course, bocce ball, corn hole, outdoor movie nights, and more.

“I drew what I wanted it all to look like,” said Jerry, presenting a large, colorful board, “and we are making it a reality.”

Jerry Levan carefully designed the putt putt course to include challenging holes, a walking trail, bridges, and a pond with live ducks.

The Levans previewed many properties before settling on an existing building with acreage along Tessentee Creek. Jerry was able to build the putt putt golf course holes to follow the contour of the land. At one corner is a pond filled with fresh water from a branch of the Creek; two live ducks occupy the pond and an island. At the other corner of the course is the track for radio controlled Traxxas trucks. Jerry also became a licensed Traxxas dealer so that visitors to 4 Seasons are able to purchase a truck to take home.

“The trucks are the wow factor,” says Jerry.

Overlooking a 9-hole putt putt mini golf course is a fire pit and seating  area.

Overlooking the course is a fire pit and seating. Inside the renovated building is seating and tables, a pool table, air hockey, and a large screen television. Plus, food and drinks are available. The Levans offer the building as a rental space for parties and special events for groups of 10.

The newly renovated building offers games and places for friends and family to gather.

“We encourage families and friends to use this space,” said Jerry. “We can do birthday parties outside, adult nights around the fire pit … there are so many different things to do here. And we’re always thinking of more fun activities for the future.”

Currently, 4 Seasons Putt-N-Play is open 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Thursday through Sunday.
